Good quality food, fresh fish (I had everything except the salmon, which I usually avoid because it's too commercial), fresh oysters, and really good raw shrimp. The only thing I didn't like was the fried filling in some of the rolls, but as for the raw fish in general, I really liked the perceived quality. The atmosphere is a bit dark, but definitely intimate, whether you choose a banquette for two or four. Service is fairly quick. Definitely a recommended all-you-can-eat. Cover charge and drinks do increase the price, so be warned.

Good, tasty food! I went there for lunch and was amazed by how good it was! I can't even imagine how many other delicious things there are on the evening menu! I'll definitely be back! The portions are a little smaller than usual, but I'd say that's a plus: I was able to try a lot more! The atmosphere is very elegant and modern. Fast service and friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Excellent food, definitely more varied than the all-you-can-eat restaurants I've been to, and the dishes are carefully prepared, accompanied by excellent and fast service. The location is perfect (a little air conditioning, but eating does get hot). I chose only the fish dishes and was satisfied. I recommend the desserts: the coconut, mango, and passion fruit mousse was lovely and delicious, and the hot plum sake was delicious and comforting (we split it because they serve the equivalent of half a bottle with two small glasses). I highly recommend it; try it for yourself, because the taste is unlike any other.

Inari Sushi in Carugate has quickly become my go-to sushi spot in the area, and absolutely deserves a 5-star review. From the first time I ordered (both for takeout and dine-in), I was impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing each piece. They offer both timeless classics and more original and delicious creations, capable of satisfying even the most discerning palates. I particularly enjoyed their special rolls, which feature surprising and well-balanced flavor combinations. The service has always been courteous and efficient. The staff is available to recommend and describe the dishes, and orders are prepared quickly without compromising on quality. Even for takeout, the packaging is thoughtful, keeping the sushi fresh and beautifully presented. The restaurant's atmosphere is welcoming and clean, perfect for both a quiet dinner and a quick lunch. The relaxing atmosphere invites you to fully enjoy the dining experience. Considering the freshness of the ingredients, the expert preparation, the variety of the menu, and the quality of the service, Inari Sushi offers excellent value. It's a true gem for sushi lovers in and around Carugate. If you're looking for authentic sushi, prepared with passion and top-quality ingredients, I can't recommend Inari Sushi enough. You won't be disappointed! I'll definitely continue to be a loyal customer.
