Beautiful place, I stayed two days at the hotel next door and loved my experience. The atmosphere is totally family-friendly, the waiters are very kind people, we ordered the famous picanha steak, it was very good. The price is a bit high, but the quality of the service and the place is worth the whole experience.

A restaurant housed in a stunning old mill. I stayed there with my family; there's also a riding stable behind it. The restaurant staff is very attentive, precise, and helpful; the service is fast, and the food, besides being beautifully presented, is also delicious...a rare treat. You can tell the ingredients are top-quality. Highly recommended!

I was at this restaurant yesterday, Sunday, January 21, 2024. The place is simply stunning, housed in a former mill (the building is part of the Mill Street), beautifully decorated. The food was exquisite, beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait to return in the warmer months to see the outdoor area. The meat was grilled. Highly recommended!

We've been customers for a long time 🤩 The place is very welcoming and suitable for families, and the outdoor garden is perfect for children to play in. The attention to detail is evident everywhere, from the welcome to the way the food is served. The meat, regardless of the cut, is carefully selected and of the highest quality. Excellent, I would say I always recommend it to my customers and friends.

We have stayed in the adjacent Mulino delle Valli Bed&Breakfast. Upon our arrival the staff of the Officina dei Sapori was happy to supply us with cocktails in the late afternoon. We reserved a table for dinner and enjoyed an outstanding meal. The risottos are excellent and worth a detour. We can also recommend the bistecca which was juicy and very tasty and the local red wines from the wine list. The service was flawless. We will return the next time we are in the area.

Pur abitando non molto distante dal ristorante non lo conoscevo, l'ho trovato tramite questo blog. Locale ben ristrutturato con bancone minimalista, ma simpatico. Titolare accogliente, il cameriere un po' impacciato ma si farà con il tempo. Abbiamo mangiato un antipasto di salumi e formaggio locali, nella norma. Il secondo un piatto di grigliata di maiale, discreto., un ottimo filetto di scottona.. Sicuramente da ritornare per assaggiare altre specialità in carta. Una buona carta dei vini. Il costo nella media. Abbiamo finito con un liquore il rum è stato servito con il cioccolato e tiepido anche se in luglio, perfetto.

Ambiente ricavato da un vecchio mulino… molto bello e pieno di oggetti storici e bottiglie varie (impolverate). Personale molto gentile ed ottimo servizio. Risotto con amarone e monte veronese molto buono (un pizzico di sale in meno non sarebbe guastato ma il monte veronese è molto saporito) e tagliata ottima e cotta molto bene.

Everything was good, the food, the location, and the kindness. The only drawback is that if you happen to like your meat overcooked, well, know that "the chef doesn't allow it"... Objectively, in my personal taste, it's fine with red meat. But tastes are different, and needs sometimes differ (a pregnant woman, for example, can't eat meat unless it's overcooked). Perhaps it would be worth a little more indulgence with customer preferences. The pichania skewer was fantastic, and the Perbellini millefeuille was also imperial. The house red wine was perfect, smooth and delicious. It's not the Amarone della Valpolicella, but it pairs well with the meat dishes. Very nice atmosphere Very helpful wait staff For me, it's a yes.

We spent a wonderful evening with my family for my sister's birthday. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the staff impeccable, and the food was excellent, not to mention the various cuts of meat. I have no complaints whatsoever, and I recommend it! I'm giving it 4 stars only because when we brought the cake, they charged a €1 extra fee for cutting it. I understand the service they offer, but we brought the cake ourselves, and at this point we'd have it brought to the center of the table and made our own slices. A bit of a risky move, in short...

We discovered this restaurant through a friend who had high expectations. The location is in the countryside, very beautiful and welcoming. The food is good, the meat is high-quality, but it's lacking something for a 5-star rating. Appetizers: Patanegra carpaccio and meat tacos, nothing special. Pantanegra brazier was good. Side dishes: baked potatoes and broccoli rabe, neither excellent nor infamous. Salted caramel cheesecake was tasty, but served still frozen. Service was a bit confusing and had a few imperfections (the wait to order and to have the appetizer delivered to the table was very long). Excellent gin service and friendly staff. Right price.

Beautiful, welcoming, and unique location. There were six of us inside, and it's worth a visit. The food was all good, from the generous appetizers to the risotto... the meat, the desserts, everything was truly delicious, with courteous and discreet service... we'll be back to sit outside... prices are in line with the quality.

Restaurant specializing in meat. The appetizers are varied, including Patanegra ham. There are several first courses, including various risottos (minimum 2 people), homemade macaroni with various sauces, and more. I had a pumpkin and luganega risotto, and it was excellent. The meat: There's a wide selection here, including fillets, rib-eye steak, Florentine steak, and more. I had a rib-eye steak, and it was good. Then there are various off-menu dishes that change constantly. The meat is good, and the prices are medium-high.

San Valentino, abbiamo ordinato la fiorentina, davvero ottima, su piatto caldo, io ho ordinato la caponata ed è arrivato una busta di verdure surgelate scaldate, mio marito ha ordinato patate al forno anch'esse precotte e scaldate al micro. Poi ho ordinato frittelle di crema arrivate fredde da frigo; ho chiesto che almeno me le scaldassero. Molto delusa. Per quello che abbiamo speso mi aspettavo di più.
