El Ribe Eye es el mejor que he probado, ni siquiera en los lugares especializados en cortes lo preparan tan bien como en este lugar. Las guarniciones y las porciones muy ricas y suficientes La atención es excelente. Muchas felicidades.

Siempre que vuelvo a Chetumal me gusta ir a este establecimiento por qué la comida está muy buena, siempre tienen algo de pedidos así que hay que ser pacientes y aprovechen el 2x1 los jueves.

El doble de caro que todos los otros lugares en la plaza, pero el único dónde en verdad se come rico. Compre 2 tortas, con corte de carne suave como mantequilla, bien cocido, y sabroso.

Esta buena la comida, los jueves tienen promo pero cuando es para llevar casi siempre se confunden con el pedido y tienes que regresar a que te lo cambien, eso si esta rico su sabor

Excellent flavor and portions, friendly service, and they know how to handle unexpected issues. The only downside is that on Thursdays, when they offer 2 for 1, they can have so many orders that it takes 2 to 2.5 hours for your order to arrive (this is even if you're ordering home delivery). Otherwise, it's highly recommended.

Best option to eat at the mall. Takes a while, but it's worth it. The mashed potatoes were very creamy, meats were flavorful, and tasty. Horchata juice was awesome! Keep it up!

Overall, the food is good. The portions are generous, and the presentation and flavor earn 4 stars. They should replace all the plastic they use and improve the service even more! I'd be happy to give 5 stars.

No hay mucha variedad de guarnición pero está rico y la presentación es mejor en otros lados aquí todo es platos de unicel en general bien si lo pides para llevar te dan la bebida sellada estilo babute

Terrible service. If it was bad before, now it's worse. The cashier refused to serve us, the "waiter" was rude, and then they stared at us as if they wanted a tip for cleaning the mall table.

Tardan mucho en entregarte tu orden y la comida para ser "servida al momento" estaba muy refrigerada al parecer y algo dura la carne.

Creo es el único local en el food court que tiene cortes t-bone y New York. Es servicio es lento pero es por la demanda así que con un poco de paciencia te puedes comer una buena a carne Actualización---+++ hoy perdió 4 estrellas, a juzgar por el color, sabor, textura y tiempo de preparación, me da la impresión que el filete New York lo tienen precocido o hervido, resultando en carne dura, sin sabor y con un color muy claro nada típico de un corte cocido a la parrilla. Me he llevado una gran decepción, debí haberme dado cuenta cuando me dijeron que mi corre estaría listo en tan solo tres minutos!!!

The food was good, but the service was terrible. They shouldn't lie to customers by giving a delivery time they'll never meet, and especially not by continuing to lie about having a gas problem. I don't recommend it at all.

I'm increasingly disappointed with this place. The salad I'll now eat is only hard carrots and cabbage. Goodbye broccoli and cauliflower. The service from the employees is as if they're giving away the food. When the cat's gone, the mice have a party. It's not right to charge without marking up the price; it's open to misinterpretation. Franchises are good for business, but the workers and lack of oversight ruin investors.

Until now, I was a frequent customer. They should know this: a customer who leaves because of the price returns for the service, but a customer who leaves because of the service won't return even if the price is better. If the only options are dine-in or takeout, I don't understand why they prioritize delivery drivers over customers who order takeout. They don't respect the order of the order on the ticket when delivering food. It's left to the employees' discretion when they're not supervised. It's a shame, because they can't keep customers forever. At least not as far as I've been going... I recommend training your employees so that each position understands their responsibilities; not everyone is responsible for customer service.

They take too long, and in order to do their dirty trick, they don't even give you a ticket. They give you cold food and also have a deplorable attitude. I advise you, if you really want to enjoy your day and meal, DO NOT COME!! You will save yourself a headache.
