Was extremely impressed with the customer service at this McDonald's. She brought the food to my table brought more napkins and in general was the most pleasant employee. There was hand sanitizer dispenser and every body wore mask and social distanced. Overall a great experience
As always great food,! Great Attitude s from the employees! Good to see some companies that are still interested in doing business! Wife Karen and I will remember that next time we come down as well as we always seem to make special late night runs when down. 😀 So it's good to see some places still open 24 hours!! ☕🍔🍟🍿🥤🍔🍟🥤☕... special order (s) don't even seem to upset them! Ever since the remodel the drive thru efficiency time improved a lot! Good job staff! My only gripe is no longer having the soda machine inside to easily get a refill rather than waiting for an employee to assist which can take a while.
Today, my husband and I arrived in a new city. Everything here — the language and the culture — is a new learning experience for us. Since we both really enjoy McDonald’s, we decided to visit the nearest one. We were pleasantly surprised by the new services and machines, and even more touched by the warm hospitality of the staff. One young man named Jason especially made our visit a very happy one. We also want to thank the manager for personally coming out to greet us. This McDonald’s is truly a place worth visiting!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped by the McDonald’s on Kyle Center Drive this yesterday morning and everything was quick, hot, and just what I needed to start the day. It was a bit busy but they still managed to get my meal out pretty quick. I ordered the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit meal with a hash brown and orange juice. The biscuit was soft and buttery, the sausage and egg were fresh, and the cheese added the perfect touch. The hash brown came out crispy and golden, and the orange juice was refreshing. Service was fast, and my order was made just right. Definitely a solid breakfast stop—five stars all the way!

Used to avoid this McDonald's bcus it was time consuming, they rarely got my order correct, the wait was long, and the food was mediocre at best. However, something has changed bcus I go there nearly everyday now and they are good. Food good, they don't mess up my order,I get good food pretty quickly, overall huge improvement, thank you McDonald's, good job!
At first I was not sure if anyone would be there based on the fact that at another McDonald's location all of the workers quit because of the stress of not having enough employees and running. The restaurant was open, but there were long lines in the drive-through and when I got to the window it is obvious that the workers for stressed. At first they were not sure which order I was, but figured it out. I give them kudos for calmly and efficiently getting the orders out.
Go here when I have a crave to get some breakfast, don't never dine in so I really can't comment in that. Other than that exterior is clean, well maintain, their is a screen that's needs to be fix, service is good always with a good attitude had one issue with an order before but they we're able and glad to fix it right away. Definitely stop by and get your breakfast or lunch, drive thru is fast.
Loved that I could use my points today for my meal. I think I was just surprised that they dont have their menu board anymore. I think they're moving digitally more and more but I kinda feel bad for others who dont have the app or can't use the kiosk.
All I had was quarters that evening on the drive-thru. It was a holiday evening with loud and noisy fireworks going off. The inside of my car was dark and too difficult to count the money. Josue, the supervisor made a small, yet great exception to count them for me. Thanks.
Super busy location, but prices are lower than nearby locations. Remodeled to the app first style, with a tricky parking lot to navigate. I'll be back over and over. Low ranking relative to the world, but it is a pretty good McDonald's.
I stopped by this Mcdonald to pickup my mobile order since I was nearby. I got their large fries and large coke using the McDonald's App so I can use their deals. When we pulled up to the drive thru, there was only 1 car in the second drive thru lane. We went to lane 1 because there was no car there. Then the car in lane 2 went but no one talk to us on the speaker. Another car pulled up to lane 2 and someone immediately took their order so we just pulled up to the first window. I told them no one talked to us through the PA and I was there for a mobile order pickup. I asked for light ice on my drink since the app doesn't give you that option. The fries were delicious, it was seasoned correctly and they almost filled it to the top. My drink was also filled to the top with light ice like I asked so I was happy with my experience besides the drive thru service and not getting all the fries.

Had a craving for McDonald's fries and, after over half an hour waiting in the drive-through line, I was rewarded with a cold, limp pile of garbage. You would think a place that's so busy would at least have fresh food, but that was not the case in my experience. On top of that, the layout for the drive-through is bafflingly convoluted and I almost got clipped by a jerk who slammed on the gas and whizzed past me while I tried to exit. Would not recommend this place. The staff was friendly, though.
Workers are consistently rude and all up in people's.business when it doesn't concern them or McDonald's it's weird and been like this for years also very un-accommodating unnecessarily and definitely profile guests and treat each person accordingly to their social profile assumptions don't believe me? This McDonald's is nice and everyone seemed friendly and helpful. The food is well... fast food and the presentation and preparation of the meal was average. So why only 3 stars? Between homeless Henry, the weird "do it yourself" kiosk, the constant service bells ringing and the gum on my shoe, it kind of ruined the ride a bit. Overall I'd go there again. Maybe it won't be so weird next time.
It was a bad day at Mickey D's! There was construction work out front limiting access to the restaurant. Drive thru line was backed up. I was asked twice at the pay window what my order was; then three times at the pickup window only for them to STILL get my order incorrect. I called from home and they told me to come inside so they could fix it. When I got back - complete chaos. About 12 ppl standing around waiting on orders. Manager told everyone that had to order on the kiosk. They had four kiosks; only one was working. They had people shouting to get their money back and people shouting because they wanted a person to take their order and people shouting because they had been standing in the store to pick up deliveries for 20 minutes. It was pretty crazy. The one bright light- in the middle of it all stood Natalie the Mgr! She was stuffing bags and flipping fries at the same time. She had answered my call and told me to come back and she would take of me. And she did!! Even with customers shouting at her she never raised her voice and took the verbal abuse - even though she was doing the best she could with the small staff she had available. So while this McDonald's has to get its act together, please keep Natalie as the Mgr. She is worth her wait in gold!!
This McDonald's wasn't the most with it: the cashier at the first window completely ignored me while I was waiting for her to take my payment. So after nearly a minute I pulled up to the second window, where the employee managed to get the cashier to come over and take my money. We ended up waiting a good ten minutes for a soft serve, joining a growing number of customers in the parking lot. Truth be told, we almost never touch fast food, and well, this McDonald's is a salt and fat fest like any other.
For the whole franchise you either love or hate it. Or just love to hate it. I have to handed it to them. I have never seen a commercial of MCDs talking bad about anyone else, just how delicious their food is. For this location though one thing I have seen is the drive-thru being busy. So busy in fact that my order had a mistake. I am sure it does not happen to every order. Maybe. We did get parked as I pointed out, they did not give us our chicken nuggets. We sat in the parking lot for about 20 minutes. Finally went in to find out what happened to our nuggets. They had forgotten about us in the parking lot. This is what seemed to happen. The person at the window must have been new. You recognize quickly when it is a seasoned employee. As this person was asking questions. So most likely being "trained". The only thing this person was doing was just handing he food to cars passing through the window. You could tell that other employees were fulfilling the orders. Some things seem not to change as I could identify the whole scene when I use to be a kid working at MCDs.
It's okay. McDonald's now is Pricy. Go to a restaurant or get food at home : must get the app. It's highly recommended now. the take out takes forever!!!, go inside more conveniently also McDonald's changed their recipes so the flavor is bad now hardly eat much hear anymore wish they had the old apple pies
The food was great as always, but getting through the line took a very long time, even though it wasn't very long. We waited at the ordering speaker while three other cars in the lane over got to place their order before us. Maybe the microphone wasn't working? I don't know. Also, we ordered a Sprite for our son, were charged for it, but received plain old water.
Decent service, but they're very slow here, and are random with how they use the two lane drive-thru windows instead of alternating fairly.
How are these people making $20-$25 an hour? Except for a couple of good, efficient employees, folks don’t seem to care much. Tried dining in? Yeah, not great either. Constant beeping from the inside of the kitchen, so I guess they can’t operate the utensils and machinery either. Mixing your McFlurry? Nope. Can’t do that because who really knows why. There is potential for improvement.
The food was usual McDonald's quality but the service was totally lacking. It took me and my fiance over 20 minutes just to get a carnal frappé which came 15 min after our food had already been dobe. It's still a decent Mcdonalds as far as everything else
There is one register where I *think* you can order with a person. Otherwise you have to order with one of the kiosks, which is easy. All items must be retrieved by staff: napkins, ketchup packets, drinks. Even the bathroom must be opened by staff. There is no mirror in the men's bathroom and no paper towels (only an air dryer). The color pallette was neutral, not red and yellow. I think there was something like classical music playing. Definitely not the McDonalds I grew up with! It was a very chill quiet vibe. The ambience was nice but a bit out of place with the low quality food. Chicken nuggets: 2/5 (the bread is weird and chicken seems artificial) Oreo McFlurry: 3/5 Vanilla Sundae: 3/5 Chicken Strips: 3/5 (tangy BBQ: 2/5. Honey: 4/5) Hamburger: 3/5 Fries: 3/5 Apple Pie: 3/5
The downsides the food took more than 20mins. The drinks were not filled to the top. The employees were working really hard but short staffed it’s not their fault they deserve a raise. The food was delicious. I dislike the way you have to ask the hard working employees for every single thing but looking at the area I understand why. I dislike that there is not play place.
Ordered throuh drive-thru. Told to pull around to Space 1. Space 1 was already occupied. 20 minutes elapsed and had to walk inside. Was told my order had been given to someone else. Had to wait agsin for the order to be redone. Seems like too much effort for a burger.
The atmosphere was ok, although I miss restaurants having music instead of tv. Music was more conducive to conversation with your companions. The food was mediocre, specifically the fries were cold. I like the shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce, so the home style burger was pretty good. I don’t like that they removed the drink machines from the lobby. I also don’t like ordering at the kiosk. Mine had no table tent numbers and I had to get one from the other kiosk, then mine didn’t print a receipt, so I had to get one from the front counter person, who never spoke a word. I definitely miss the personal touch. Overall it was cold and lifeless as a restaurant. Toward the end of our meal, they turned the ac on high, but it was already chilly outside. It felt like they wanted to rush us out. Anyway, there’s a few things that they could improve on.
Made an order through the app for pickup. We ordered two McRib meals and a couple of other things. He never looked in the bag to make sure everything was in there. He gets home and we notice two of the McRibs that we ordered are not in the bag. So I call McDonald's to let them know that he's on our way back to go pick up the McRibs. The lady informs me that she couldn't put them in the bag because they were out of the McRibs. It was never communicated with us they were out of the McRibs and to see if we wanted something else or a refund. It's a little ridiculous if you ask me. 🙄
Very busy but not enough staff at the cash register. Drive through is good bit last night it was closed!? Who knows why’s. And sometimes late night staff after 12 am gets lazy and gives cold fries. Nothing worse than cold fries esp when mc Donald fries are known to be the best! Lastly I had dry overcooked nuggets at room temp also late night and it’s so frustrating because you don’t want to go back and get bd k in line and no one answers the phone to reach a manager ever!!
The worst costumer service. They were calling the numbers but not giving you the order. I was standing there for atleast 30 minutes and I only ordered a large fries they were not even busy. Once I got my fries they were not good at all. Do not recommend going here.
Edit* This location is constantly leaving the requested dipping sauces out of the order. This has happened on at least 4 separate occasions. I mean, you should know about McDonald's if you are a human. If you are reading this and are not a human. Here's a quick take on Mickey D's Our brain will tell us this taste great when we are eating it. Our brain will reward us with chemicals that make us feel happy for eating the fastest of fast foods. But once you have completed your food. The self loathing portion of the meal will begin. Also, there is a comfort in knowing that this taste exactly the same at any McDonald's in the world. The Big Mac is a classic can't really go wrong with the classic. And I don't care what people say Diet Coke is gross.
The drive-thru employee was very confused at a very simple question, my Big Mac bread was super fluffy like mostly air which was weird, and they just seemed to want me to get out of there even though no one else was around. Forgot to give me my drink and then seemed annoyed when I asked for it. I won't be back.
Ridiculously slow drive-up service. After 15 minutes waiting in in the Drive-Thru line, I pulled out and went to the walk-up service and was served much faster. They're two lanes to order but only one lane to pick up. Ridiculously, insanely slow service there. I will avoid this McDonald's whenever possible.
The customer service here is deplorable. Instead of moving the line along when they had a customer who was angry and didn't wanna pay they kept everybody waiting for 10 minutes and I was stuck in line. Now this was just this morning's occurrence. But it's constant problem every time I go there they get the orders wrong a miss charge you... And some of the employees look like they're on so much drugs that they can barely function. Since I see the employees change out pretty quickly in either has to be a management problem where they cant keep good and please because some of the best employees I've known here have moved to other McDonald's.
Depends when you go. In the morning it's fine, but around 6pm it's awful. 4/5 orders are wrong, and I even started using the mobile ordering in the hope they could read a screen. No dice. Avoid at any time other than breakfast, unless you want to have to repeat your order 15 times.
Disorganized. I was there between 10:50 to 11:18. People were waiting to place an order inside. No staff behind the cash register. The staffs were too busy with the drive through orders. I saw my pickup order around 10:55-11:00 but since Stephanie didn't call the order out, I was under the impression that my order is not ready. I waited and waited. A few minutes later Stephanie came to check on my order, again....she didn't call the number or my name . About 10:14 I asked about my order.. Stephanie then told me my order is ready no frappe because the machine is broken. She offered a replacement. I declined. I asked for the item to be cancelled and ask for a refund. So, instead of going to the cash register and issue me a refund, she went to the back of the counter and continued on packing (she was putting items into the bag and sealing them). Hello? What am I supposed to do? I waited.. again. I had to call her again for a refund. While she was processing the refund, I asked why she didn't call me.. she insisted she did..I said that's not true because I was 2-3 steps away and I've been watching the pickup area. She asked me my order number again and she finally said, "you are right, I didn't call you." /palmface The manager cannot manage the situation properly where he/she focused on the drive-thru orders. The results: disorganized! I went to jack in the box because the foods that I ordered were no longer warm. I saw the same elderly couple. They were at McDonald's. They were there before 11 but since the staff helped them a few minutes after 11, they couldn't get the breakfast items anymore. Sad....

The food at this location is like most McDonalds. The service could really use some improvements. I ordered my food through the app for pickup at the counter and I wanted to wash my hands before eating. Unfortunately this is one of those locations that locks their bathrooms, which is understandable. I was at the counter and both workers there were hanging out by the bagging area. One makes eye contact and I attempt to wave them down. Completely ignores me. The second person eventually made eye contact but and said "excuse me" but she quickly looked away. I probably waited 5min before one of the two came to the counter. It was at that point I realized she was the manager! I was pretty surprised a manager would ignore a customer like that.
It's the same old same old. The Coca Cola had very little ice on a 97 degree day. Thank you very little. The French Fries were lukewarm and that was after I had sent them back because I told them they were not hot enough. Honestly, if you have to keep chewing those french fries, you feel like you're just chewing on cardboard. Well, I guess at least the place was clean & the Cashier was Polite & Smiling.
It gets busy with kids from 3:30-4:30. Staff should start enforce kids clean up after themselves including handing them cleaning supplies as necessary
I visited this McDonald with my mom and my little brother. Ordered and took like 15 minutes and got the order wrong. With the happy meal my brother got IN THE apples were seeds. Seeds inside an apple. Do not come here. Staff is really friendly tho
Missing Monopoly Pieces! Check Your Order Before You Leave! Caution! If you're coming here for the Monopoly game pieces, go to a different location. I ordered three separate meals (a total of nine potential items for game pieces: 3 burgers, 3 fries, 3 drinks). I only received one game piece total. I couldn't believe that out of nine items, only one had a game piece attached. I even checked the commercial, which clearly shows game pieces on the burger box, fries, and soda cups, just like in the '90s. The only conclusion I can draw is that employees at this location are stealing the game pieces before the food is boxed and handed out. The McDonald's Monopoly 'scam' continues, but this time, it seems it's happening at the store level. Word of advice: go to a different location.

Worst McDonald's ever, it's amazing how they are able to keep a strong streak of completely screwing up our order 100% of the time. EVERY single time we come here for years now they manage to get our order WRONG even after repeating 2 or 3 times, It's a habit now to check before we leave the window and sure enough our order is ALWAYS wrong! I placed an order at this restaurant a little before 10 am for a curbside order. I got to the restaurant a few mins later at 10 am. I preceded to wait about 10 mins after confirming my spot number. After mins I walked inside and tried to speak to someone regarding this. While I understand this time of day is a busy rush, I was unable to get anyone to speak with me. Instead I was pushed out of the way by DoorDash and UberEats people and couldn't get anyone to help. I walked back out to my car and a worker came out with my food. After all this of waiting 15-20 for my curbside order, I went home to eat my food and as I take out my food my Sausage Egg McMuffin had no egg. As if my experience wasn't already bad enough with waiting 15-20 mins for a curbside order which would have been quicker to go through the drive thru, I didn't even get to enjoy my order because of this restaurants inability to correctly serve its customers. I have had multiple bad experience with quality of food at this location. This is unexceptable to consistently serve your customers so poorly.
They forgot my Sweet & Sour sauce. I go to McDonald’s and get the same thing every time: 2 cheeseburgers, medium french fries no salt, and a 10 piece McNugget with EXTRA SWEET & SOUR SAUCE. The food is merely a vessel to transport their Sweet & Sour sauce into my body. AND THEY FORGOT IT. Also their ice cream machine was broken. I would rate 0 stars if I could.
Just ordered through the drive window. Ordered an Artisan Grilled Chicken sandwich, no lettuce, no tomato add pickles. I received it exacly the way I didn't want it. This franchise always has issues. 2 of 3 times I will be asked to pull to a waiting spot to wait for my order. Gets tiresome . Luckily there other franchises in the area that I will give my business to.
The manager who works on Tuesday around 2:30pm is trash!!! She doesn't know how to properly fill French fries into a box. Very troubling. She also speaks to her employees with such impunity!! It's disturbing!! Should've done drive thru I wouldn't have to see the abuse. Try harder gurlll

This was the worst McDonald's They probably will not close because how busy it is but the customer service and food service is the worst I have ever consistently experienced. Went a few times, I will never go back. From Saltless Cold Fries, to maybe orange drink in my sprite (Soooo glad I opened the top), to rubbery apple pies. YIKES! Stay away....It's not worth the calories or stress of still being hungry because you still did not eat!
Worst experience ever. I was there at 5:36 Am on 10/01/2020. Order was# 30-Ks#13. Passed by drive thru and i witnessed the worst customer service ever provided! The guy taking the order couldn't under simple english, too top it off he was soo upset at us repeating the order that he raised his tone at me!? Its early in the morning and this is the last thing i want to go through. That guy served my drinks up too 75% of the cup out of spite, maybe spit in my smoothie, i don't trust people like that, he needs to be fired! He doesn't understand that the customer is the most important part of the job, hell, cant even understand english. Im starting to believe they'll hire any fool. Never returning and i do not recommend this mcdonald's to anyone unless you like being disrespected and being shorted out.
By far the worst McDonald’s ever! There has never been a time where they haven’t messed up my order. Everytime I do through the drive thru not only do I have to wait for over 20 mins (which completely defeats the whole purpose) then they make me go wait at the reserved spot but at the end it’s wrong again. I normally order just an iced caramel coffee with chocolate syrup and three drizzles of chocolate and three drizzles of caramel when I got my coffee there was no drizzle. The worker said it might have fallen to the bottom which is a lie because i always get the same thing. Worst experience ever with this McDonald's they're fighting they're arguing who's doing the front I need help with this someone do that very unprofessional.
I would give him no zeros if I could they're always forgetting things in my bag through the drive thru. The manager's rude if that was a manager he didn't sound like could you come that's what they say. Ask for no salt freeze get extra salt..
They gave me the whole complete wrong order and wouldn’t refund the money extremely disappointed with my experience
This mcdonald's has not improved. I recently went this weekend, I ordered on the app and parked in curbside pick up. My family and I waited 10 mins and no one approached the car. I had gone inside to find out what happened to the order. I understand that drive through can be chaotic but there was no worker in the front to update the others individuals that were waiting for their order. Finally, a young man helped me out. He told me that my order was given to someone else and they could remake it. That took a whole other 15 mins. When we finally did get our order it was missing a breakfast item! This mcdonald's needs better management and more organization.
This place can ruined your morning. I don't blamed the employees, I blamed the management. I ordered 1) Number 2 with regular latge coffee with 4 sugars and 4 creamer inside. Deluxe breakfast with decaf small coffee with 2 and 2 inside. When I got to the cashier, the the guy repeated my ordered and they were all correct and I then paid. When we got the window to pick up our orders The young lady gave us our orders, and I was still waiting for my large regular coffee and when I asked her about it, she told me there was no large regular coffee included. And then the manager told her to just give it to me. She gave me the coffee and I checked my coffee and there was no sugar and creamer. I then told the young lady, she then gave me an attitude saying well that's what you asked for? THAT'S WHEN I TOLD HER NEVER MIND AND I LEFT... SO WHEN MY GF WAS EATING HER FOOD THE DELUXED BREAFAST, SHE TOLD ME HER FOOD WAS OLD. I USED to worked for mc Donald when I was in high school. The quality of our service, and food that we were serving was far from the service today. Very dissapointed And wasted breakfast..
How has this place been able to stay open is beyond me first off the drive-through takes forever and as if the workers aren't rude enough they certainly can't get their orders right. Or even remember to give you your order at all. And when you finally go to correct your food they argue with you and give you attitude. Please please shut this McDonald's down their horrible.
Can someone tell victor to stop wearing perfume or what ever he wear. .. hate getting my food smelling like him
Horrible service, inexcusable waiting times. All employees have a bad attitude and seemingly don't care to be professional. Also, the supplies are never filled, the table delivery service is inconsistent and the table markers are never where they should be. Also, the ordering kiosks never print out receipts which confuses the already confused staff. It's not that hard to do this kind of job because of the technology we have. IDK how people still visit this location.
I think I’ve never done a review here at all before. But this restaurants lack of accuracy is astonishing. I live near by and this is my closest McDonald’s place so I will continue to review every order, good or bad, accordingly until the staff has the same service as other McDonald’s restaurants. I just went through the drive through. I ordered three McChikens, one of them plain, and large fries. Was only given two Mchickens both plain, fries were 100% perfect how could they mess that up.
Don’t waste your time or money!! I’ve never had a decent or quick experience at this place. They will park and have you wait just for your order to be incorrect, cold, or have no ice in your drink. The first time I let it slide but after the 3rd time I’m just taking my business anywhere else. Employees don’t care about losing customers but owners do so I’m hopeful their pockets feel it soon enough. Spend money on retaining and staffing your employees instead of a remodel to make your dinning rooms reliant on the function of your employees who can’t seem to do basic tasks.
EDIT 04/03/2025: I ordered curbside pickup and had to go inside after 12~ minutes of waiting because nobody came out with my order. It was sitting in the kitchen hand-off area while employees stood around and talked with each other instead of doing their job. Really bad service. Ordered in the app and the manager actually went out of their way to make a huge deal over a mandatory $0.10 paper bag charge. I had no change and didn't bring my wallet, why are you going to sour the customer service experience over nothing?
I typically avoid writing negative reviews, but I felt compelled to express my frustration from today's experience. During my commute to work, I decided to make a quick stop for coffee at the only McDonalds on my route. After waiting in the drive-through for some time, a staff member finally communicated with me, but I couldn't grasp their question, so I politely requested them to repeat themselves. It turns out they were asking if I intended to use a mobile app. I proceeded to order a hot coffee, confirmed my preference, completed the payment, and declined the offer for a receipt. I arrived at the following window and received an incorrect order from the employee. I informed her that I had ordered a coffee. After receiving another incorrect order, I reiterated that I only ordered a coffee. She then requested a receipt, to which I explained that I had chosen not to receive one. It appeared that my response bothered her as she had to consult the person who took my order. After that, the employee informed me that my order wasn't "quite" ready and requested that I park and wait for it. I declined, stating my preference to wait there. She brought me an iced coffee instead, and I informed her that I had requested a hot coffee. She seemed visibly upset, rolled her eyes, and went to retrieve my order again. The customer service was incredibly terrible. Management really needs to address their employees.
Staff is very nice; they hustle and are hard working, but on some occasions, my orders have been wrong. At the drive-thru I am sent to wait at their parking lot. The most I’ve waited for them is 21 minutes and I still had parts of my order missing.
I ordered 6 nuggets and one small coke, I'm sitting waiting for the order and the bus. I didn't wait for the order, went to the checkout and asked where my order was, they told me it wasn't there. then they gave me a new one and I didn't look at what was inside, took it and put it in my backpack, got on the bus and went home. at home, I opened the order and saw a box with 6 nuggets, and only 5 inside. 1 star
They charge a "bag fee"of 10¢, but it's a paper bag. You have to beg for ketchup and they give you 3 packets. There are 2 lanes for ordering, but they are unable to manage the traffic properly, so you might end up getting passed by 3-4 customers while you're waiting to place your order. The food is the same as it has always been, but of course it is more expensive now. So it's not cheap, and not convenient. Why does it exist?

Horrible experience, ordered the $5 advertised meal deal that I was charged $6 + tax etc. No big deal I saw on website some locations changed 6, but pretty unhonest adds. While waiting to order a customer was angry and asking for napkins. They gave me placard 16. There was 2 other orders before me, one guy was waiting way before me, the person bringing the food would wander around asking who had this order, nobody claimed it. 1 guy went to ask about his order and was upset. Other people got orders wrong. It was pretty funny beacuse all the workers were confused. My order finally came after 35 minutes and the delivery person went right past me and asked the 3 other couples if it was there's. Finally she came to me and the food was right, I showed the placard number and she shrugged her shoulders and points to a .umber on the receipt that was not even the order number. So they are incapable of using order number or placard numbers. Pretty messed up. As someone was correcting messed up orders I asked it there was a manager on site, and she told me it was her. Wha a disgrace this restaurant has become. Higher prices and unskilled and untrained employees making $20 per hour. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
Totally wrong order AGAIN. Made me go park and wait for the wrong order. Again. It was not even busy, 2 cars and they messed it up again. Paid for big Macs and got gross chicken nuggets. Update...made mistake and went there again. Gross cold worm like French fries again..like always. Waste of my $$$. At least they got the order right this time. Amazing...worst McDonald's in the area. I miss the burger king across the street. They're way better
Absolute horror show of a restaurant. No I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, any other locations really, but this location is consistently one of the worst. Understaffed, Orders prepared incorrectly, and the longest wait times for a fast food restaurant that I can think of. if you get lucky and come during a slow time, you might get away with getting some decent food and a decent time. But most of the time you’re gonna be stuck even with no one in line.
They are obsessed in keeping the restrooms clean so they dont have to clean it everyday. So what they do is they will not allow customers to use the restrooms. They will always say “being cleaned” so only the employees can use them. There was a Hispanic man who chatted with the cashier in Spanish and they were exchanging stories. When the man asked to use the restroom, she allowed it. But with the other customers she denied, and said “being cleaned”. So I guess if they like you, and become friends with one of the employees, you can get access to the restroom. This is not just 1 day of observation, it’s like this every time I go there. If the employees are too lazy to clean the restrooms, they should just hire a 3rd party so they won’t have to lie to customers everyday.
The employees don't care about their customers at all, they don't pay attention, they make you wait a long time for your order, although the order is already ready. Absolute crap, I will never order food from this address again
Not blaming employees. 15 mins to get my food . I quote " understaffed". This is mis- management at its finest. $20 /hr and still can't make it work. Food average. Value decent if you use the app.
I work at 3am, they're supposedly open 24 hours but they decide to close on random nights even though they're still there doing nothing. They talk through the drive through saying "were closed" I placed an online order it went through they're just lazy and don't wanna work

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve given this McDonald’s so many chances as it’s around the corner for my house hoping one day they would get better with service . The staff there are rude and do not listen when taking orders, then want to argue with you about what you said . When it’s them who clearly don’t listen . I ordered a kids meal with a hi-c and a smoothie as well as a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich dry af. And then when I notified them about not giving me my smoothie they want to argue about it and say they didn’t charge me for it . Then ignore me like .???? I still want my smoothie .? It took them 10 additional minutes to get me my drink . Over analyzing the situation when I said what I said …. That’s there fault for not charging . I said if you need to charge it charge it but that’s what I asked for and they still did not tend to my needs . Y’all are purely terrible . Open your ears listen and do your job. Otherwise go elsewhere .?
Increase minimum wage to almost $17 an hour and they still can't get an order right went through the drive-in said sausage muffin without egg. They corrected it on the receipt and the window I'm allergic to eggs throw them away I would never go here screw McDonald's worst service ever
They never ever get your order right. So far they are batting zero out of 20. If you go to drive thru make sure you take all the items out of the bag to verify your order. There is a 5% chance that your order is correct. This is a direct reflection of lack of management and training. Basically they just don't care. Now my wife just went back on 11/26/22 and same problem except it's worst. We learned out lesson and we will give our business to Jack n the Box.
Where do I begin with this place- To start, Rude staff and am sure they will deny it - but its true. Specially a tall latino male staff member, in my opinion, he shouldn’t be a manager. All he is doing is setting the horrible example for others to follow. They take longer than usual as well. And if you say something about it, good luck getting acknowledge. Don’t believe me? Give it a try—as a matter of fact , if you want a friendlier and more efficient Mcdonalds, go to the one on Knapp and De Soto , only a mile or so away.I usually don’t write reviews, but this Mcdonalds is not what it used to be. Funny part is, when corporate is there, everyone is on their best behavior- How do I know this? I was there on 2 occasions when it happened- but as soon as corporate people leave, they are back to their ways- 🤦🏻♂️ oh and by the way, I am not the only one that feels this way about this establishment- If I could give it 0 stars I could !!
This place is absolutely horrible for customer service. We went in, didn't even appear that busy, and yes they kept getting the order wrong, so after waiting at the window they asked us to park, so we did. Only to wait another 10mins for our food. And before we went to park they asked us if we wanted ketchup or jelly, to which we said we did. When they delivered the food there was no sauces, and we asked for them. The employee went back inside and we waited another 10mins for me to get fed up and go inside myself, at that point what's the point of a drive thru? The employee was just texting and talking to other employees. I asked the manager for the sauces and left. They can't even put the cheese on the egg right.
Only orders a drink and 2 breakfast sandwiches and got both wrong, very displeased the cashier didn't even repeat my order her just said "here you go" and left.
It’s a shame I have to change my good review. There seems to be a pattern with the evening crew; they seem to not care much for customer service, not the first time there’s. Manager refused to fix my order after the kiosk they force you to glitches.
McDonalds is the one and only fastfood place which treats health conscious customers like dirt. Ordered a quarter pounder without a bun. After opening my order, came back and asked if they minded adding some letuce to sub the bun. They said no. This picture is representative of how considerate they are.
This mcdonalds is the inly mcdonalds i ever have went in the morning from 3-4 am and they never seem to be ready to work they always have an excuse why not to take your order and when they do they take like 5-10 min for an ice coffee other times i been told to park i cannot recommend the staff their they seem like they dont like their job
Every time I visit McDonald's, it's the same frustrating experience, they never have my order ready on time. I expect a quick and efficient service, but instead, I'm always told to park and wait—every single time. It's clear they aren't managing their operations properly. If they can't handle the volume of orders, they need to make some serious improvements. This has happened so consistently that I avoid this location unless it's absolutely necessary. Very disappointing!
Bad service. The workers didn’t wanted to fix my order which was a weird taste of a mocha, do not recommend this McDonald’s they act like they don’t understand what your saying and neglect helping you in service.

Consistently forgetting items in orders. Multiple times missing complete menu items No fries, no ketchup, regular coke instead of diet coke. The employees pay no attention to their jobs.
Went there for breakfast as I have many times before but time was different as I got very sick with food poisoning and couldn't get out of bed 4 days until the fifth day when I vomited uncontrollably for two hours in a cold sweat on the bathroom floor. When I called to tell the "manager" she hung up on me and she i called again she called me a liar and hung up again so gave up. Never will eat there Again!
This location is trash. Past 4 times I've got they have messed something up. 3 times ago they forgot the order of nuggets and the side of mac sauce. 2 times ago the quarter pound was a mc double and this last time they forgot the 10 peice nuggets again. It's really sad to see the lack of care that it put into people's orders especially what these fast food workers are getting payed now a days.
Ordered 2 large McFlurrys, was missing one and some other items. Went to the counter to tell them one was missing & they handed us wrong size. Told them it was supposed to be larger and the manager had an attitude. Can’t even pull out the receipt because the kiosks hardly ever have receipt paper in them. On top of that all the food took forever to come out and was cold once we got it. It’s freezing outside and the play area is freezing also. Last time waited an hour in the drive through for a happy meal. And another time ordered an item only to be told at the window they don’t even have it. Offered me another item & gave me the small size even though the item they were replacing costs more.
I ordered through the drive thru and when I got home, I noticed my order was wrong. I called McDonald's in Kyle, Texas. I was told just to stop by anytime and let them know the items I was missing. They would gladly replace them. I went today and to my surprise they said they could not do anything because I did not talk to the manager. It was very frustrating.
(Edit: it’s been over a week now. Called the store 5 times with no answer. Please just refund me.) If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed a mobile order for pick up last night (which I’ve done countless times) after my long shift at work. When I got there, they told me they couldn't find my order and that “their system does that sometimes.” What am I supposed to do about that? I had already paid on the app and used 3000 of my points. The girl over the speaker couldn’t have cared less about the situation and had an attitude for no reason. At the window, the other girl was pretty nice but told me the mobile order would cancel itself within an hour and had me pay for a whole new order since my mobile order wasn’t showing on their system. It’s been almost 24 hours since then and the charge is still on my card and my points have not been reversed on my app. Very annoying situation to be in when I just want a quick meal after working for 12 hours. Please refund my money and points.
I just placed an order through the drive-thru and the lady that took my order and was out. The window was extremely rude. I don't think I'll ever go back to this location. Plenty of other options in this town.
This is the worst design McDonald's I've ever been to in my 31 years of life. Drive-thru design is beyond terrible. Takes forever for one item and then you go inside and there's one kiosk with one person. Everything else is done through manual serve kiosk that don't work half the time. There's nowhere to park and it's a pain to get out once you've parked!. Good luck!
Disappointed in the customer service. Ordered a sweet ice tea, already started to drink while on my home, there was something off about the taste, weird like something foreign in it.I called later, spoke to a Manager. Only offered to replace the sweet tea, really? Don't want their sweet tea again, and certainly not driving back for a 140 tea. I remember when they'd comp a meal or all Money back. Not looking for a freebie, but its the least they could do, especially if someone does get ill. Hoping they'll at least look into the tea container.
Kiosk printer doesn't work! Shots out blank paper..But tells you to take your receipt to register to pay. No customer serve. Teenagers running the place & staff too busy socializing among themselves to help you. Acted like you are bugging them. High school hangout. Dirty. Loud. Unorganized. Food was tasteless. Only good thing is If you speak Spanish this is the place for you. Will Not return.
This McDonald's is terrible. The last 3x I've gone they have messed up the order from either putting stuff on the burgers that I asked not to or forget 2+ parts of the order. It's crazy because it can't be the same person making the same mistake over and over so I chop it up to management. Just be thorough and make sure orders are complete before leaving the window. I don't understand why that's so hard. I've learned now when I go to this location CHECK BAGS BEFORE leaving. Then you have to repeat yourself multiple times to the cashiers. It's crazy.
BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE!!!! IF YOU ORDER FROM UBER EATS AT NIGHT YOU WILL NOT GET ANY DRIVER THAT WANTS TO WAIT IN THESE LINES. BYE FROM WHATABURGER THERE DINING ROOM IS OPEN ALL NIGHT AND DRIVERS CAN ACTUALLY GET IN THERE TO GET YOUR FOOD. MCDONALD'S THINKS THAT THEY'RE OPERATING IN CALIFORNIA AND CLOSING THEIR DINING ROOM AT 12:00. My my doordash app says I can call and I will bring the food out. Does not have any restrictive hours. They did not want to bring the food out they said dining room is closed and I had to wait in the Drive-Thru. I'm going to go and let the customer know what the situation is. I wish these yahoos that run this place that are not even wanting to be here with just find something they really like to do. They don't like to have any customer service and have them freaking attitude like they're entitled. Especially the manager tonight. I tried to get my order it was sitting visible to my eye and she would not even hand it to me and told me I had to wait a long drive through. This is for Uber Eats.
