A small cosy shop with delicious, healthy and gluten free smoothies and bowls, suitable also for vegans. The girl behind the counter desk was very kind and patient: she saw that we were tourists so she granted us a lot of time to decide what we wanted and she also gave us some advices about what we could take. I took their signature bowl while my mother chose a personalised smoothie with açai, mango and banana. Everything was delicious and very photogenic as well. The price is a little high but it's worth it. How I wish that there was an Oakberry Açai in Rome as well!

As someone from Brazil, I was missing my beloved Açaí, and by walking around I found the most famous Açaí chain! What a pleasant surprise. Are you looking for something healthy and delicious to cool off? You must try Açaí! It's organic, gluten free and vegan! You can be creative and add your favourite toppings. Amazing atmosphere and service. Would be even better if you could bring your table and chairs to the street. My toppings: mango, strawberry and cacao nibs. 😋

The best açai I've ever had! Whenever I have a craving, I go and get one; they're delicious. The girl who serves is very friendly and attentive. I would like to suggest they also open in the mornings so people could go for breakfast, since opening at 1 pm makes it almost lunchtime. The location is ideal! I highly recommend it.

I satisfied my craving for a truly refreshing açaí bowl, just like in Brazil. The atmosphere is relaxed and Instagrammable; I took lots of photos, haha. The girls are super attentive and friendly. The fruit was fresh and the toppings were high quality. I'll definitely be back.

They've finally opened a shop in Baix Llobregat!! I found out today that they'd opened one, and I just had to go. The shop is on the main avenue and it's super spacious. The açai was delicious, and the girl who served us was incredibly nice and friendly. We'll definitely be coming back often now that it's so close. Before, it was so annoying to have a craving and have to go all the way to Barcelona… The perfect plan before or after the beach.

Me encanta que puedas agregar los toppings que quieras y que tengan tarjeta de fidelización. El personal en este local de Castelldefels fue muy agradable. El local es tranquilo, limpio y agradable. Me gustó poder sentarme dentro. No pongo las 5 estrellas porque el sabor me parece más dulce de la cuenta y un poco aplatanado para mi gusto. Tampoco me gustan las cucharitas de madera. Imagino que es por reciclar. Prefiero que reciclen en el vaso, la verdad.

Primera vez que pruebo açai y me ha encantado. La chica me ha ayudado a elegir que topping podría venirle mejor y hemos acertado. No le doy las 5 estrellas por el elevado precio que tiene el pequeño, 7.50€

I recommend: Açaí with fruit, premium granola, and the chia milk blend. Add some nuts to your liking. A very good açaí smoothie with unlimited ingredients. The products are delicious and the quantity is just right. The price is a bit high, but being an imported product, it's understandable, in addition to the location's great location. I don't give it 5 stars because the place needs to improve on some details: (1) customer service. It would be nice to have advice or suggest combinations to attract more sales (my smoothie was delicious, but my friend's, due to the unlimited ingredients, didn't have as rich a flavor due to the heavy mixing). (2) Having all the products on hand. Strawberries were missing (and there were only two other fruits available at no extra charge), which is something most people probably order and already affects the customer's initial experience.

Empleadas con poco conocimiento de español! No solo eso, horarios con más de 10 clientes y solo 2 personas atendiendo el local (horario - domingo 17:00), no tenían orden de trabajo, iban haciendo su parecer. Me parecen grotescos quienes gestionan estas tiendas y generan así un disgusto de los clientes

The açaí was good, as always at this chain, but the service at the Castelldefels location leaves much to be desired. I went in the afternoon and was served by a young Latina who seemed more focused on her phone than on the customers. The tables were dirty (even though there are only two of them), and she generally didn't seem eager to work. I emphasize that I'm talking about the girl who works the afternoon shift; I don't know what the service will be like in the morning. I would eat açaí again because the product itself is good, but I wouldn't go back to the Castelldefels location due to the terrible service.

Servicio pésimo!!! Vengo de barcelona a pasear en Casteldefels y me doy la alegría de encontrar açaí cerca y l tristeza de una chica borde y con muy poca empatía!!! Le pido un batido sin agua pues tengo alergia al agua y su NO rotundo y la falta de ganas de hacer su trabajo! Vergonzoso!! Menos mal que en Barcelona no pasan estas cosas y siempre me han dado una solución. Que pena que haya gente así en atención al público.

Fuimos a por un açaí y cuando empiezo a comerlo veo que en las fresas había un gusano, cuando voy al mostrador a decírselo a la chica su respuesta fue es normal las frutas traen gusanos, quieres que te las quite, le digo que si y me las quita, sin ofrecerme hacer otro açaí. Al retirarme del mostrador escucho como le dice a su compañera "me hacen trabajar".
