The seasoning is good, but the hygiene isn't great. They take the money and then, with their bare hands, add onion and cilantro to your tacos, or they grab your limes and their cell phones at the same time. They should use spoons instead of putting their hands directly in the food. They give you change and then start cutting your meat. This taqueria has a lot of potential if they get better organized. They all get tangled up and there's no order sometimes. They have enough staff, but the organization is poor. If they improved their hygiene, it would be a big plus. 1. The girl making tortillas is simultaneously combing her hair or wiping her mouth without washing her hands. 2. The person next to her is taking the money and cooking at the same time without washing his hands. 3. The woman taking the order and taking the money is simultaneously adding limes to your plate with her bare hands and using her cell phone without washing her hands. 4. The person receiving the tacos al pastor keeps wandering around, and then they just pass the plates around so he can add cilantro and onion to the tacos, again with dirty hands, touching his hair and face. This could be solved by using small spoons and having only one person handle the payment, or if they're going to collect payment, they should wash their hands.
