How’d, I’m a daily stopper here at the Chico Jamba on east avenue, and I go to all jambas depending where I’m at. But generally here at this location everyday. I have found this location is the only location that doesn’t offer fresh ginger and wheatgrass shots. I’m really hoping we can get this fresh service back, the little bottles don’t hold the nutritional value, as the fresh pressed. Please bring it back, as I’m a huge supporter of your location. Thanks and hope you have a great day.

It’s always good however the last time they said you have to order from the kiosk and my friend couldn’t navigate it and asked could you just please take my order and the guy was really put off by that not good customer service in that moment but we all have our daysotherwise it’s always good smoothies

I have never seen someone smile so much at a job as Elenor. Her joyful energy created such a kind atmosphere. She was very helpful and the person who made my smoothies (they had fantastic pink hair) did a great job as well. What a lovely place to be!

Me and my kids went here and I had a few small amount gift cards, and one had expired a few days before, but they still took it. Then, my 8 yr old daughter didn't like her drink after tasting it, so they made a new one, free of charge, and let us keep her first drink for me or my son to drink later. The lady was so friendly and even told my daughter that if she didn't like the 2nd drink, she would make her a third, because she wanted to know she liked it. What a kind, friendly staff they have. Great experience!

I came here right after my wisdom tooth removal surgery. My boyfriend went in for me to see what smoothie I could have since I can’t have seeds in the smoothies. The man he talked to was so kind in verifying exactly what fruit I wanted in my smoothie and helping decide which would be best for me. After the smoothie was done, the man asked if my boyfriend wanted to add whey powder to the smoothie. When he said yes, they were kind enough to re-blend the smoothie and even put the extra in a cup with a spoon I could eat it with. Truly above and beyond service and I will be coming back!

I’ve come the East Ave Jamba Juice for years, but within the last few months a new young lady started working there. Im not sure of her name, but wears cute glasses and has blonde hair. She is an absolute sweetie pie! I get annoyed with “morning person” personalities, she’s not exactly that type but she has that kind of energy. She has an calming and uplifting presence. You can’t help but to feel happy after a small chat with her. I feel she’s got a lot going on in her life, more than the typical “I’m short on rent” stress, but she doesn’t let it show by putting so much positive energy out. So now that I sound like a total creep I’ll end this review lol. She deserves a raise!

2/10/20 came here for a lunch craving for something healthier.. I've been getting their wheatgrass and ginger with cayenne pepper shots which are strong but tasty. They have so many good health benefits that it makes it worth drinking any kind of grass Overall, I usually get the peach açaí bowl or the equivalent smoothie that they have which is their amazing greens smoothie. Everything was fresh and delicious. The customer service here is always friendly and helpful. I love Jamba Juice also they offer specials and various points system If you download their app. Which id recommend to do if you go here often.

Love Jamba Juice! Go there quite a lot. Buy cards from students who are raising money for school projects. Then I get by 1 get 1 free so I can always help out a cause then buy a drink for a friend. A 2 way win!

This place is awesome. I had an orange dream that as delicious. My granddaughter had a mango bowl which she had ALL of. Fresh made from real fruit what more could you ask for in an afternoon snack!

Best place to get some cold and healthy to drink the whole family loves all the different flavors they have to choose from I will keep going to this Jamba Juice as l as ng as I live in the area. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff is always helpful and professional and the prices are not bad.

Came here with three friends. One of my friends placed her order. After the transaction they tell her they're out of one of the products to make her drink. They ask if she wanted something to replace it. After they make the drink they charge for the shot of wheatgrass to replace what they were out of. Bad customer service choice. First, it was not her fault you were out of your product. Second, you should tell the customer your going to charge them so they have the option instead of feeling forced. Just beong honest no disrespect intedended. Good smoothies and great atmosphere just a off day. Just a tip for next time. We all make mistakes at busy moments. Have a better day y'all.

Need to educate your employees on the difference between a service animal and a pet. Saying they have an allergy isn't a reason to kick out a service animal. They aren't required to wear a vest by law, and I won't make her wear it in very hot weather like today. They made us stand outside in the heat even after I told them it was a service dog.

Order a açai super antioxidant drink ask for extras and paid for extras. Always order a medium and told them to give me all extras usually will they put in bigger cup. Not today SMH why is service so bad these days. Guess I go to Jamba on Forest Ave for now on

This is worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a Jamba Juice. I arrived 20 mins before closing and the person making the smoothies was being soo rude. She kept glaring and slamming the blender around making it very uncomfortable to even be in there. The smoothie I bought was not blended all the way (chunks of fruit at the bottom) and she only filled my cup less than 3/4 of the cup. If you don’t want to serve customers 20 mins before closing I suggest you put a sign stating you will not serve customers 20 mins before closing. I will be glad to take my money elsewhere next time. Sounds like you need to hire someone who understands what providing great customer experience looks like.
