We returned after a few months, taking advantage of the restaurants' reopening for lunch. It was a pleasant confirmation of the excellent value for money, with delicious and tasty offerings. We had the risotto with speck, radicchio, and saffron and the boiled meats with homemade sauces. The portions were generous, beautifully presented, and truly top-quality. The food was home-cooked, the staff were friendly, and the ingredients were excellent and well-prepared. Regulatory compliance, social distancing, and a welcoming atmosphere were all key. Highly recommended!

Dopo la circumnavigazione a piedi del Lago Sirio, in un insolito Gennaio, ci siamo seduti all'aperto in questo Pub molto grazioso, con ampio cortile pulito e soleggiato .... Due giganteschi Hamburger, molto appetitosi e due birre tedesche chiare ci hanno aggiustato la giornata... Da tornarci, magari di sera ...

Ottimo locale con personale molto cordiale. Piatti curati e molto buoni. Se passate da Chiaverano consiglio una tappa gastronomica

Tutto considerato è proprio carino. I gestori sono gentilissimi. Il giardinetto è adorabile e utilizzabile anche in inverno. Dentro è caldo e accogliente. E soprattutto è un punto di riferimento e di ritrovo importante per tutti i chiaveranesi e per contribuire alla sopravvivenza del paese. Anche per i camminatori che si trovano a passare di lì è utile avere un punto di appoggio per mangiare qualcosa. Bel lavoro, andate avanti così!

Is it just a normal pub? No, it's a pub/brewery but also a good restaurant. The price is good. The location is nice and well-kept, both inside and out.

Mi sono fermato a mangiare un primo in questo pub in ora di pranzo. La pasta è arrivata mooolto al dente, sarebbe dovuta stare almeno altri 2 minuti.. I pezzi d'aglio erano enormi. Il servizio un pò lento ma accettabile. Purtroppo non ci tornerò

food is alright. service a bit slow. perhaps because of the crowd of customers? last time we were here in spring, the service was fast and there were also a crowd of customers. not a great consistency of the food. a table next to us ordered the same food we did and they did not look the same at all. maybe a problem with par stock? the staff and owner are very friendly though. we shall return. perhaps it was just one of those days in a restaurant where things just did not go so smooth? aside from that, i love the tables outside. there is this environement which relax me. hope they improve the food consistency next time we return.
