Se avete intenzione di trascorrere una serata in un contesto romantico, la Sosta è decisamente il posto perfetto. La qualità e la presentazione dei piatti è veramente degna di nota , in aggiunta la professionalità e la cortesia del personale e del proprietario fanno sentire la loro calorosa accoglienza molto spontanea . Menù molto vario e per tutti i palati, prezzi un po' superiori alla media ma tenuto conto della posizione lungo fiume e la tipologia della location, trovo siano giustificati. Ristorante molto elegante, a pochi passi dal Santuario Madonna del bosco, dove si mangia molto bene con possibilità di molte scelte ed anche con non troppa attesa. Si può anche soggiornare. Non è certo un posto di poco prezzo sia nel ristorante che nell'albergo. Si affaccia sul fiume Adda. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un negozio del Santuario con ricordini e varie cose inerenti il luogo. Comunque si trova in un posto molto gradevole circondato da boschi.

Il ristorante si trova in una posizione deliziosa e accogliente, con tavoli al chiuso e all'aperto. I piatti serviti sono stati molto buoni anche se le porzioni non erano abbondanti. Il servizio è stato molto cortese e attento alle richieste dei clienti. Non ho sperimentato l'hotel ma immagino che il servizio sia paragonabile

Locale splendido con posizione invidiabile. Pulitissimo, personale professionale, gentile e mai invadente. Pietanze eccezionali. Il tocco finale di un'eleganza d'altri tempi è stato il cuoco e indubbiamente proprietario che girando tra i tavoli ci ha chiesto se fossimo soddisfatti. Complimenti, ci vorrebbero più Professionisti come Voi!

Relaxation and good food. I went to the La Sosta Hotel and Restaurant for work. I was extremely happy with my choice: clean rooms, a wonderful view of the river and the Brivio riverside, and just a stone's throw from the small village where you can take a post-dinner stroll. Dinner was strictly at the hotel's restaurant, where Mr. Ezio prepares truly exceptional dishes. I can honestly say that I ate the best roast lamb I've ever tasted here, and my family knows a thing or two about lamb. Friendliness, family, well-being, relaxation, a delicious meal, and a view are the main features, but not the only ones, that this hotel offers. I really hope to return and I know full well that if I ever pass through that area, I'll have a favorite place where I'll definitely stop. Thank you.

What a lovely place!!! In a nutshell: Beautiful little garden, terraces facing the river everywhere, absolutely clean, modern rooms and a captivating service. The hotel is situated at the margins of the Adda river, facing the town centre of Brivio and you have a stunning view with the surrounding mountains. We did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant. Suffice to say it was well visited and the menu sounded delicious. We will definitely be back. Take a look at the photos and judge for yourself. For the price, including breakfast, a definite 5-star recommendation!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel both for business and pleasure and it’s a fantastic place to stay. The hotel is immaculate and the views over the river Adda are breathtaking. The personal touch from the staff give this unusual hotel a family feel and if I could give it six stars I would. Probably my favourite hotel at the moment - and I stay in quite a few!! Try it.

Great hotel in a not so touristic area. The staff, probably a family company, is very nice and will do everything for you. The room is good, shower is lovely, the breakfast is luxury and the staff will run for you if you want something. A very good choice for this price. Oh, I didnt mention the big terrace on the 3rd floor and the lovely view on the town on the other side of te river.

Locale ampio con vetrate, vista mozzafiato del fiume Adda e della piazzetta di Brivio. Location 10 Pulito, ordinato, tavola ben apparecchiata, peccato per la copertura della tovaglia (di carta), potevano evitarla. Servizio cortese e preciso. Menu, forse non adeguato al posto con piatti non eccessivamente elaborati e "freddi", sinonimo che alcuni vengono riscaldati al momento in superficie e col cuore ancora freddo. Ottima la carta dei vini. Prezzo, giusto. Forse non ci si riempie la pancia, ma la vista riempie il cuore.

Solo di passaggio abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante la cui location è veramente ottima, pulizia eccellente. Il cibo molto curato con ingredienti di qualità. Non posso dire che bene.....forse la Signora che serve ai tavoli è poco empatica, ma si può sorvolare pensando all' eccellenza di tutto il resto.

*La Sosta: an experience worth repeating (but with a few adjustments)* I arrived at the rest stop a little tired and stressed, but I have to say the atmosphere was truly relaxing. The place was comfortable and clean, the staff kind and helpful. The best part? The company! I met some nice people and had pleasant conversations. But... there's always a "but"... The bingo was a bit of a disappointment. Yes, I know, it's a game of chance, but it was really slow. Maybe it was just my unlucky number, but I think they could have done better. In any case, the rest stop was still positive. If you're looking for a place to relax and socialize, this is the place. And if you're not a bingo fan, there's always something else to do.

Stayed at La Sosta during my business trip. Initially they messed up my reservation even though I had booked a room in advance. They spoke no English. But somehow managed to get a room which was more expensive than the one I had booked. The hotel is in a beautiful location. The garden is really nice. The owners are nice and friendly.

Mi spiace ma devo correggere la mia recensione precedente. Dopo tanti anni devo dare 1 stella, il livello del cibo e del servizio del ristorante è calato notevolmente, anche se la location rimane sempre affascinante.
