Passing by, I stopped in to pick up something to go. Given the low customer numbers, I ordered directly at the cash register. The woman was very courteous and helpful, even during the wait while I ordered for other people. The restaurant is a classic McDonald's, but recently opened, so everything is new, well-maintained, and tidy, but above all, clean. All the amenities are there, from the McDonald's drive-thru to the children's play area. There's plenty of parking for disabled people and an accessible entrance. Well organized and fast. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍

I tried the drive-thru and was satisfied with the courtesy, organization, and speed. The food is what we know. It's a shame you can't get orange juice anymore. Update: Orange juice is now available.

I'm a little disappointed. If you pick the specials menu, you almost always find half-cooked fries. It almost seems like they're less careful when they serve specials menus and are a bit sneaky.

Usually very nice and above all the staff is helpful, we went to get ice cream and in addition to the employee not being very polite, we were served a reduced quantity of product... There should be a rule for this, it costs 3 euros like in an ice cream shop and you get a half empty jar....

So che McDonald's ha standard di qualità rigorosi e deve avere istruzioni precise su come viene preparato qualcosa. Tuttavia, probabilmente ho mangiato le patatine peggiori che abbia mai mangiato qui. Avevano il sapore di se fossero già vecchi e fossero rimasti in giro per molto tempo oppure fossero stati preparati in modo errato e gettati direttamente nella friggitrice congelati. Gli hamburger erano commestibili ma avevano anche poco gusto. Se chiudi gli occhi e non sai di cosa si tratta, non sapresti che quello che stai masticando dovrebbe essere carne di manzo. Il pavimento, i tavoli e le sedie si attaccano, i bagni non sono puliti. Nel complesso, mai più. Ci sono abbastanza dipendenti ma preferiscono chiacchierare invece di pulire o produrre prodotti di buona qualità e preparare patatine fresche.

Ordino alle 21.51 un bel mcflurry al pistacchio e una camomilla. Alle 22.05 finalmente mi arriva il mcflurry (sciolto) e il ragazzo mi comunica che non hanno più la camomilla, chiedo alternative e non mi vengono fornite. Finisco il mio McFlurry (ore 22.21) e vado a chiedere il rimborso del mio bel 1.60€, dopo aver atteso altri 5 minuti riesco finalmente a parlare con la responsabile che mi comunica in modo molto sgarbato che in realtà la camomilla c’era e non poteva effettuare il rimborso, proponendomi di prepararmela però la voglia della mia bella camomilla mi era ormai passata.. Riesco a farmi dare la bustina di camomilla (che mi farò a casa) e le dico che lascerò una recensione negativa per il modo in cui sono stato trattato.. Per concludere la bella esperienza al McDonald di Caravaggio la ragazza mi comunica sempre in modo arrogante, come se avesse ragione lei, che posso fare tranquillamente la recensione negativa che tanto lei riceve lo stesso lo stipendio, sottolineo che ho pagato per una cosa che non ho ricevuto. Essendo il McDonald che ho più vicino a casa ci tornerò sicuramente, la prossima volta incrocerò le dita sperando di ricevere un trattamento migliore..

Mezz’ora aspetto al ristorante non al McDonald. La manager non sapeva neanche da che parte fosse girata. Gestione del personale pessimo. Con locale semivuoto.

il servizio più scadente mai visto in un McDonald's, ho ordinato una spremuta e un acqua e dopo 25 minuti non era ancora arrivata e una volta andato al bancone per chiedere informazioni nessuno si è segnato di rispondermi, veramente imbarazzanti. bisognerebbe rivedere completamente lo staff e il modo di fare e trattare i clienti considerando anche che la qualità del cibo era sotto la media dei McDonald's della zona, sarebbe un' ottima idea chiudere questo fast food il prima possibile considerate le condizioni

I'm giving one star, but if I could give less for the food, I would. When I arrived, I didn't have to wait for my order to arrive because the place was half empty. The staff was not very empathetic. The bathrooms were reasonably clean, with a changing table for babies, but there was no liquid soap, and the entrance to the restrooms was awkward and quite dangerous, as it was so narrow that you risked being hit by the door leading to the restrooms opening. We ordered four menus with beef and chicken sandwiches, all clearly not freshly prepared despite the place being empty and there being plenty of time to prepare them properly. They were all very dry, parched, and had a bitter taste. The fries were also dry, soft, and not freshly prepared. Frozen drinks. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience... what a shame :( The positive aspect is that it's close to a supermarket, other clothing stores, household goods stores, etc., and that there's a nice parking lot where you can park your car safely. Outside, there's a large space with tables and games for children.

40 minutes for a happy hour and a sandwich. Not to mention that 90% of the time, if you order takeout, some items are missing. They delete the order from the monitor and it appears as if they served it quickly, but that's not the case.

We live a stone's throw from McDonald's in Caravaggio, but the quality is truly poor!! I don't know why it's so different from the one in Treviglio! Sandwiches are ALWAYS COLD. As soon as you order the fries, they're so bad (and obviously cold), you can tell they've been made for a while and not just at the moment. I don't understand why this happens; we're paying for a service that's truly poor in Caravaggio. I would strongly recommend they reconsider the situation.

If I could give 0 stars, I would, only because of the extremely poor quality of the service. I pay from the monitor (payment made), but it doesn't work and the receipt doesn't come out. I'm rudely forced to make a new payment if I intend to consume, even though the banking app shows that the previous payment has been made. Having brought two children waiting for Happy Meals and games, I can't change seats, so I limit myself to repurchasing two Happy Meals for the kids, excluding the rest of my order, which I've lost the desire to eat anyway. After about 20 minutes, I'm told that the previous order has arrived, meaning it was indeed paid for. They give me part of it and give me a voucher for the rest. Pure unfairness. I point out that this is forcing me to go back to them to use a voucher I didn't ask for. I'm told that I can buy €9 worth of products for breakfast the next day if I don't intend to return. Nothing like this has ever happened before... absurd. Honestly, I gave the voucher away. I will never set foot in that place again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Terrible service, terrible communication, and total dishonesty (if I hadn't ruined my evening even further, I would have called the authorities).

Disappointing experience. We had two ice creams (a flurry and a kiss sundae) A kiss sundae with TWO extra toppings (+60 cents). So, a flurry cost 3.20 and a sundae 2.80. I'm attaching images that speak for themselves. We reported that we thought the quantity was small, but we were told it was fair enough. So, I'm thinking: does it make sense to have such a wrapper for the flurry if the amount of ice cream (NOT MIXED, therefore the actual amount) doesn't even reach half the container? Does it make sense to get a flurry, which costs one euro more than the sundae, if the quantity is practically (and therefore almost) the same? And again, what's the point of using completely misleading images (for illustrative purposes only)? Because yes, in the image, not only does the ice cream look a lot, but so does the topping, which in the end is never the case. I repeat, I paid for a sandae with three toppings... And yet it didn't seem rich in toppings. How many toppings do you need to add to get that much? At least next time I'll be prepared.
