Incredible in every way. Tiziana is a welcoming and informal person, making the atmosphere unique. The sommelier is extremely knowledgeable. The staff is trained to answer every question. A truly positive experience! After accidentally stumbling upon the restaurant's Instagram profile, I was intrigued by the video clips and decided to book a table. The setting is truly evocative: cells with exposed meat and a grill overlooking the dining room. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs, discreet yet punctual. The food left us speechless! It exceeded our expectations: from appetizers to desserts, everything was a thumbs up. The prices are in line with the quality of the ingredients. Highly recommended!
We are a group of five friends who wanted to experience the flavors of extremely matured meat. We opted for a tasting menu. The menu included six appetizers, two first courses, and two cuts of meat (Galician mestizo ox and Galician rubia beef). The appetizers were impeccable, with a touch of Asian cuisine and unusual yet well-chosen pairings. The first courses began to reveal the flavors of extreme maturation, with a Galician beef fillet sashimi accompanied by socarrat rice, porcini mushrooms, and egg cream, and a two-year-aged rubia beef tartare, accompanied by a sublime smoked oyster. Now we come to the two main meat dishes: the buey mestizo gallego (aged for about 1 year and 8 months, served with picanha and rump cuts) has a very strong and persistent flavor. For this reason, in hindsight, we would have preferred to eat it before the Rubia Gallega (aged for about 2 years and 4 months, served with picanha and baby spinach cuts), which had a more delicate and less intense flavor. Definitely an experience for lovers of strong flavors, but don't expect the classic flavor of "traditional" meat you're used to. Highly recommended.

I tried the gyoza, the gunkan, and a Frisian buey aged for almost two years. I chose the carrot as an accompaniment and finished with the sweet ox special. The atmosphere was very relaxed, with a good selection of wines. The price was in line with the quality.
The grilled meat is outstanding — juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The side dishes are delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the desserts are delightful. Warm, attentive service and a cozy atmosphere make the whole experience unforgettable. Loved every minute of it!
We had a beautiful dinner with some of the best pieces of meat we ever had. But what stands out even more is the service and hospitality. After dinner we wanted to leave, but someone put another key in the lock of our rental car and broke it off and left. So when we arrived at the car we couldn't get in with our manual only key and didn't know what to do. So we walked back inside and talked to the staff, which helped us out from the start until the road assistants arrived. They helped us to unlock the car, bring us tools, took the phone calls for us in Italian and talked with the guy from road assistants and the rental company. Also we were invited back inside for a drink and even got some gelato (because we told them we had to go because we wanted to go to a gelateria before they closed) This restaurant is great! The food is amazing! And the staff is absolutely the best you could wish for!!! And in the end, road assistants helped us unlock the car and we were able to go after 90 minutes. Just try this restaurant, you wont regret! 💯
Great place to go in Milan. Very meat oriented (obviously) but great interpretations of sides and salads. Great choice of cuts and really creative dishes in a nice environment. Decent wine list. Really recommend the place
Last night we were at this magnificent place, and you can taste the quality of the products with every bite. At the start of the service, you're asked if you'd like water or a cocktail to accompany a small appetizer of taralli and tasty crusty bread; shortly after, a small entrée is served. For appetizers, we chose the house bresaola and Black Angus pastrami, which improved in flavor with every bite, accompanied by two types of bread (I really liked the one with raisins). For main courses, we ordered marinated picanha and ossobuco. Excellent cooking, excellent quality (if you don't want a too "big" dish, I recommend not ordering the ossobuco). We chose the cauliflower with chickpea hummus for sharing. For dessert, we chose the Bue Special. The flavor is unique, and you can taste the work behind it, especially in the quality of the gelato. All this was accompanied by smooth, attentive, and respectful service; The staff was kind, calm, attentive, and smiling. The restaurant is well-designed, with appropriate distances between tables, spacious, and with outdoor parking. It will definitely be on my list of restaurants to return to and try other specialties.

I'd been here a couple of years ago and was just as happy as I was then. The place is well-kept, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the meat is very good. The selection of meat types and aging is remarkable. Recommended.

The menu doesn't stop at meat: carefully crafted and original appetizers open the experience with flavor and personality, while the desserts are surprising. The prices are slightly high, but you'll surely leave satisfied. An ideal place for those seeking a carnivorous gastronomic experience, with a focus on quality and authentic flavor.
Extremely kind and qualified staff, a welcoming and intimate atmosphere, and excellent meat quality! It's definitely expensive, but I'd say the quality of the food is worth it. I recommend it and would definitely return!
Everything was very good, to be clear, but I'm giving it 2 stars because it's really overpriced and the location is unsightly. Looking at the stories on IG, I expected a more rustic place that would have been better suited to the type of cuisine: grilled meat. The service was a bit distracted despite the small number of people. We ordered three large 1.3kg cuts, but they never brought us the promised hot plate, resulting in the meat being practically cold.
