A historic restaurant that remains a staple in the restaurant industry! The years go by, but the pizza here is always excellent! Farinata as an appetizer, followed by pizza with zucchini flowers and pizza gricia. Well done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

My partner and I came for dinner on an impromptu basis, and even though reservations were required, we were able to sit at the tables outside. The pizza was excellent, light and tasty, and the service was quick and competent. We'll definitely be back; the "Tokyo" is a must-try! 🤩

I've been following this page for Pizzeria El Tigre for a while. I promised myself I'd go there someday. As soon as I got back from vacation, I messaged on Messenger asking if there was availability outside, given the current situation we're all familiar with and can't even begin to recall. The owner was very kind and helpful, inviting me to call. Once I called, the friendly and helpful staff told me to wait a few minutes because they didn't know if there was availability for dinner outside and to call back. Less than 5 minutes later, they contacted me to tell me a table was available for us, 2 adults and 1 7-year-old. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and there was already a positive, family atmosphere. It felt like we were friends. They sat us down and we ordered right away. We decided on Farinata and 3 pizzas. What can I say? Spectacular! The Farinata was delicious, but the pizzas... what more can I say? Finally, a long leavening time, but the real kind, tomato sauce that tastes like tomato, not the usual discount store cans (because many use that), real fior di latte mozzarella, not the rubbery stuff many use, not to mention the mixed pasta passed off as mozzarella!!!! Here at El TIGRE, those who know how to eat immediately taste the difference in the super quality of the products... The pizza is truly fabulous. Fabulous pizzeria, probably one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. I had a focaccia to share with friends, which was also excellent. The menu offers classic pizzas and more unusual pizzas that will have you licking your lips. Most of the ingredients are local or made in-house. The restaurant has a trattoria-like feel and is reminiscent of the mountains. The desserts, beers, and soft drinks are excellent. Definitely worth a try!

I've known it for many years and for me it's the only pizzeria worth a visit even for those who are out of town! Mother yeast, ancient flours and refined and top quality ingredients! Even drinking is not trivial at all. Make a reservation because it's a small place. Super recommended

Ho cenato con la mia famiglia, purtroppo mi sento di fare tre stelle e non quattro perché quando abbiamo prenotato il tavolo ci è stato detto che eravamo fuori e fin qua tutto ok. Al nostro arrivo vediamo che il nostro tavolo viene dato ad altre persone e a noi ci fanno sedere sul bancone esterno (molto scomodo con una vetrata che si vede all’interno e ci si sente sempre osservati) inoltre nel pagare il conto è possibile pagare solo con pagobancomat o in contanti. (Quindi nessun circuito al di fuori di pagobancomat. )Per il resto la pizza è buona, la pizza senza glutine parte da una base surgelata purtroppo ma tutto sommato è mangiabile.

Siamo tornati dopo diversi anni , le pizze sono sempre molto buone poi abbiamo preso una porzione di salsiccia e una di patatine fritte , i prezzi delle pizze sono un pò cari
