Very fast service, super friendly employees and hot fresh food. 10 out of 10!

We ordered takeout and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The service was friendly and quick, and the place was clean and well-organized — something I really appreciate in this kind of spot. The food was delicious as always!

We had the pleasure of being served in this fast food chain by their wonderful staff. Service was great, they always wiped and cleaned each area after a customer have used it and someone always rotates from the counter to serve and bring food to guests. One particular employee stood out, Jaden, she was all smiles and she worked hard manning the cashier area and also brought food to guests when there is no one in line for orders. This has been a common practice by all employees in this area. They all deserve credit. But, at the time Jaden stood out because of her genuineness that you sense and feel how she greeted people and the sincerity of her customer service. In addition, the accessibility of the area is compared to nothing. It is right next to I-5 and the outlet shops is just a mile away. Although, the service and area are all good. They still need to improve on a bunch of things, like putting up a drive-thru and making sure the floors are mopped from under the tables. I have noticed some food droppings on the floor from the cubicle we used at the time of our visit.

I thought I threw my AirPods in the trash, and the staff was very helpful and they helped me check surveillance and they were just overall very friendly and helping me find my AirPods. (I’m an idiot and turns out I left them in my car the car the whole time) But still overall pleased with the experience and great customer service!

Came in on 11/10 around 6:30pm Alex’s customer service was amazing and very professional. He made our experience even better. Super nice to my kids and other kids around. Keep up the great work and service.

My family love's Chick-fil-A ! The market salad is my favorite, my husband loves the sandwich and lemonade and who dosen't love the waffle fries? Service is excellent and friendly.

This Chick-fil-a had a good amount of seating. Nice surf theme. We ordered some chicken nuggets and a Grilled Chicken Club Meal and took back to the Hilton. It was cold by the time we got there. I warmed it up for a minute. I didn’t want it too soggy from microwaving it. It was warm but got cold quick. Waffle fries were not crispy but soft and cold.

I understand portions are smaller than they used to be but seriously? My $2 side of bacon consists of 3 small half pieces. Used to think maybe just a one off. But every visit has honestly been disappointing. So sad cuz I lo e Chick-fil-A 😢

Friday night after HS football game. Place was packed out. Turn over was quick. Service was good. We were in and out quickly.

No drive thru is a dealbreaker for me. Who designed this ChickFilA? If they had a drive thru they’d make a ton of money from Marines in Camp Pendleton who can’t get out of their cars in uniform and have to use a drive thru.

My first visit to this Carlsbad location. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches/burgers but the buns were not toasted. They were buttered but not toasted. I had to look it up after I came back home to see if the buns were supposed to be toasted, and the search shows they are supposed to be toasted. No wonder why they tasted so different from what I am used to at the Encinitas location.

They got my order wrong and it was too late to go back, realized that my southwest salad had no chicken, cmon man it says it in the receipt order and we come to chick fil a and expect chicken by default. No one picked up when trying to call to see if I can get refunded. New staff and location should not be an excuse to not get things right.

Walked in and ordered the new bbq bacon sandwich as a combo. The cashier said $15.97. No thank you. Nope. No. Food is great. Service is great. Atmosphere is whatever, it’s clean and brand new. Over my dead body will I pay $16 for a chicken sandwich fries and a Coke. In n out has double doubles next door for $6. Costco is right around the corner selling hot dogs for $1.50. Pizza for $2 a slice. What world are you living in chick fil a?

The chicken was dry and didn't get the sandwich I ordered and the employees were not that friendly, which is a requirement with Chick-fil-A. Not on my return list.

I’m vegetarian and they messed up my order by not adding cheese to my 4 egg and cheese biscuits, they made my order wrong by giving me egg only biscuits. After requesting them to correct the mistake they decided to argue with me instead of honoring simple requests which were: remaking my order the correct way and compensating me for the inconvenience and lost time with an added hash brown order. Instead the (supposed) manager with a bald head and red beard decided to continue to argue with me. They decided to add the cheese into the sandwiches they gave me over 10 min ago and by the time they added the cheese and gave me back my order the food was cold! I don’t like cold food, or getting the cold shoulder from management and employees when they were wrong from the start, they should be doing a better job in terms of customer service. They need to listen to my details for my order, so it can be correct the first time and not remade after having an argument!
