Good place to take the kids has a big play centre and the children love it
This McDonalds in Chetumal Mexico is extremely clean from the floors, tables, kitchen and employees. It also has tapped off seating fire social distancing. I give this location two thumbs up and more for their efforts in these times.

It's a McDonald's. There's not too much you can say really. The food tastes a little bit different from America or Canada but I think it's just how the processed cheese is made. America prides themselves on their cheese but Canadian cheese melts better on the burger in my experience. The prices are akin to the restaurant chain, the coffee is great. It's a busy spot with lots of traffic on the way in and the way out. The staff were patient with my rough Spanish but we're very friendly and understanding. The restaurant seemed a little bit under staffed and they had security guards inside which was a little bit strange to me because the area seemed decent enough and on par with the rest of Mexico. The air conditioning felt great. It was a little bit loud but it's McDonald's. Great spot to stop for a quick bite.
Its a McDonalds. Prices arent high until you consider the small portions. This place and its bathrooms dont give off a very clean vibe but are about as clean as most other places in chetumal. Really nice to go and get your fast food fix.

Nice burgers, good place to eat on the go
I generally only eat breakfast at McDonald's.This McDonald's has breakfast till 12:00 noon which is wonderful, I don't have to worry about making it in time for breakfast.The coffee is actually really good.This McDonald's has a large indoor playground and a large eating section for families.I haven't had any problems with service they do a great job .On the weekend it's generally packed with people coming to shop in Mexico from Belize,so the lines can be long. But on a weekday it's not too busy.The only complaint I have is that the womans bathroom is usually not in good shape the handicap bathroom toilet never flushes properly and that is a big problem.Its never nice to deal with a messy disgusting bathroom where you are eating.I don't understand why they can't fix the bathroom toilet in the handicap stall. Also the two other toilets do not have seats.Most large store in Mexico now use toilets seats ,so I'm upset to see that McDonald's doesn't have that same standard.I know they surely make enough money to have toilet seats on all the toilets and toilets that actually flush the right way.
They have great burgers and there ice cream is awesome and they have a place for kids to play with slides and stuff.
The food isn't as good as it used to be and the place is terribly crowded now. They bunched all the tables and chairs together so there's barely space to walk around. They got rid of most of the windows, so now it's just a dark dungeon. Also the food to go took a long time to be ready.
Well the upgraded decor is nice but I think due the staff being new they are quite slow. The ordering kiosk are nice. However as far as the drink selections go in the system, there were hardly any options it only had sprite and coke available but in the zero sugar version. Not quite the McDonald's experience I was hoping for. The wait time was close to 45 minutes and when discussing with other people sitting down they were waiting about the same time. My order was also incorrect as they served me a chicken sandwich with out any meat. Very odd. The chicken was also burnt and over cooked when I went they attempted to correct it.
Burger was good but fries were cold and dry. Air con was way too high, it was freezing inside.
Great kids playground and good wifi. Good service. Food as allways not good. Coffe is terrible as usual in Mexico, but here one of worstest.
This is pathetic. Supposed to be a Big Mac. They say they ran out of lettuce, however they are situated in a perking lot with a Chedraui. No excuse. Pathetic.
Took more than 10 minutes to serve up a quarter pounder with cheese, even though they were not very busy.
I have not earen ar mcdonalds in many years .......but i did not like it..the employees seemed under paid andniver worked also
Fries cold No Mayo they said lol And no Ice more lol lol … how some mc Donald’s will give a drink without ice Bad service
As a foreigner I am treated less than a customer there. I do not want to say they are racist, but multiple times I have been unfairly treated especially when I order happy meals for my kids they give them both the same toys and when I asked for a change of toys they tell me they are all the same. Later while I am still there eating, I see a local order a happy meal and get a different toy. This exact situation had occurred three times. At first I thought it to be a mistake but after the third time I realized it is intentional prejudice treatment and I wont ever return. They deserves that a one star rating in my book.
Horrible! Building is ready to be closed. Looks very old and dirty. Salad was old, leafs brown instead of green. After asking a new one the second one looked the same. Staff is totaly not motivated.
