Great place but not a place to eat at. There are only 2 small round tables outside. The inside is full of Venezuelan foods to take home, both frozen and not.

En sabor es lo mejor que he probado del genero, el espacio es pequeño e informal. MUY buenos los tequeños, empanadas y cachapas. No tan bueno el chupe y el asado negro.

Expensive. Eating in can occasionally cost 25-35% more than the average for Mexico City empanadas or cachitos. The empanadas and the food prepared there are good, freshly prepared. The service is also very friendly. There's a sign indicating that they are not responsible for imported products, and after opening them, I understood the reason for the sign. The plantain sandwich (very hard and tasteless) and the girl in the tetra pack taste like they have too much cornstarch. My impression is that the products were brought as air cargo ✈️💺 and at 10,000 feet above sea level the hold is -20 degrees C ❄️🧊 and it was probably loaded at sea level 🌊 and then rose to about 24 degrees C 🔥♨️ and more than 2,000 meters above sea level this change in temperature / pressure / height / humidity affects the aromas and flavors of the products, no matter how vacuum packed they are. So unless it is a lollipop, candy, cocossete, etc. I would not suggest it.

On July 31, 2025, I placed an order through Rappi for $747.90, but unfortunately, it arrived incomplete. I tried to resolve the issue through the app and by contacting the restaurant directly, but I received no response or solution. It was a very disappointing experience, as they did not take responsibility. I recommend that all customers carefully check their orders upon delivery, as it seems to be common practice for this restaurant to deliver incomplete orders.

I bought two Corona chocolate bars, and when I opened them, they were very white. Apparently, the product wasn't stored properly. One of the bars had a wrapper that looked like it had been cut with a razor blade. I wasted my money buying those two bars. The woman I spoke to told me that this was normal, which isn't true. I've bought them in other places, and this has never happened to me before. Bad experience ☹️

I'm surprised by this place's rating, considering it didn't meet my minimum quality standards. I ordered a shredded beef empanada, and it didn't even resemble beef. It was full of fat and sinew; it wasn't shredded beef at all, just chunks of meat. And it cost 80 pesos… I couldn't even finish it. I wouldn't go back.

I placed an order for over $800 and received stale arepas that they couldn't even fill, but they sent them anyway. Horrible! I'm never ordering from here again! *Update based on owner's comments* When my order arrived, I called the restaurant about the poor service, and they just told me that since they're frozen, it happens. I told them it's illogical to offer such service and treat it as "normal." I'm updating with photos because the owner doesn't believe I'll pay the amount and is also asking me to call. I did call when the order arrived, and their service was mediocre a second time. I don't see what can be done about it. I don't know if they think Mexicans will eat anything, but that's not the case. Besides, I only order for my husband, who is Venezuelan, and obviously, neither we nor our friends from there will ever order from this place again.
