A great place for seafood, located right on the Malecón boardwalk in the city center. It's a well-known and popular spot, spacious with tables in the back. The service is good, and while it's not air-conditioned, they do have fans. You can enjoy a variety of seafood dishes, including tilapia, cocktails, and they also sell soft drinks, flavored water, and beer. There's no parking lot, but you can park on the sidewalk if you find a space. It's a traditional spot, so be sure to check it out.
