Simplemente nos ha encantado. El local es muy bonito, tienen una terraza cerrada pero con aire acondicionado. El servicio es rapido y atento, nos atendió Julian y no deja nada que desear, nos recomendo y fue muy amable. La comida es un 10. No puedes perderte las anchoas, las mejores que he probado, y el pescado a la sal que es muy tierno y viene con acompañamiento de patatas gratinadas. Repetiremos sin duda. De precio no es muy caro para la calidad que ofrecen. Cenamos por 140, dos entrantes, una sangria de cava, plato principal y postre.

Muy buen descubrimiento con este restaurante donde el producto es de proximidad con muy buena calidad a un precio más que justo y a mi parecer a un precio por debajo de las cartas de otros restaurantes, en Castelldefels de renombre. Muy buena presentación y un trato muy profesional por parte de Ramon y su hijo Cristian, nos han tratado muy bien. Un lugar donde te sientes como en el comedor de tu casa . Muy buena experiencia en el restaurante Amar. En especial destacaría el menú del día por 21,5€ sin bebida, buena calidad precio si tenemos en cuenta ubicación y el producto que ofrece el local. El personal fue muy atento y amable con nosotros, volveremos.

Excelente opción si quieres comer bien, buena presentación y todo delicioso. El servicio es inmejorable, uno de nosotros estaba de cumpleaños y el personal se mostró cordial y atento, han tenido muchos detalles y han hecho que la experiencia sea excepcional. Agradecidos a los camareros Ivan y Julián ( y todos los calvos 🤭) que se han portado fenomenal. Sin duda lo recomendamos y repetiremos.

Segundo año consecutivo que lo escogemos en nuestras vacaciones. Genial, cogimos tanto el menú como platos de la carta. Es seguro que el próximo año volvemos.

Muy buena experiencia. El mejor servicio que he recibido desde que vivo en Cataluña. Las paellas muy ricas. La ración para dos personas es bastante grande. Si no coméis mucho y sois 3, con una de 2 vais bien. Lo único que no me gustó es algo que hacen muchos restaurantes, que es ponerte pan en la mesa y luego cobrarlo sin haberlo avisado previamente.

Primera vez que iba a este restaurante. Excelente en todos los sentidos: comida, servicio y ambiente. Muy recomendable. Tienen menú a 21'50€ sin bebida que está muy bien. La comida es de calidad y elaborada de forma cuidadosa y exquisita. El dueño/cocinero se pasa por las mesas a preguntar cómo ha ido todo. Un lujo contar con sitios como este para ir a comer

Lovely good & atmosphere. Andalusian calamari was great. Paella super yum but the portion is MASSIVE so bear in mind when ordering starters. They also bring complimentary snacks to the table with the drinks. Quick service. If your wanna have nice seafood - this is the place.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the place itself is beautiful. The food was generally very good, special mention goes to the meat, the octopus was perhaps a little overcooked for our taste, but it still had a nice flavour, Well located in Castefa if you’re looking for a calm atmosphere for lunch or dinner, definitely worth a visit Totalment recomanable 😊

Fantastic Restaurant one our favourites that we had a chance to visit whilst on our trip to Spain The starters were amazing with very generous portioning The lobster main was succulent and very meaty whilst the 250g steak was very tender and just melted in the mouth To top it off we had two amazing desserts and the staff even gave us some limoncello to finish the night The staff were very friendly and accomodating whilst being very entertaining throughout the night

Great food and great service. I had paella negra and it was really good and tasty. Get an oysters, they are fresh and tasty. I also had a tartar tuna as a starter and it was tasty as well. The waiter explained and sorted everything onto the plates even the paella which came on a big pan.

Raving review of my lifetime. This food was actually the best meal I've eaten in 20 years. Before I bought anything, we had apps and cava (might be normal here in Spain, but it made all the difference). The waiters were genuine gentlemen who felt like family bringing your meal as a child at nonas house. If you are in Castledefels, do yourself a favour and go here.... I regret not going twice! Ps the slab of meat in the pic was there for when you waited for a table.... Are you kidding me?

Very good restaurant, well situated, not expensive. The staff is very nice. They only have one (seafood) paella, but it's extremely well cooked. Also, you can find many other options including meat and fresh fish from the market.

Buena experiencia comiendo en Amar. Servicio bueno, arroz de calidad y las zamburiñas que pedimos para compartir también estaban muy ricas. El sitio lo modernizaría un poco. En general, es un sitio agradable y el producto es de calidad. Precio acorde a ello.

Tiene buena relación calidad precio y buen servicio con bonita terraza interior. A pesar de estar lleno, sirvieron rápido. El chef muy amable. Todo estaba bueno, pero destacaría el steak tartar de wagyu, muy bien hecho. Buena paella Marinera y el arroz delicatessen, de gusto fuerte y bien de foie. Me gustó mucho la torrija.

Comida muy buena, servicio excelente también. Lo único que no me ha gustado nada, es enterarme de las conversaciones del personal y de las llamadas entrantes. Ya que la persona que las atendía tenía un tono elevado e incomoda. Baños poco cuidados. Igualmente volvería porque la comida es buena.

Foods were as usually good, tasted good and nicely presented. I was a little disappointed with the staff, the younger one that were not very friendly and unclear of what the menus offered, yet shown sour face at us when asked. The senior staff continue to be friendly and know their stuff well.

What was once an incredible restaurant with an owner that puts all his passion into amazing dishes has now become a one in a dozen overpriced restaurant without a soul. Don’t be tricked by the great reviews as these are old and belong to the glorious days Amar once had.

Disappointing and unwelcoming experience We were refused service simply because we wanted to order desserts only. The staff took the order, but few minutes later they told us they would not serve us unless we ordered a full meal, despite having available tables. As customers, we felt dismissed rather than politely informed.
