One of the best "congales" left in the area, with live music, the place is styled like a boat, it's two stories but with the ceiling a little lower than usual. Like all the places, the "ficheras" charge you even to dance with them. The restrooms aren't the best, and if you request a specific row, the band also charges you. From the moment you walk in, all the "chavorucas" look at you in a very lustful way.

Visiting Mexico for the first time on business, I was clearly a tourist. As a tourist, expect the bartender and staff to make fun of you a little bit. It's okay! Just go with it. Despite my lack of Spanish language proficiency, I had a great time alone in the bar with just the staff and my coworker for a while. Nautical themed, somewhat divey atmosphere, with lots of space and loud music. A drunk old man came in at some point and started harassing me and trying to touch me, and the bartender promptly kicked him out. I'll be back for a drink whenever I'm in the area.

It's a "traditional" cantina with showgirls and a bartender who, if you're not careful, will take advantage of you, like anywhere else. But here, they're used to dealing with difficult customers, so they can't tell the difference when you're there to have "responsible" fun. If you like the rougher side of town, it's an excellent place, because if you're relaxed, they treat you with the same respect. I recommend only drinking beer, not because they might slip something into your drink (which they might), but because the bartender, depending on the order (usually from the waitresses), adds more water than liquor. The ideal plan would be to take some time to explore and enjoy the place, which resembles a ship, the excellent music (there's a kind of bar and another area for dancing), have a couple of beers, and then continue enjoying another spot in the wonderful city of Mexico City. The women's restrooms aren't the best and are often not very clean.

Good place, some prices are very exaggerated, like for example the Clamato and the soft drinks at a high price and the presentation is very small. Service is good, the jukebox has everything, only the bathrooms are missing cleanliness.

A friend wanted to celebrate his birthday in an old-fashioned cantina, and it turned out he did, because the waitresses charge you to dance with you, and maybe even a little more. It's a two-story cantina. Downstairs, you can play music on a jukebox and chat while having a beer or a drink. Upstairs is more tropical; in fact, there's a live band playing, so you have to shout to be heard. The service is acceptable; we didn't have any problems. The cost is slightly high, between 45 and 50 Mexican pesos for a beer. They have buckets of five beers, which saves you 30 pesos.

Terrible, seedy place as usual downtown. It's best not to risk it. And the management is terrible, meaning there's pure crooked business there.

AVOID going there, it's a seedy bar. The same waitress stole my phone, and when I spoke to the manager, the only solution he offered was for me to go talk to the waitress.
