Terrible service from the girl who charges. You can tell she's in a bad mood because she doesn't say hello when you say hi or ask her something. She yells all the time, and when you ask her not to yell at you, she's even ruder. The guy who makes the drinks is super nice, but the lady should try to be more friendly.

I've been coming to Cassava Roots Águilas since I was little and I've always loved it, until today... November 3, 2025. I went with my partner and we ordered our drinks. When they brought them, they put a smiley face on my boyfriend's glass (nothing wrong with that), but when they saw my glass they wrote "Isabel difficult." I didn't even place the order or interact with the cashiers, so I felt it was disrespectful that they dared to write that adjective on my glass. What right did they have?... The other girls in the shop couldn't stop laughing while I was drinking my drink. Honestly, what they did was completely unnecessary. I held back my laughter and everything they were saying, but it's disrespectful. Unfortunately, after so many years of being a neighbor and going there to buy my favorite drink, today they've lost me as a customer.

It had been my favorite place for years, but I've been there twice this week and they've already changed their menu, they no longer have a Yammy Peach menu. On Sunday, a girl served me and didn't explain anything to me, she just told me they didn't have what I wanted, very rude. Today, Friday, a guy served me and he also couldn't explain anything to me and he didn't give me what I asked for. Instead, he gave me what I wanted and I asked for it as a frappe and he gave it to me cold. TERRIBLE. DO NOT COME ANYMORE. Zero recommendation.

As always, the drinks are incredible. What's incredible is the lack of training and attentiveness of the two girls who serve us, who are also rude and sarcastic. How sad that the closest location to this branch has the worst service.
