Highly recommended!! We ordered two first courses, a second course with side dishes, and three desserts. Everything was excellent! The only downside is that the atmosphere is really cold, unfortunately. The service was impeccable.
Today for lunch, before a business meeting in Calci, I stopped at the "Pisa Carburanti Restaurant" in Cascina with a dear friend and his father. The place is spotless, spacious, airy, and bright. The staff is incredibly kind and makes you feel right at home; you can sense a family warmth that puts you at ease. The food is excellent and the service is incredibly fast! I had a truly exceptional chicken thigh with arugula—never tasted so good! The fries were also perfect, and both my friend and his father were delighted. The quality-price ratio is excellent. We definitely want to return! A family-friendly place where even a Livorno native feels at home!
We went for lunch and I have to say excellent, fast service, food quality 9 out of 10 (only because I don't like burning pasta😌) low prices, then that giant blue-eyed gym-goer and the little one who works there make you fall in love 💪😁🇨🇺 but that's another story...🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

At this bar I found friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, and a very reasonable breakfast price, something we can't find anywhere else these days.

Excellent! The only place I've found near Pisa where you can enjoy excellent dishes prepared using low-temperature cooking techniques. A spacious space with proper distances between tables. Knowledgeable staff and very reasonable prices.

Good prices. There's usually no line because there are so many gas stations. The bar is very large and spacious. It offers an express menu. The bathrooms are clean.
Breakfast quality is average, so it's adequate. It's very popular, so it's a popular place. The atmosphere is mediocre due to the crowd, which is mostly rude and ill-mannered.
Servizio e paste molto peggiorate rispetto all'anno scorso, quando feci sosta, alcuni dipendenti sono pure diventati molto scortesi. Non ci rimetterò piede.
