It's been a long time since I've been to this place. The image is always the same. The approach was decidedly negative. The staff was inattentive. A shame. I have to compliment the staff who worked there previously.

Over the years, it's only gotten worse. This place survives because it has no nearby competitors and is in a strategic location. It's a place you can't grow fond of. Zero communication with customers. They don't convey passion, kindness, or enthusiasm. They NEVER smile, not even accidentally. Total indifference. It's almost annoying to go in there and pay for their service. Every time you go, you find different employees; you can decide for yourself whether this is a sign of good or bad management. I waited for the 5:00 PM opening time, as per the Google schedule. They put up the shutters at 5:15 PM. I went in and they told me they were closed and would open at 6:00 PM. I left without receiving an apology or explanation. They don't even think about apologizing... but they don't mean it, they simply don't know what it means to apologize. That said, this is a business that doesn't deserve its customers. I'm convinced that a single nearby establishment with a little more attention, kindness, and care than theirs would be enough to make them close down.

We'd been there a few months ago and had a great time, so we went back. What a disappointment! It's gotten much worse, especially the service. Terrible, incredibly slow. We ordered two pizzas, two falafel plates, one falafel sandwich, and one falafel roll, and waited 45 minutes for service. The waitress was rude and unkind. She got my niece's order wrong, but instead of apologizing and bringing her order, she stood at the table, nervously tapping her plate with her nails and staring intently at the little girl. To cut it short, we accepted the wrong dish, but we'll never return, and I advise anyone against going there. Plus, the pizzas were heavy and the dough was hard to digest.
