Opinions de Ding Tea Carson
Ding tea is a Taiwan Boba Franchise that serves really consistent boba. They have a large variety of delicious drinks, and sometimes ones that are uniquely tasty. My friend recommended the Mulberry Crystal Boba Iced Tea which has a taste between mixed berries and plum, it has a delightful fresh and crisp citrusy taste and reminds me of a mixed berry vitamin shot that I used to drink as a kid, it was a twist to what I usually drink (Teas, or guava green tea) and definitely a worthy recommendation. Overall, if you're indecisive on which boba place to go, Ding Tea always is the safest and probable best option!
Ding Tea is my GO TO SPOT!! I love the ambiance, the service and of course the drinks!! There's so much variety here.. the possibilities ARE endless. I ordered the brown sugar latte and the hokkaido latte for a family member. I did get to sample the hokkaido and it was amazing!! It has that classic latte taste with rich creamy caramel goodness throughout*chefs kiss*. My brown sugar latte is always delectable..sweet, a little bold and rich. It can get a little crowded but they keep the orders flying out. The parking lot is very small and it can also get crowded but be patient.. you will not have to idle too long. Upon arriving the menu can seem overwhelming but the employees are always so nice and will answer any questions you may have. To order, you place your order on a kiosk which also allows you to customize/modify your order. You can choose to purchase via cash or card, once your order is placed they will begin to make it and wallah! If you're a first timer I would recommend the Monster boba latte, Jasmine green milk tea+boba, Thai milk tea, condensed milk coffee, kumquat lemon ice tea or passion fruit slush.. just to name a few. In case you were wondering, yes they do have milk substitutions ( almond, oat, half n half etc). Also, if you're a bao lover they do have BBQ bao and they have a display case of macaroons if you like those as well. All in all ding tea will definitely have something for you and it'll peak your curiosity at the same time. They have a few locations so find the closest one near you and check it out!!
I got oolong milk tea with boba. Will have to say this was some of the best boba I've had in a long time. Perfectly chewy and sweet. The tea was the right sweetness level (I like less sweet and got mine 30% which was perfect for me). Only complaint was that the tea didn't taste quite right to me but nothing major. Would def come again. For reference oolong milk tea on the left of pic and Hokkaido (brothers drink) on the right.
There is a science to good boba and good tea and they have it down. Delicious stop after shopping at the stores next door.

Okay so their peach yakult and brown sugar milk tea is sooo good. They are refreshing and not too sweet. If you get them and you think they are too sweet you can adjust the sugar level. It's organized, clean, and the painted angel wings on the wall is great for that Instagram worthy photo! They are so jubilant there. Lots of smiles when the workers see me come in. This is definitely my go to boba spot from now on!
There's a good and yummy selection of drinks here. The boba is cooked well and chewy unlike some places that have undercooked boba. It's very easy to get to as it's just off of the 405 freeway across the street from the South Bay Pavilion/IKEA. There's more than enough parking. Expect to spend not more than 10 mins here while they make your drink. I highly recommend DingTea Carson!
Ding Tea is great. Different locations have different snack options available and many drinks can be made to order. I have ordered to dine-in, takeout, and delivery with Doordash. Really happy to have a location closer to home.
Fast, friendly, and efficient boba tea place. And their options are delicious! You can place orders ahead of time via their app and can pick them up later.
I have been to 5 different Ding Teas and this one is pretty good. The Matcha Milk Tea was delicious and fresh. The customer service is good. The orders come out pretty fast. And the Boba is delicious like always. Would recomend Ding Tea to anyone.
i go almost everyday and never get tired!!! i order a hokkaido oolong and the ratio is perfect and the boba texture is just right! also, the music they play inside is a vibe :) the workers are super kind and welcoming when you walk in, definitely the best chain out here
Great tea and excellent macarons! The macarons tasted fresh and exactly the flavor that it's described. They have a variety of tea with different kind of additions you can make. The staff were very friendly and the store was cute.

My #1 favorite place for boba. Everyone knows there's a million places to get boba around here. A million. You can go almost anywhere and find decent/good boba, many places even offer interesting atmospheres, cute cup designs, and unique tea flavors.....despite knowing you can find good/decent boba virtually anywhere, this is still my #1. I'm not a professional or anything but this is where I believe has THE best boba. Perfect tea, perfect golden boba pearls. Sometimes my drink even comes in a cup that I can't see-through but I don't care because it's seriously the best tasting boba drink I ever had. 5-stars.

Great selection. Wish their egg pudding was better but the Blueberry Popping Balls were fantastic. Taro Green Milk Tea is delicious. Refreshing is the Kumquat Lemonade.
Came to check out what the hype is about. It's good, not my favorite, but definitely good. The honey boba is a nice touch and I definitely prefer it as the taste is more natural and less processed like other places.

Our first time at this location. We got a taro latte, a hazelnut milk tea with tiramusi foam and boba, and a strawberry tres leches parfait. The boba was really fresh, the tiramusu foam was sparse but good and the drinks flavor was good. The tres leches was moist. However, I ordered a large for the hazelnut and a medium for the taro and they're both the same size (picture with sticker) and I was charged for the larger size.

I enjoy most of all their drinks. Personally I wish they would have a larger size. I'm a little disappointed on on their point system. Every other time they tell me next time I will get a free drink. Next time comes, and their system for whatever reason doesn't allow for a free drink. Anyways I enjoy their boba so I go quite often
By far the better boba shop in Carson. This is a spot where you come in and get you boba cravings fixed. You're not going to find innovative items here because other spots do it better buuut this place is great for convenience. It is better than Quicklys or Hiccups. Their boba is inconsistent--sometimes qq sometimes overcooked or undercooked. I always get the Peach Oolong MT but it's not officially on menu. You just sub the tea to oolong and they may potentially make it. Recently tried Thai Tea Slush and it was bland at 100% sweetness. Sharetea has the better Thai Tea Slush. For you introverts, they got a self-order kiosk :)
Love the monster boba latte with egg pudding instead of boba. I have tried everything on the menu and the kumquat was the worse one they had. We go 5 times a week during work lunch and I take my family on the weekends. Started to get bored of the same drinks. Asked if can have a strawberry kiwi green tea and was told they can only have 1 flavor. Would have paid extra but looks like we will just have to try other places from now on. Good place overall to fall back on but should be more open to accommodate orders for their customers. HUGE let down for someone who's always there and always recommends this place to others.
My visit wasn't the greatest, but its understandable since it was very busy. However, it was my moms first time and she was not impressed. She did not receive the correct order (label was correct, drink was not). I felt bad since I talked her into trying this new place..
I wasn't much a fan of the coffee, it tasted more like a hot chocolate than a mocha latte. At least it was quick and accurate. Not my style of venue either. The speakers blared some intense, drug-filled rap songs for the two hours that I spent hanging out there on my tablet. And while the booth seat was comfortable, the standalone chairs were all metal and very stiff. I'm sure this place is fine for some to-go boba, but I'll find somewhere else to relax and enjoy a coffee.

Ordered twice, a taro milk tea and then a matcha latte. Both tasted VERY watered down and the boba isn't sweet, in fact no flavor at all. I don't get the 5 star reviews. Def ain't coming back.
This is by far the worst place in the carson. Got a tiramisu coffee and it was the nastiest most bitter thing ever didn’t taste anything like coffee or tiramisu. My friends thai tea tasted like water never come here! good boba tho ngl
