Best service experience I’ve had in a long time, noticed the service gets kinda slow tho when inside starts having to take orders along with doordash coming on their system at a constant. Makes it seem like the other bad reviews are just because people are spiteful and haven’t worked a day of fast food in their lives
You can tell this place has problems keeping employees, no different than any other business nowadays, especially fast food establishments. I’m sure the owners are doing the best they can, last few times I’ve been here it’s been good service, good food and no issues.
Don't go to burger king that often but the staff is usually pretty friendly. Ordered a burger at the drive through and the dude at the front was nice and had a good attitude which made my night a bit better.
Cheap, vegan fast food! More than just fries, there's the impossible Whopper which is decent burger and French toast sticks. That's all I've tried so far, but it's nice to have a cheap fast food option for vegans. You can look up online to see all of Burger King's vegan options. There's a lot of good vegan options downtown and around Chico State campus, but if you're really short on time and money, I recommend Burger King, it gets the job done.
Bubbly manager with blonde hair helped me when I accidentally received my order wrong, he was very apologetic and even struck up casual conversation with me as I waited for my new food to be brought out! He double checked to make sure everything was made fresh. Very charismatic and did his job well. You know how some fast food places treat you as an inconvenience? Well Edwards positive attitude definitely made it known that Burger King isn’t one of those places! Glad to see they are finally hiring competent friendly people for manager positions.
Over the last year or so they have really upped their game! Service was great, staff was helpful and the food was well made and hot. Would recommend this location.
My food was fresh!the employee at the front counter was so kind. He took our order & after we placed our order my son wanted some more sides, so I placed another order & the young man told me to sit down that he would bring me my food. I felt valued. Very pleased with my experience at Burger King.
There is the most pleasant woman named Minerva at this location. She always brings a smile to my face. I get the Impossible Burger here. It is delicious.
The staff was friendly and doing their best despite seeming understaffed most of the time I drive through. It's your average fast food place, so like don't expect fine dining, lol. Some of these comments crack me up.

Ok, maybe I was just starving, because this is going to sound so dramatic, but I swear I just had a Bacon Double Cheeseburger that felt like it was a Christmas present made especially for me. The staff was nice, had it all ready to go, told me Merry Christmas, I said Happy Holidays and went on my literal merry way. I unwrapped this burger and even the look of it was perfection. But oh man, when I tell you, that first bite? I literally (sorry I use this word a lot) out loud said “Oh my God…this is *literal*😅perfection” and it was. I had originally intended to get 2, but was like “nah, I’m gonna be good today.” SHOULD'VE GOTTEN TWO. But then it might’ve taken away from the glory of the one? Idk. Either way. The world (or simply the city of Chico) needed to know😂🍔

The food was good! I will say that the woman working as head/manager seemed a little rood! She didn't smile and she did not give me a good vibe! I also saw whispering between a normal worker as if she was saying something about me? So if staff had a rating it would be 1 or 2 stars!
The food came out quick, their were lots of crowns available bt 1 star removed because therapy chairs were not clean enough as we had a 80 minute group therapy sesion that changed my life by turning my life around and now I Have a 6 figure job and free health care
I've thought how much it means ten times, one more challenge quickly ask for a good chance to see a burger king
Went to this location around 4 AM I believe the employee helping me said his name was Damien. He was very kind and attentive. Which is really rare at fast food places now days.
Foods ok mist me f time mustard I soaped on overrides the burger in one on what was on east Ave not there now..portions of all places are much smaller.expecialy fries .on nord ave..dollar menus. They wait was very lengthy I sat after finally ordering was behind one car and window was occupied at least 1)2 hr no apology and they messed up a 2 piece meal no sorry or anything. then I w.aited another 10 minutes for my stuff .people were zombies swithout knowinging they were employees..really starry eyed and clueless this outer limits movie take for sure like thats our food handlers .caution bite down at ur own risk orD*e
I went to order food and I had ordered 2 regular wappers.One regular hamburger two sodas and they wanted to charge me thirty dollars. There's no way that food from burger king at this little order is worth thirty dollars when I did not even order the meals just burgers. Way highly priced for sub par food
Went through the drive through tonight around 650 and got a whopper it came with only onions and pickles??? Well that was nasty and I didn’t find out tell I got home 45 minutes later
It's not matained and it's no fault to the employees but I order a few items and the fresh were literally cold, only if I grabbed one while my card being charged also they did give me the sauce s that was the main part of my chicken frys but it needs to be major face-lift from 10 to 12 years ago where there would usually be a line for drive through... not sure if they lack cash flow or just don't care ???
Food is ok. Services is decent to good, but not excellent. One thing this place need most is cleaning. Tables and restroom are often left somewhat usable but still dirty with a small smell.
I only went here because i have no food (literally, college life) and because i got a coupon in the mail. They didn’t acknowledge the line starting to form with what four or five people working no one ever talked to us until 5-8 mins of already being in line. It seemed like one guy in front was working hard to get out orders and was very respectful so you couldn't really be too mad. Also gave us free sauces and the order was out fairly quickly. Hot food and everything i ordered was what i would expect from burger king quality.
Burger King has been one of my favorite places for a quick breakfast for years now. BUT... UInfortunately, It;s changed over the past several months. I never use the drive through for several reasons. I like to go inside and get that personal service. It's gone! Now you have to order through some touch screen and sometimes the orders are all messed up. The employee who usually takes your order is now standing next to the touch screen and offers to help if you have trouble placing your order. The ordering process takes several times the amount of time that just placing your order in person takes. Also the food quality has dropped signifacantly. I'm so dissapointed!
Got the Jr. Whopper and Cheeseburger with an offer on the app. This was my first time at BK, and it was decent. Not my favorite fast food burger but it was solid, considering I ordered two of the most basic items. Bun was good, and lettuce was actually fresh and crunchy. Definitely a small burger but expected. Restaurant was clean, and the employees were nice. The highlight of this BK is the Coke Freestyle machine inside... the amount of options is absurd. Besides that, it's a Burger King, you know what you're getting.
Hi is your lobby supposed to be open at 9pm? Yesterday Sunday 10/12/25 I went to your store at 1104 W 2nd St in Chico around 9pm and tried to enter the store to sit down and eat. The sign outside says the lobby is open until midnight. The door was locked and the employee refused to let me in. As I needed to use the bathroom and wanted to sit down to eat I went somewhere else.
Went through the drive through and even though we were the only car they still got the order wrong. And this is not the first time this has happend. I wont be going to that particular Burger King any time too soon.
The place had 1 car in the parking lot and 1 car in the drive thru before us. We waited about 10 min.then waited again after the car pulled away another 5 min. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers a spicy chicken small fry small drink and an 8 piece nugget. We got the order with only 1 burger the spicy chicken and drink. Had to go inside and they made it right but it was really inconvenient.
There were only two people working. We're talking lunch time!!! Took forever. There was a really long line. Two employees. Not à good look for a fast food joint.
Can't blame the employees as they are what their leadership shows them. Looked disorganized. No employees was wearing a mask. One employee got off the phone with their manager and they said they F hated him loud enough for everyone to hear. Store needs help and leadership.
This is the filthiest Burger King I've ever been in. Windows, door glass, touch screens, tables floors and counters. Gross. Food, fries, cold. 2nd order forgotten. No ice for drinks. Self serve drink machine broken!
Bummer this place has gone so far down hill. 2 cheeseburgers fries onion ring. 18 mins in the drive through. Wouldn't even call it fast food. Or good food fast. Honestly can't say many good things about BK any more.
It's really not great. Very slow, even with only two cars in the drive thru. They'll get your food for you, but often is cold or something is missing. They'll fulfill your order correctly sometimes though, so, 2 stars.
The Burger King in Chico California was terrible. All the employees or nice kind and compassionate, but they had no tomatoes pickles or my favorite soft drink in stock. Second time this has happened
So the last two times I’ve visited, I had to use the kiosk to place my order, and even though I verified the order correctly on the screen, both times my order was incorrect. I’m not sure if the options that are selected are visible to the person making the sandwich. My food was prepared super quick, but I guess it was too fast to be accurate.
I like their variety more than McDonald's and their prices aren't bad. They drastically need to improve wait time. I've only been to one Burger King that didn't make me wait, even when I'm the only customer. They only ever have a skeleton crew: one cook, one cashier, one manager. And one of them always seems like they're new. I would prefer them over McDonald's if they could improve this one thing, but it's been this way for years now.
They’re slow as could be especially when you order previously. You had all that time to make my food and it still comes out late AND cold lol
We tried ordering 3 things that were in the menu and didn't have them. The whopper we ordered had no vegetables. I dont expect a lot of Burger King, but this was a horrible experience. 🤢

Burger king on 2nd and Nord has horrible service and treats little kids very poorly. I would never suggest eating there. The food was burnt, bread and buns was old. No work ethics or integrity with the employees at this particular burger king. We visited 04/23/2021.
If your drive through is going to trap cars in line, train your employees to handle a rush. I have been in line for 30 mins and still there's 3 people in front of me. I could eat faster at a sit down restaurant. The car at the window hasnt gotten their order in at least 10 mins. Do you wait til we are at the window to start anything? What in the hell? Also, this is the 2nd time in a row i've wasted almost an hour in line.....for fast food.
One of the worst establishments I've ever been to. Super dirty I don't know how they stay open
Both employees at the window had huge attitudes before we even had a chance to say anything, super rude and unprofessional. on top of it they gave me the wrong drink I asked for sprite and was given a coke, the fries were gross tasted like they weren’t cooked all the way through. My whopper was also wrapped in an “impossible burger”wrapper which made me think they had given me a plant based burger instead of a normal beef one like I asked for.
I placed an order online for pickup. When I went to go pick it up, the lobby doors were locked. So I called asking if someone could bring my order out to me if I couldn't go in. Mind you this was around 3pm on a sunday. The lady on the phone told me they were closed due to being understaffed. But I had already paid for my orde . She then told me to call back in about half an hour and hopefully they'll have enough staff to make my orde . I called back about 45 minutes later and no answer. An hour later, no answer. Very disappointed and haven't received a refund.
Wait in drive thru was 17 minutes, quickest its ever been. Garbage visibly on floor from pull up window. Quiet comparable to Burger King on skyway across town. Only rated 1 star because none is not an option.
The foods cold long wait and they can’t even get the orders right very under staffed not the fast food experience you would expect I will never go to a Burger King again and I would hope no one else goes to this burger it needs to be shut down.
Horrible customer service, flirting with my girlfriend in front of me. Employees talking loudly as guests were in dining room, about hooking up with female counterparts. Wait time was laggish and distracted. Chicken patties were raw in the midles oil tasted old. Got seriously sick. Would not recommend
This is honestly the worst fast food place ive ever been to. Ive lived in chico for two years now and in that tike i have had zero positive experiences with this store. Weather that be due to bad service, rude employees, lack of communication or anything else. Theres always something. Avoid at all costs
My experience, I thought I would stop at Burger King and get some lunch. But needed to use the restroom right away. ( if you catch my drift). When asked for access to restroom I was told to get into a long line and order food first . I explained that I really needed to use the restroom right away that I couldn’t wait to stand in line and order my food but I would do so afterwards. I was then rudely denied access to restroom . So after some hopping skipping and jumping around in that line ordering some food. I was still told to wait to use the restroom. Show some compassion Burger King.
Some of the employees are rude the dude with tattoos all over is very rude especially to the homeless people.. I needed to use the bathroom I waited for like 20 mins and then he came back and told me oh yeah forgot to tell you the bathrooms are closed because we dont have toilet paper and told me I was screwed pretty much . I was also a paying customer . I also lost my phone in the bathroom came back in less then 30 mins they said they had it and then I waited for 5 mins and then they came back and told me I'm sorry we gave it to somebody else . How do you give somebody else's phone to someone else with out asking questions or describing it or anything it's taken me 3 months now to finally get a new phone ..
God I hate this place. The drive thru takes forever, most of the staff seem like they hate life and hate working there, they have messed up my order so many times, and the food is mediocre at best. The only reason I keep going is because my husband loves their burgers.

A lot lately I've been getting frustrated with the Burger King on West 2nd in Chico because it seems like they can't take and make my order correctly but I pay for it but I don't get it I got burgers with no cheese but I paid for the cheese and this didn't just happen once it's happened several times the fries were stale it's frustrating because I like Burger King but this one is definitely not my favorite anymore
I am so sick and tired of Of you getting my order wrong! How hard is it make a chicken sandwich plain with cheese? No I got nasty mayo and lettace and no cheese! Really? You even mess up a plain sandwich! This place has gone way down!! So sick of it!

Waited in line or I'd say 45 minutes it seemed like they have the Lobby closed I can't blame them for that there was only two people working the poor guy that was taking the orders and sending the orders out and then go and pick him up I swear I think he had to make them too I ate and he was doing a good job and holding his composure he should get a raise I hope he's getting $15 an hour but I don't think I'll go back to that Burger King now what do I do if you

I got the two whopper jr, for $6 and to drinks came out to $19 how in the world did my drinks cost more than two burgers I’ll be going to in and out from now on
as a former employee, i would not suggest eating here. The kitchen is disgusting and hardly ever cleaned. Also very poorly managed, they encourage employees to work while sick so we won’t be short staff. I wouldn’t want sick people handling my food. #gross
Terrible! Every time I order from this place, something goes wrong!! So I'm assuming it must be the night crew that does such an AWFUL job! I will never order from here again! I learned my lesson. Through Door Dash, I ordered 2 pies, an 8 piece chicken nugget, the 9 piece Chicken Finger Fries, and a large french fry. All I received was the 8 piece Chicken nugget and the 2 pies! Can you believe that!? They didn't even include the sauces! And all the sudden, trying to get a refund from Door Dash was complete hell! The Lady said that the computer would only allow her to refund me $3:24! I was like what!? So now Door Dash is stealing from me too! I've been a LONG TIME LOYAL CUSTOMER to Door Dash...And trying to get MY Money Back, was like pulling teeth. It took over an hour on Door Dash chat, to get them to give me anything back! I'm like, do you not see the receipt that I am seeing on your site!? So thank you to Burger King for not only ruining my daughter & my dinner.....but for also forcing me to go through hell with Door Dash, all because your employees were too lazy to pay attention to their job! Like Wow!
It took 15 minutes before anyone asked to take my order through drive thru, then it took another 25 minutes to get our food. Then I checked our food before leaving and they missed the fries for our meals, forgot to put the bacon on two burgers which took another 10 minutes for them to fix. It was absolutely ridiculous, this was my first and last time going to this burger king location. I recommend everyone not to go this Burger King; unless you have all the time in the world to wait, like bad service and missed items and incorrectly made.
Ordered a burger, the patty was stale and harder than meat should be. Wouldn't even give it to my dog. Biggest waste of $15 I've ever spent, wolnt be surprised if I get food poisoning.
Showed up at 10:30, didn’t pulled up to order until 11:25 I would have left but I was trapped in the line. When I got up they had shut off the intercom and waved forward the 5 cars that had been waiting for at least 30 minutes. Once we pulled up they told us they were only doing door dash after 11 and didn’t care if we had been waiting since well before 11. There was an attitude from the employees that it was our fault as the customer that they were having to work, short patience and rude. I’ve experienced this every time I’ve tried to get food at this particular Burger King. Any good review on here is laughably obvious that it came from a currently or former employee. In-n-out constantly has a rush with over 20+ cars and I’ve never had to wait more than 25 minutes. There’s no excuse to be this slow at a place that’s sub par. The burger king on skyway is 10x as busy and I’ve never had an issue. This place shouldn’t even be open.
Ordered through the app. Got to the location, short line but was asked to wait at the speaker. After a long wait, told them in that I had mobile order and confirmed the name. Unusually long wait in line, get to window and they were out of the drinks we had ordered and one of the items. They offered alternatives, but it got to be too many changes. Wanted to just cancel. They had already charged me for the order and had no way to refund there order. If they could not figure the order and needed to substitute, they should have said so at the speaker where there was still a chance for me to leave rather than make me waste my time in that line. Not the first time I've had trouble, so I rarely try. The Chico locations seem to be understaffed and very poorly managed.
If I could have put zero stars i would have. The staff is immature and disrespectful. Also can't do their job correctly, I got uncooked food once the second time my good was wrong, the third was wrong as well. So I went inside the establishment and went to get my money back and the people there took their time. The manager didn't even try taking care of the problem or show her face. And when I did get my money back the girl that was working the drive through had the audacity to say "I hope it was worth it" like the reason they messed up was my fault. When she couldn't take my order correctly the first time.
I ordered two iced coffee’s and both literally tasted like water. The guy who took my order seemed like he had no clue what he was doing.I told him my coffee didn’t seem right and he was like thats how it’s supposed to be.I ordered french toast and of course I didn’t get any syrup. Been coming here for a while and nothing seems to have improved.
I waited in line for 45 minutes. I was stuck there. By the time I got my food I didn't want it anymore. Whoever the hiring manager is here please get them some help. It's just not right to leave one person running the place when the line is backed up almost out of the parking lot. They were very nice though. Just damn, almost an hour for some fries and I couldn't leave.
I had to get a refund after waiting a half hour and there was still a half dozen orders to go out before mine. It was not a rush, they only had one cashier who was running front counter and drive through and one gal who was on grill and complaining about being confused and wanting to close early and the manager was in the office until his friend showed up and he went outside for a break while there were the same 5 or so orders waiting from the time I got there to when I finally got a refund and left 30 mins later.
I keep trying to give this place a shot however they always seem to disappoint. 90% of the time the tables are disgusting. The food is hard and they always mess my whole order up. They’ve also tried to only give me half of my order and show me a whole different receipt.
Ordered online for pick up. When I arrived, the doors were locked (30 minutes before posted closing time). I went to the drive thru window and waited 5 minutes for an employee to come to the window and I was told that they didn’t receive the order, and they were closed. My debit card was charged for $22.59, and I contacted their customer support listed on my email receipt and was told they needed my email address I used to place the order. SMH…I replied back, the same email address I’m contacting you from! I received another reply, stating the exact same thing! Can’t find your account. I forwarded the receipt that I received and…yeah. I feel like I’m chasing my own tail dealing with these bunch of nitwits! Dumbest response from a so called “customer support”, EVER! In my opinion, the Restaurant closes when the employees feel like it, and they get away with it because the upper management , clearly lacks the capacity to do it’s job. Save yourself a headache and Grab a bite to eat ANYWHERE ELSE, but here.
I ordered three double cheeseburgers through the app. I got parked. Waited over 20 minutes until I finally came inside and waited there. They gave me my food, which was made incorrectly, told me they couldn't replace it or give me a refund. Never coming here again.
Holy moly, the wait has been Over 40 minutes. Ordered but am driving away now. Horrible service at the drive thru 10/08/20 from 7-7:45. Finally gave up. I’d fire whoever caused this. Saw at least 7 separate cars drive away. The guy in front of us ordered 4 tacos. He was there for at least 30 of those minutes. For 4 tacos... embarrassing BK.
Terrible!! The food is never warm enough (hamburgers, fries and onion rings) and at once instance the onion rings were burnt. I was warned about ordering from this location but I didn’t listen. I tried calling them to complain but there was always a problem with the phone at their end. I hope the owner can do better.
Takes forever to acknowledge the drive-thru, even if there is no one else there. Gave me tots instead of fries for some odd reason. Been twice, but it's too much of a hassle to go again.
Did not give me a receipt, shorted us an order of nuggets, had NO dipping sauces except sweet and sour and zesty. They only gave us 2 for our what was supposed to be 4 orders of nuggets. When we called about the missing nuggets and because they failed to provide a receipt there was nothing they would do.
This Burger King on Second St. In Chico is the slowest store I have ever been to. There where 3 cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes to finally order. Then I pulled up to the pick up window and it took an additional 8 minutes to get my whopper and fries. When I checked my order my fries where half empty. There where 7-8 two inch fries 🍟 in the medium cardboard container they come in. I will never go back to this Burger King again. I should have went to Carl’s Juniors . In fact they will get my business from now on.
Epically bad. Not just poor customer service, ZERO customer service. Robots have better people skills. I'll go there, wait forever for them to take my order (pre-covid), wait longer to get my order, drive off, realize my order is most definitely wrong, and decide to stop going there for awhile. Then, sheet a few months, I'll try it again only to experience the exact same thing. I was surprised they could manage to stay open before Covid, I was shocked they didn't close up during COVID-19, now I can't figure out how they still have a business when they can't serve customers.
This particular burger king is way too slow, if you are to label yourself as a "fastfood" place then make it a little quicker. I was inline from 9:30-9:45 and the car in front of me still had not gotten their food.

By far the worst Burger King experience of my life. After two bites of a mayonnaise sandwich and mayonnaise dripping all over my hands and clothes I attempted to clean up and scrape the mayonnaise off my burger but I couldn't because they didn't give me any napkins. I can't wrap my brain around how someone can put that much mayonnaise on a burger and think it's ok. It's been 45 minutes and I still feel like I'm going to get sick. I will never again eat Burger King.
Hello fellow critics on Google Review. This Burger King is absolutely RIDICULOUS! I ordered a impossible whopper WITH CHEESE on the impossible burger and what they gave me was a nasty soggy bun and nasty tomatoes that tasted bad. and guess what FOLKS no CHEESE ANYWHERE. I personally went down the burger king and asked them where is my cheese? I paid 80 cents for the cheese I expect cheese on my hamburger! 🍔 I walked into the establishment, and I asked politely where was my 80 cent cheese ... ( showing them NO cheese on the burger for example ) and the manager THREW it at me aggressively and said "here's your cheese, get out!" I am so sad I just wanted my cheese... 🧀 I paid 80 cents...
Yeah so got my whole order wrong, took like 20 minutes to get a burger combo ready when there was no drive thru customers and no one else in the store. Fountain machine out of every option. I was given a warm coca cola when I put fountain drink, burnt onion rings, no napkins, and the second they put the food on the counter they instantly went to the back of the store and just talked and didn't help. No ice either and my friend who got the exact same meal as me had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. The sandwich was a spicy chicken with literally no changes. The only reason they didn't get a one star on atmosphere is because there were for some reason recliners in there which went hard. Also the meal was like 20 bucks. If you want Burgers just go to in n out it's so much better and cheaper. I actually feel horrible after eating burger king
Waited over 10 minutes for my food just to get the wrong order. It was fixed though. I don’t recommend this location. if you want Burger King I recommend going to another location
I always feel bad for the employees. Always understaffed, usually pretty filthy and the food is pretty awful. Like an idiot I decided to give it "one more shot" and was swiftly reminded there's no good BK in this county Fries were hot tho and staff nice
Went to get a drink and literally the only thing that came out of the machine was a fountain of ants - not even any soda, just ants. The cashier was very friendly, as always, and I love the service, but oh my god someone needs to call food safety on this place.
Worst burgerking I've ever been to. It's dirty, slow service, horrible food prep. Don't go here unleash you're desperate.
Everytime I go it’s a bad experience we wait forever for old food and most of the time they don’t give us everything we paid for. I’ll be driving all the way across town before I go back to this POS Burger King. Can’t believe that I have lived in Chico for almost 2 years and this place is still as bad as it was the first time I went. Management needs to get it under control and make sure there employees are doing what they are paid to do. Absolute trash every single time.
I waited five minutes or more just to place my order, and then another ten minutes or more to get my food. I also had to ask them for dipping sauces. It almost feels like there's only one person working there. They also forgot the tomato in my Whopper. It looks like they're half-assing their work.
I ordered at kiosk 3 ice creams in cups the dude made them on cones, even after I reminded him they were in cups. Then I ordered 4 more and he said he only had the one order for ice cream but it charged my visa twice
I ordered two chicken sandwiches with cheese. When I got home, there was no cheese on my chicken sandwiches and no mayonnaise because it was so dry and disgusting. I called the manager and she hung up on me what I’m trying to tell her what was wrong with my food. The manager was very unprofessional, very rude I didn’t even care about the food that I ordered. She hung up on me two times when I called so I’m leaving this awful review for the manager. That’s there right now and the way they make their food just flat out disgusting. Very horrible experience.
Walked in waited 25 min horrible worst customer service by a Burger king do not go here it's horrible
Horrible experience Long wait time just to order Order taker was stressed, and was practically yelling at me. Ice cream order was unfulfilled Had no ice for the soda, 90 degree soda was not drinkable Chicken nugets were dry, no sauce provided, did not eat them Burgers were dry, not very appetizing. Do not recommend, at all
Poor management. Took 20 minutes before I went to the counter and my order still was not ready. I asked to cancel the order, and the manager told me to wait longer. No thank you. After 20 minutes and being treated like I didn't matter and was bothering them, I won't wait another minute. Myself, and my family, will not be visiting Burger King again. The manager should be ashamed if this is the best he has to offer. Poor customer service. Long wait times. And unhappy employees who don't even smile and look lost. EDIT: Manager LIED about refunding my order. Never got a refund. Had to go through my bank to dispute it. Nice to know they will openly STEAL from customers as they treat them with disdain.
There's a reason this place had extremely low stars. I just came in here 8:00 am not a single customer in the lobby nor was there anyone in the drive throw. I made eye contact with the cook in the back, she gave me a half smile half smirk 😏 but said nothing, I waited there for a good 4 minutes with 0 acknowledgment the cook couldn't even say, hey there's someone at the register, nope nothing, so I obviously left. Hopefully someone that understands business within this establishment will see this and work this out. When I was a kid I loved BK but it's gone downhill and downhill bad.
I told them I didn’t want cheese because I can’t eat cheese and this is what they wrote on my burger. The manager was extremely rude and I never get what I order and the food is always soggy not to mention the long wait and terrible service especially from the employee named Ruben this store needs a good general manager. Or something I will no longer eat at Burger King
