Quick Review: Great ambience, awesome food, and outstanding service. Don’t miss the corn kebab, chicken kulcha, and the biryani. Want to learn more? Keep reading! It’s always hard to experience familiar food prepared in a completely different way, but this restaurant truly delivered, and then some. They gave it their best shot, and they absolutely succeeded. The service was exceptional. Our waiter was attentive and checked in on us at least 5–6 times. His recommendations were spot-on. In an era where even airport fast-food joints expect tips, this level of service was easily A++. As for the food, the menu is thoughtfully organized into four sections: appetizers, small plates, entrées, and desserts. We ordered items from almost every section, fully knowing we wouldn’t finish everything, but we wanted to sample as many of their specialty dishes as possible. Every dish arrived beautifully presented, something that’s often missing in many Indian restaurants. Almost everything we tried was excellent. The only dish that was just okay was the keema small plate. Our only regret? We didn’t get to try dessert, but that just gives us a reason to come back next time.

We visited this restaurant for dinner and had a wonderful overall experience with both the food and the hospitality. We ordered the Murgh Malai Kebab, Kerala Fried Chicken, Hyderabadi Dum Chicken Biryani, Rajasthani Mutton Laal Maas, and finished with the Coconut Panna Cotta. The Murgh Malai Kebab was tender, creamy, and nicely grilled, while the Kerala Fried Chicken was crispy with bold, well-balanced spices. The Hyderabadi Dum Chicken Biryani was okay but didn’t fully meet expectations, as it felt a bit mild and lacked depth of flavor. However, the service truly stood out Chef Vikas personally came to our table, spoke with us about the biryani, and genuinely listened to our feedback, which we really appreciated. The Rajasthani Mutton Laal Maas was outstanding rich, spicy, and full of authentic flavors, and easily the highlight of the meal. The Coconut Panna Cotta dessert was excellent, light, smooth, and perfectly well balanced, making it a great ending to the meal. Overall, excellent hospitality, attentive service, and several standout dishes. We’d definitely return to try more from the menu.

We visited Feringhee on 12/28 to celebrate our daughters birthday and had a flawless experience. We were a party of four with a reservation via OpenTable. The wait staff led by Kishore and Mohammad, our server was incredibly attentive and kind, making the occasion feel truly special. The food was outstanding across all three courses. For appetizers, the Chaats and Lamb Kabobs were flavorful and perfectly prepared. For the mains, we shared the Veg Thali, Butter Chicken, and the Dum Biryani. A special shout-out to the naan covering the biryani pot—it was exquisite and a highlight of the meal! We finished with Mango Pudding, Kulfi, and Mango Lassi, all of which were delicious. As a tea lover, I have to mention the Masala Chai; it was brewed to perfection. Highly recommend for a special occasion!"

The atmosphere is welcoming and classy. Our server greeted us immediately and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We had the TRIO OF PANI PURI and the CAULIFLOWER 65 for the appetizers. They were both delicious! The crisp and the juice was like an explosion of flavor! The Cauliflower was lightly coated and a bit crispy. Flavors were light and spicy. There was none leftover! For the dinner entrees we ordered the OLD DELHI BUTTER CHICKEN, RAJASTHANI MUTTON LAAL MAAS, HYDERABADI DUM CHICKEN BIRYANI, and AWADHI MALAI KOFTA. For sides we had Shahi Jeera Rice, Garlic Naan, and the Vegan option for the Tandoori Roti. We all enjoyed the wonderful flavors of each dish. There was enough to share with each other as well as some to take home. Our server was attentive throughout our meal and constantly provided water without our having to ask or call him over. We did save room for a bit of desert. The Guava Chili Sorbet and the ice cream bar (I didn’t capture the name). The sorbet was delicious but don’t get it if you are looking for sweets. All in all we enjoyed our experience. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for delicious Indian Cuisine.

Went here with my boyfriend for our 1-year anniversary and wanted to try something new since I’d never had Indian food before. Everything was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was warm and welcoming, making our night even more special. Would definitely recommend 👌 🤍

Absolutely a 5 star experience. Felt like we were transported somewhere else. Excellent service with pride and passion. Eager to offer options based on what you want to experience. Every culinary and beverage suggestion were Absolutely amazing. Flavors abound! Nothing over powering, just wonderful culinary experience. Highly recommend if you want a well above average, exceptional experience!

We enjoyed our dinner at Feringhee. Service was great. We tried panipuri and chaat from appetizers, and loved both. Achaari paneer in saag was good too. The portions look deceptively small but we ended up taking to go boxes, food was so filling. Desserts - kulfi and gulabjamun cake were delicious too. Loved the overall relaxed, elevated vibe of the place. Can't wait to go back to explore more from the menu.

If your looking for good Indian food with a more fine dining feel (which we are always looking for when we travel) then come to Feringhee. The food was great, and it was not your typical selection. Ricco, our server was fantastic. He was knowledgeable of the different menu items and had great recommendations. All in all we loved it.

This place serves one of the best claypot biryanis I’ve ever had. The biryani arrives sealed with freshly baked bread, which locks in all the aroma and flavors—breaking the bread open is an experience in itself. Inside, the rice is perfectly cooked, fragrant, and infused with deep, authentic spices, with tender, flavorful meat in every bite. Everything tasted freshly made and thoughtfully prepared, and the portions were generous. Service was friendly and welcoming, making the meal even more enjoyable. If you love biryani done the traditional way, this bread-covered claypot version is an absolute must-try.

Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Most of the recipes are original with unique twist on traditional Indian dishes. I highly recommend this place

Checked out this upscale Indian restaurant in Chandler and it totally lived up to the hype. The vibe is really nice — modern, elegant, and still warm and welcoming. Perfect for a date night or a chill dinner with friends. Their drinks were a highlight — all Indian-inspired cocktails with really unique flavors. I had one with tamarind and spices that was just amazing. We started with the fried chicken and pork ribs — both appetizers were super flavorful and cooked perfectly. The ribs, especially, were fall-off-the-bone good. For the main course, we went classic with the Hyderabadi biryani, butter chicken, and fresh naan. Everything was on point — rich, aromatic, and full of depth. The biryani had that nice punch of spice and the butter chicken was creamy and comforting. Overall, a great place if you’re looking to try Indian food with a modern twist. Would definitely go back!

Chandler stands out as having lots of Indian restaurants, some of them gems. From there it only naturally follows that Feringhee stands as the crown jewel. Its classic Indian served in an elegant setting and executed with Michelin standards. I’ve eaten at Michelin starred Indian restaurants in England and the US and Feringhee is probably at the top of that list. I love this restaurant. Side note : they have the best pav bhaji in the world

Feringhee Indian Restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience with delicious food that perfectly captures the rich flavors of Indian cuisine. Each dish is expertly prepared, with vibrant spices and authentic tastes that make each bite a delight. Whether it’s the savory curries or perfectly baked naan, the flavors are a true standout, and you can taste the attention to detail that goes into every item. It’s the type of food that keeps you coming back for more, and every dish is a testament to quality. Beyond the food, the service and atmosphere at Feringhee make the experience even more special. Our server, Mohamed, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to accommodate, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The restaurant’s warm and inviting ambiance creates a cozy setting, making it perfect for both casual dinners and special gatherings. Overall, Feringhee Indian Restaurant delivers on every front—fantastic food, excellent service from staff like Mohamed, and a welcoming environment.

It's harder to find Indian cuisine in a fine dining experience than it should be, but look no further, Feringhee is just that. The service and atmosphere are welcoming and classy. The food menu is thoughtfully composed and leaves out many of the standard Americanized Indian dishes that you could find at your typical hole-in-the-wall Indian restaurant. Everything is as delicious and complex as it is beautifully presented. The cocktail menu fuses American classics with Indian flare, and there is an extensive spirits list available that includes Indian options I've never seen anywhere else. I recommend the Ghee Old Fashioned for a creative variant of a go-to drink.

K

The menu is a delightful journey through India's diverse culinary landscape, offering a tantalizing array of dishes crafted with precision and creativity. Each bite is a symphony of flavors, perfectly balanced and expertly executed. Whether you're a seasoned lover of Indian cuisine or a newcomer eager to explore new tastes, Feringhee is sure to exceed your expectations. I highly recommend indulging in their culinary offerings – you won't be disappointed!

Truly one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Very creative and flavorful. We shared 2 appetizers and 2 small small plates, plus naan and rice. It was all simply delicious! Will definitely be back soon.

Amazing amazing amazing. A hidden gem in chandler Arizona! Food is inventive and flavorful but also not too straying too far from traditional Indian fare. I’m obsessed with this place and the entire staff took excellent care of me, super friendly, helpful, and passionate about the restaurant. Mohammed was my server and he was excellent. I hope to visit again soon!

I can't say enough good about this place and our experience here just this evening. The inside is lovely and the service was fantastic. We came here to try it out for restaurant week, and I'm so glad we did. The food, of course, was amazing. I loved everything, but the Cauliflower 65 and Glazed Pork Belly, as well as the mango lassi drink, really stood out for me. My husband especially liked his sea bass dish. I definitely want to go back and try some other dishes that our server recommended. This will become a regular for us!

I stumbled upon this place on a google search. It was just me dining alone at the bar and I wasn't super hungry, so didn't get to try as many dishes as I would like. Indian food is better shared! I had the chaat (amazing flavors), the cauliflower 65 (delicious and tasty), garlic naan (came out steaming hot and shining with garlic butter goodness) and the fish tikka (moist, hot and full of flavor). Ok so maybe I was hungrier than I thought, or the food was so good, I couldn't resist. Wonderful selection of wines and cocktails. Overall a great experience! Once you're inside, you forget it's basically a strip mall. I WILL be back.

LOVED our experience here. I’m always up for Indian, but usually that means a feast on just traditional curries. Feringhee has such a unique modern spin on Indian food. From traditional butter chicken and saag paneer, to creative shrimp appetizers, cauliflower, and Indian tacos. Excellent service. My only advice would be to dim the lights a bit. Felt too bright for fancy modern Indian.

Food was very tasty. Ordered off of their summer menu and the three of us thoroughly enjoyed what we ordered. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely be going back.

Food was creative and excellent! Combined traditional Indian dishes with southwest flavors for a truly unique experience that still evoked nostalgia for authentic Indian flavors. Highly recommend for anyone who loves Indian food! Hope this review isn’t as cheesy as my jalapeño cheddar naan (which was amazing!!).

Fantastic Indian food! Our waiter Mohamed had great recommendations and treated us so well. Value for price is very good. Interesting cocktails :)

The boogiest Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to; the aesthetic was beautiful and the food was YUMMY!! So many flavors within a dish 🤤 also beware that your main dish doesn’t come with anything so you have to order additional side items if you want them 5 stars for the owner who let us in even though the kitchen was closing soon after the greeter herself didn’t want to let us in. I recommend avoiding going an hour before they close because we felt rushed eating as the server came to ask us if we wanted to go boxes not too long after receiving our food. I’ve never seen a restaurant that had their guests out the door right on the dot after they close ???

My girlfriend saw this place online months ago and I’m so mad we didn’t come here sooner, this place is amazing! We (table for 2) dined on a weekday night with no reservation as walk-in's at 5:45pm, we were able to be sat right away. But the place was mostly filled up by the time we left, so consider making a reservation. Our server was Mohamed and he was fantastic. We went with his recommendations and everything was great. For cocktails, we had the ghee old fashioned and passion fruit whiskey sour; both were luxurious cocktails with depths of flavor. I’m a sucker for an egg white whiskey sour and this drink delivered. It felt like the flavor went for days after taking a sip, I highly recommend if you enjoy whiskey drinks. For appetizers, we had the feringhee chaat and pani puri trio. The pani puri was a nice experience with good flavors, the chaat was very tasty and went especially well with the (hot!) sauce that can be added a la carte. It is quite spicy, made with fresh habaneros, but they provide more than enough for all your dishes if you’re good with heat. The butter chicken and coconut curry shrimp as entrees were soooo good. Went well with the cheesy jalapeño naan and saffron rice, and the flavors were complex and well developed. We drank the menu recommended Pinot Gris wine with the shrimp dish and it really worked. They also have good selection of drinks from India, substantial Indian whisky list and we had the Indian Sauvignon Blanc for dessert. It was very interesting and the “green pepper” tasting note was spot on, not your usual Marlborough sauv blanc. Highly recommend this restaurant, was pleasantly surprised at every turn and felt very taken care of. By the time we left the restaurant was popping, will definitely be coming back to try more!

What a very positive experience. Mohammad (our server) took us for a gastronomical tour. We don't know much about indian cuisine. He is well versed what on the menu, gave us his recommendations and took time to explain what's in it. We started our meal with the "Trio of Puchka" which was amazing. You have to pour the liquid inside the puff ball and in one serving put it inside your. Heaven, it's an explosion of flavors. Everybody should try this. Then after this we started our small plates. We got the "Coastal scallops" which are xooked to perfection , "Tandoori Wild Shrimps" I would prefer a bigger shrimp but equally good and "Amsol Glazed Pork Ribs". I suggest you save the sauce from the scallops so you can use it as a dip for your Naan. As main we tried "Old Delhi Butter Chicken" side of Saffron Pulao Rice and Garlic Naan and this is very good and very tender. Then to cap it off we ordered "Nostalgia Dark Chocolate Cremeux" and "Tender Coconut Pannacotta". I prefer the Pannacotta as it is the right amout of sweetness and very refreshing fruits. The cremeux is a bit too sweet for my liking but my wife loved it. I don't mind paying a little more, you pay for the total experience. Not to mention the whe team here are on top of of their game. Water are replenished plates are replaced for every course, ro make sure you always have a clean playe and flavors doesn't mix feom your started to your dessert. Definitely will come back to try the lamb and other foods. I did a reservation, but not required.

When you read the reviews, it can be hard to believe it is as good as everyone says it is. The food, service, and ambiance all exceeded my expectations at every level. It's easily the best Indian food in AZ, and probably some of the best you'll find anywhere. We can't wait to keep going back until we've had everything on the menu! Our new favorite place, I promise you won't be disappointed.

The flavors of the food were awesome! Loved the presentation/ plating of each and every dish. Food comes out pretty fast and they are very efficient. The staff was very friendly. Love the art work also. Definitely a must try place. Can’t wait to go back again and try other dishes. Love the fact that menu has gluten free dishes clearly labeled. It’s not a regular Indian restaurant with usual dishes and what a awesome experience it was. It’s a fancy Desi fusion restaurant in the heart of chandler, close to chandler mall.

My wife and I came in for an early dinner the other day and were pleasantly surprised. The food was well made, modern and fresh, full of indian spices and flavor. The décor was light and inviting, The drinks were very good. We ordered several takes on modern drinks with an indian twist. We will definitely return.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a while! The atmosphere was relaxing and clean, the service was great, and the food was spectacular. Highly recommend Feringhee’s Chaat as a starter. This place was well priced for what you get.

We went here for the first time today, and this is by FAR the best South Asian restaurant in the Valley. Hands down. Mohammad was our server and he was phenomenal. I have no idea how we somehow missed this place in the 3.5 years it has been open - but going forward we will be eating here regularly. GET THE BIRYANI!!! It was insanely amazing!

An unforgettable dining experience at Feringhee Modern Indian Cuisine We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Feringhee, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. We started with the Murgh Malai Kebab, which was so tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced that we ended up ordering it again — that alone says everything. We also had the Lamb Kakori Seekh, which was rich, delicately spiced, and beautifully cooked. The Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani was aromatic, authentic, and deeply satisfying — one of the better biryanis we’ve had in the Valley. A special mention to Vikas Rana — the food truly reflects his skill and attention to detail. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and elevated while still staying true to classic Indian flavors. The experience was made even better by our server Eithiban, whose service was outstanding — attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. Between the exceptional food, refined ambience, and impeccable service, Feringhee delivered a truly memorable evening. We’ll definitely be coming back, and this place has earned a spot among our favorite Indian restaurants in Arizona. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best Indian food in Arizona. Everything from appetisers to main course to dessert, it puts you in food coma and coming back for more. Chef Vikas providing unforgettable taste with his food and Mr. Kishore outstanding service along with their staff. Highly recommend trying this gem!

We eat here while visiting from out of state, and from the moment we walked in we were impressed with the ambience of Feringhee. Our drinks were delicious and prompt. Our server, Mohamed was such a joy and very welcoming. BUT what really took our experience to the next level was the food. The balance, flavor and texture of very dish was exceptional. We have traveled all over and often seek out Indian cuisine… this is some of the best we’ve ever had! WELL DONE FERINGHEE!

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food and good service. My teenage son had the Kashmiri lamb dish and said this restaurant is the best he’s tried. My butter chicken and garlic naan was delicious, and my husband tried for the first time and loved his Hyderbadi Dum Chicken Biryani. Very pricey, especially since the lamb and butter chicken meals did not come with rice or naan so, and is more for special occasions and once in a while treats for us.

K
Kristine Beck

We had such a nice dinner here last night. The dining room has a lovely ambience and the whole serving team seemed intent on creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Rico was our server and was obviously really passionate about the menu offerings. They were able to give us details about any of the dishes and helpful in discussing new-to-us flavors like Paan. We loved everything we ate (pani puri, feringhee’s chaat, pork ribs, butter chicken, paan and salted jaggery ice creams). Every dish was stand out, so it was hard to pick a favorite, but the ribs were unexpected and win the award for me today. Can’t wait to visit the area again, so we can come back!

N
Nikitha Reddy Junuthula

Amazing food, great service, and a lovely ambience. We tried the biryani, butter chicken, and a lamb appetizer. All were flavorful and delicious. The only letdown was the pista kulfi, it lacked flavor. Overall, a great dining experience and definitely worth visiting for the main dishes!

L

We dined at this fine dining Indian establishment with a large group of 25 people, allowing us to explore almost the entire menu. The food itself was undeniably good; each dish was well-prepared and flavorful. However, the value proposition was lacking. The portions were significantly smaller than anticipated for the price point, which was quite high. While the quality was there, the quantity did not justify the expense

E
Eias Murad

I was looking for a modern Indian restaurant with an element of fine dining and Feringhee fits the bill. They preserved the authenticity of their cuisine and flavors, presented it in a nice modern way. Their menu looked great. You have a wide variety of shared, small plates and an expansive list of main entrees. Ambience is bright and buzzing, I felt the place is best for groups and families. They have a big nice bar in the background, the blue light didn’t match the vibe or lighting of the restaurant honestly. Food was tasty, cooking and presentation were both superb. Quantity of food was just right. Service and staff were great, our waiter was knowledgeable about menu and drinks as well. Their drinks are creative, crafty and on the level of a cocktail bar which is unusual for an Indian restaurant in Phoenix. Desserts were good but nothing spectacular. Overall, Feringhee (means “foreign” by the way) deserves a try and another visit.

A
Ashish D

This is not exactly our Indian taste although it's Indian cuisine. They have added additional touch, taste to each of the menu item. More focus on presentation, taste is ok if you are looking for traditional Indian food taste. Good things: Presentation of food, Preparation, Not oily, Not too spicy, nothing is overpowering the taste, Ambeance is good, Service is good. Not Good things: Taste is average, missing original taste, portion is very less for appetizers (not even enough for kids), cost is high compare to Taste and Portion. Menu have very limited options, just 1 option of chicken curry/fish curry. Veg curry have more options. Must try once.

It’s an Experience!! ⭐️This is a fancy restaurant serving fusion Indian food mainly westernized and curated for non Indians. Not your regular Indian food. The ambience was great and outdoor seating was very nice during the pre summer weather since they have mist spraying set up there 👍🏻 Restrooms were clean as well. The restaurant was fairly crowded, we had to make a reservation for a Saturday night. The food was good, not much spicy since they had to accommodate tastes of all crowd. Main course curries were a lil cold though, but we didn’t bother to trouble the server and I am sure they would warm it for us had we informed. The service was good..pleasant and sweet people, checking up from time to time. We ordered Feringhee chat, avocado bhel, cauliflower 65 as starter. For main course we went with chicken biriyani, mushroom curry, malai kofta, fish curry. Portions were very small! We knew about that beforehand and hence ordered such a large platter of options😄

S
Sarat P

For the longest time I have wished for more experimentation with Indian food to modernize it. Take some risks with it. I was super happy to give this a try. The ambience is upscale for a typical Indian restaurant and the service was prompt. The presentation of the food is very well done. Most of the dishes tasted really good. We did it tapas style where ordered pretty much most items on the brunch menu. For starters we had the firenghee chaat, pork belly, cauliflower 65, pav bhaji. Main course, we got Lamb curry, vegetable kofta, butter chicken and paneer makhani. As sides we got tandoori roti, garlic naan, saffron rice and masala fries. For drinks we had the mango lassi and masala chai. Our favs: chaat, pork belly, cauliflower 65, Lamb curry, garlic naan, masala fries and masala chai. On the flip side, the prices are high, the tomato cream sauce that is the base of the chicken and paneer dish is a bit acidic, the kofta was not moist but a bit dry. The sides are expensive for the portion size. If I pay $5 for rice, give me a bigger bowl!

H
H J S

It was my birthday dinner, our server Mr. Wahab was very courteous. The food was authentic but it was missing some flavoring in biryani. Moctail and Mango Lassi were superb. Their seekh kababs are highly recommended. Loved the puchkas and their flavorings. Expecting little more taste in some of the dishes as they are charging high prices. Got a beautiful surprise by a yummy chocolate cake later for my birthday. Overall a good experience! Will be going back definitely to check out their other things in the menu.

A

A nod towards fine dining - which I loved - with slightly creative twist on the dishes. The atmosphere was very nice, the service - very friendly and personable. Food was good with mango lassi and chicken with paneer fondue small plates (forgot the name) being the best positive surprises. We'll be coming back!

We visited with high expectations but left feeling a bit underwhelmed. We ordered the Fish Amritsari, Chicken Kathi Roll, and Mutton Rara with plain naan. Unfortunately, the fish was quite dry and chewy. The kathi roll lacked impact; it would benefit from caramelized onions, fresh cilantro, and a more defined egg layer on the paratha. While the naan was enjoyable, the Mutton Rara lacked heat and the spices felt unbalanced in the gravy. Overall, slightly disappointing given what our expectations were

R

We tried this place one night with some friends, we were greeted after standing by the door for about 10 minutes, seems that management was having some kind of meeting with the employees, during open hours not like we got there before they opened. Once we were seated it took about another 10 minutes to get someone to agree that they had our section, finally one gentleman said he would take the table and took our drink order. Our friends order a wide variety of items, they were tasty but not Indian food tasty. We found this place to be a fusion restaurant. The food presentation was very nice and the food was good but for the price I would not say great. We found the service lacking for an upscale restaurant to be lacking. We will probably not return. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. If you like fusion food that is very costly then try this place but if you want true Indian food try somewhere else.

J
Jo Walia

Food was good. It was an interesting spin off of traditional Indian food but I would've expected more flavor and culinary skill to justify the cost. Although servers were somewhat attentive, they could use a lot more experience. One of our entrees arrived with nuts after clarifying 5 different times throughout the night that there was an allergy. Also, we received the wrong cocktail orders twice and were still charged for them after making it clear that the order was not correct. Overall, nice experience but in order to be called “fine dining” they need to invest more in shaping up the ambiance, staff, and overall processes.

E
Enigma Z

The ambience is upscale for a typical Indian restaurant. It was an interesting spin off of traditional Indian food. The presentation of the food is very well done. The food lacked flavor and the servers could use more experience. The portion sizes were small for the price point. The bartender didn't show up to work on the day we visited. Overall, an ok experience!

K
Kishan Patel

The food at Feeranghee is genuinely good — well-executed, flavorful, and clearly prepared by a talented kitchen. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We visited on Christmas Eve to celebrate with family, and the service was frankly unacceptable. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, with only two servers attempting to manage a full dining room. This resulted in extremely long wait times, complete lack of attention, and basic service failures that should never happen at this price point. We waited over an hour just to receive our drinks, and throughout the night it was clear that no one was overseeing the floor or managing service flow. What made the experience worse was that the staff did not seem to know their own wine list, which led to confusion, delays, and ultimately a bill exceeding $750 that felt wildly disconnected from the level of service provided. Good food alone does not make a good restaurant. Hospitality, management, and respect for the guest experience matter just as much — especially on a holiday when people are choosing to celebrate with family and spend meaningful money. Unfortunately, the lack of leadership and operational control turned what should have been a memorable evening into a frustrating one. A restaurant can rarely survive good food with consistently poor service.
