I wish i would have gotten her name, but we're on a 3 hour drive.. the girls here were super cute with awesome personalities... made our drink fast..and honestly havent had service like this in a long time. I loved her reaction when she noticed the*pup cups* were for kids, lol
I went here yesterday and the guy, I think his name was Josh, was SO NICE. I messed up my drink order and he fixed it right away and made my experience a great one. The drinks were super good, just what I wanted. He was also very nice to my toddler in the back who was talking to him.
These people are fast! Friendly even at 5 am!!
Absolutely love this Starbucks location. They always give me a pup cup for my baby girl, Karai and they are always friendly and courteous. Great job everyone!!
Love this Starbucks - they greet me with a smile and always have my order ready for pick up! Also, I asked for a specific Starbucks mug to give as a Christmas gift, and Marc went out of his way to help me find it. Couldn't ask for better service!
I have been coming to this Starbucks for years. I can say that I have been helped by most of the staff at this location, however there is one girl that stands out, her name is AUBREY! She is super friendly, great customer service and my drinks always come out PERFECT! Starbucks, you need more people like Aubrey!

update: 6/11/22 someone just came in and called the Starbucks worker stupid for not giving them a straw when it's a new law... the law is stupid don't put it on workers. Friendly staff! Clean and fast! Lime coconut square show.
The batista were very kind and accompanying with everything. Delicious white mocha, and bacon gouda sandwich, kinda thought it would be a little bigger sandwich, but has such flavor <3

I dont go to places like starbucks expecting anything special, I just want some quick food and a drink. But the ladies working here were very friendly to me and they all were happily chatting with each other while they got their work done, everyone was in such a good mood, it made it a really nice place to relax for a bit. My drink was also really nicely made :) I have no idea what they did differently but it tasted so much better than the other million times I've ordered it.

It seems they keep with the coffee, as it's not to dirty tasting, so they most clean the machines good and keep a fresh bean on hand as well fresh pot of coffee.

Considering when I walked in and saw about 20 or now drinks in line for online order pickup..I assumed it would take a while to get my coffee in a timely manner, boy was I wrong I got it quick and with a friendly smile that took the time to bring the coffee to my table, that's advice and beyond. Excellent customer service and excellent coffee. I would give it a 5 star but noticed a lack of upkeep and maintenance to interior the building is rather sub par. Way to many very noticable yet easy to fix cosmetic issues. Other then that great experience great coffee, just need a little caulking here and plastering there with a dab of paint and it's primo
Accidentally ordered my mobile order for the wrong time. Called and asked them to remake my drinks. When I arrived they only remade one drink and handed me a warm refresher. Girl at the window was nice.
I have been experiencing(6-8 months) poor blending methods or poor quality matcha. One of my main reasons to select a Matcha green tea Latte is for the "benefits" it may provide over a coffee. As a frequent matcha drinker, in my opinion Matcha isn't the best tasting tea option. It is the worst when having to experience clumps of matcha powder while I sip, after having requested oatmilk, vanilla powder/pumps, pepperment...($$$) to upgrade the taste.

As a long-time customer of Starbucks, I was disappointed at the dismissive attitude of the staff and abrupt service. Almost left without ordering. This restaurant is on my not to return list. Also, bathrooms were dirty, and the interior is shabby. Really surprised that Starbucks would tolerate such a sloppy store.
So this place used to have amazing staff..now when you order there is one person in particular that interrupts your ordering with, "will that be all?" I'm not done talking!! Today got someone in the drive thru so abrupt and rude. My drink tasted like milk..and if the label they stick on the cup is to be believed, my drink was made wrong. I rarely go there anymore, just for the reasons above.
Day two of Starbucks disappointment. Yesterday was hatch and Herndon. Today this location. I order two drinks via mobile order, a frap and shaken espresso. When picking up, I realize no straws are with my order so I have to wait to ask for straws to be told they can only give me a straw for the frap because they are running low. She brings me from what she told me, the last straw in the store. What are they gonna do for the rest of the day without straws?? And it is hard to not notice that I ordered a venti shaken espresso, (which is not actually shaken at all, never are which is why I ask for a straw to stir my non shaken, shaken espresso) is not even full. I order light ice, because I am paying for coffee not mostly ice. This is how full my venti coffee is when I pick it up. I’m sorry but that’s not acceptable considering the price of their coffees and I can’t get a full coffee in which I ordered and paid for. Based off my experiences lately, I think I’ll make my own coffee instead of paying for expensive coffee that I am not happy with.
I didn't got the drink I ordered got something else, I guess he (barista) just didn't wanted to make it right. I told him it was wrong he just smile. Other than that a good place to have your coffee fix I guess

Spent so much time waiting behind two cars and finally got to the speaker at 7:45 pm and I say hello multiple times with a huge line behind me so I drive to the window instead, I am greated with an eye roll and a big Nooo, the second employee comes (window closed the whole time) and mouths closed and starts laughing with the first employee waving her had to write me off. This wouldn’t have been an issue if they just said they were closed in a nice way with simple manners instead they made a joke from it. Two blonde girls one slender and tall and another of a heavier set regardless I never even got to get there names. Also the fact that the time I got to the ordering speaker at 7:45 pm no Starbucks that I’m aware of closes at that time???? Also as I was leaving I hear another car with a pile of cars lined behind them saying hello with no answer I was only able to tell the last 2 cars that they are closed but laughing inside at all of us. I will be reporting to corporate and gathering their names asap.
Worst experience ever. I went to this location today with my husband ordered 2 drinks totaling $10.30 gave the drive through cashier $100.30 she hands me my change and says It’s $90 in 10,5 and 1 dollar bills. I counted It’s was only $80 so I recounted it again still only $80 I said I’m short $10 dollars she looks at me and tells me are you sure cause I counted $90 I told her you can check your cameras it’s only $80 she then tells me and my husband are you trying to scam me.🤯 I was so offended. We felt racially profiled and Disrespected. Then the manager hands us back the $100 asks if we had a smaller bill cause they didn’t have change. So why did they take my $100?? And try to give me change in the first place 🤔If they didn’t have the change🤔.My husband only had hundreds as well but happened to have a $20 his change was $9.40 😳🤔. For a $10.30 order. They never gave back the .30 cents I gave and shorted my husband’s change but we where the ones accused of being scam artists 🤔
Didnt connect, they didnt give me cold foam and told me that cold foam mixes in with my coffee and at everyotyer location thats never been the case. They also didnt give me my stars and overall this experience was not good at all. This starbucks was completely slacking today and i dont suggest going.
Absolutely the worst Starbucks location in town. They have messed up my order at least 3 times in the past six weeks and when you ask them to fix it the baristas are rude and unapologetic. $5 for a cup of coffee should be made correctly and fixed with a smile if not. Finally had a enough and not returning to this store again. Waste of time and money!!
Their pick up order via app said it would be ready for pick up in 10mins. I arrived and had to wait an extra 10mins for an employee to tell me they did not even have the drink I ordered off the app. Ok, so just have me waiting there and watch you go back and forth behind the counter doing nothing for 10mins and then to let me know you had no clue what I ordered. After I said it 3 times, And then to tell me "oh we do not even have that drink here!" Been here twice before, but no more, I rather stay with my scenic/Oakdale location.
This Starbucks is the slowest one I have ever seen. They just focus on their drive through. 30 mins I have been waiting for a coffee as I ordered through mobile app. They say they missed it…not even a single apology…
If I could give this Starbucks NO STARS I would. I’ve been coming here for awhile now.I’ve been noticing new employees or transfer employees from other Starbucks…The lady at the cashier a Asian lady was extremely rude and a older white Mexican lady with lash extensions with wy seem to aslways have a bad attitude. They got mad because they have to REMAKE A DRINK THAT THEY MADE WRONG. Bad service. And take forever to take your order.
It's a sad day when you offer a $5 tip just to use the restroom and they can't accommodate. Too bad their coffee is so second rate. I'm now a former customer.
I came to the Starbucks and asked for strawberry acai with no ice. I noticed that I got charged extra for no ice. When I ask the cashier why I was being charged. She inform me that Starbucks charges extra for no ice. I asked since when? She said about 3 months. I said every time I ask for very light ice I get too much ice so, I started to ask for no ice. She accused me of having an attitude. I told her I didn't have an attitude I was just asking why I was being charged extra. I will never stop by this Starbucks again. Customer service is not good she was rude. She was a Latina woman with a name that I believe started with a V wearing glasses and her hair was up. At the location on Hatch Rd and Mitchell in Ceres around 2:24 she said she voided the transaction. I never told her to be voided. I just asked her why I was being charged extra for no ice?? I was informed by another customer that Starbucks now charges for no ice, light ice or even when you ask for extra ice,. I really never check my receipt I always charge my Starbucks card. I don't like whip cream I always ask for no whip cream, I'm wondering if they also charge for no whip cream 🤔🤔 Shame on you Starbucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve now been sitting in line almost 10 minutes. Waiting for a coffee. I looked up the reviews. It says the drive-through has poor service super slow. It might be worth it for the owner of the company to look at this review and do something about this service for the drive-through.
Don’t know where to start. When I came in to pick up my mobile order it was two travelers. I was not greeted it took everyone a while and I asked for extra cups. I was told by a previous employee that the cups are free just ask for them so I stated I needed a few extra extra cups. The associate then turned around. Totally ignoring me. I put in my order 20 minutes before arriving there and when I got there they haven’t even brewed my coffee. It was an additional 20 minutes. Then when I received my order finally I asked for extra cups. The girl didn’t even wear gloves when she counted my cups that came with the order. But she stated it comes with the assigned number of cups. I asked if I can purchase it. She turned away asked a guy and then came slammed down 6 cups and then turned away. At any time I did not get a response for if I can purchase the cups. It was my dad funeral and that’s the reason why I came to purchase the coffee. It was on my way but I’ve experienced rudeness from this Starbucks before. Not my taste in customer service. If you plan a quick in and out. This is so not the place for good customer service or even quick service. Please avoid at all cost. Oh I didn’t add that when I was leaving out to my car with the travelers same associate was out delivering either a personal or a public drink smiling and greeting that customer with so much joy. It made me feel I was being discriminated against my race. Same with a man a Caucasian man coming into the store and they were greeting him with pleasant and joy. I didn’t do anything I placed a mobile order that stated it was ready but when it arrived they didn’t even brew the coffee. I order pike but then I seen the associate put in a random coffee to give me.
Just left the drive thru & I felt like I was held hostage, I was stuck there for 26 minutes. Only reason I know that is because my fiance called me while I was in line. Once I got to the speaker the person asked if I could hold on before taking my order...... what's another 4 minutes. They took my order & once I reached the window there was no greeting nor an apology for the wait. I'm not even sure why the wait was so long. I was stuck in the drive thru & if I could have left I most certainly would have. I ordered an iced matcha green tea & my cup wasn't even all the way full. Customer service needs to be taught & if I'm paying almost $6 for a drink the least they can do is fill it up. I will not be back & will just start making this at home.

I went there ordered matcha latte venti there was no sugar in it and half of the cup was covered with foam there was just less than half of the drink in it one of the bad experience on there
Usually I do not post but I was treated so rudely in the drive thru. I mentioned that I noticed a 50 cent charge on my order and they said oh yeah that is new and it’s for the cinnamon powder on top. I said please let your customers know before charging them and the barista girl rolled her eyes and the other one behind her yelled well does she still want it or not. I was shocked and just payed and left. Very disappointed 😔
Worse service ever too slow!!!! Waited like 10mins for my order to be taken and like half hour to get my drinks. It was more important to changed the garbage and throw it away than taking orders. Very short handed. Never coming back again to this location

Each time they seemed very unorganized and did not take my order for over 5 mins even though I was the only person in line. Definitely nothing personal to these girls. EVERY SINGLE TIME I went here they messed up my order and did not make my coffee the way I asked after I told them "that's not what I ordered". 1 girl actually asked me if I was sure like I did something wrong wth lol...anyway I cannot recommend coming here the coffee does not taste good and definitely not worth your hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and make the coffee yourself at home.

I took a drink maybe I'm over-reacting but it was only milk and the syrup they put in. normally it's darker in color but it was completely white. They remade it for me but once again no coffee in it. I was late for work so I didn't want to argue with them. Please work on training staff. The girl making the drink seemed new and I understand you're slammed but ordering a coffee and not getting coffee is just really upsetting.
The instructions to make my drink are on the label. They make it incorrect every time and I’m tired of telling them.

Ok I paid obviously a lot of money for three Starbucks and when I looked at mine it was not full all the way for how much I payed this is just not right at all please this post is to obviously to better the quality of what we’re getting but I doubt that will change but also for all the people getting coffee, check your coffee in the morning they’re gonna rip you off !!!

In over two decades as a regular Starbucks customer, I have never experienced a manager or employee asking something like this. This is very unprofessional behavior, regardless of any company policy. It would have been nice to at least let me set my things down before asking me if i was going to make a purchase.
I was at the park with my 2.5 year old who was potty training when she asked to use the bathroom. We went to this Starbucks as I figured she could use the restroom and then we'll get something to go. We went in and I noticed you need a code to get in the bathroom. I asked the lady behind the counter what the code was as my daughter (who I was holding at the time) needed to go to the bathroom. The first thing the Starbucks employee asks is if I will be making a purchase. I said but after I take my daughter to bathroom as I didn't want her to make a mess by wetting herself. The lady behind the counter then said ok just a minute and didn't provide me with the code while she was working on an order I presume. I waited as long as could before deciding to leave and go to the panda Express next door. The panda express was more busy than the Starbucks and yet their employee was much nicer and immediately gave me the code to the bathroom. I understand that Starbucks is changing and wants you to purchase something before you can sit or use the bathroom but I would have bought something if I could get my daughter to the bathroom first.
