Ordered pickup on Christmas Eve, the food was ready on time and was delicious. Ordering from them again today. We love their Orange Chicken, bbq pork fried rice and bbq pork egg foo yung. The delivery may be slower like others have mentioned because they are a smaller business but it's worth just driving to pick it up. So get off your bottom and try it. Also, their website is very simple and easy to navigate which is appreciated.

This restaurant may be small but their food is delish! I had my regular, smegular shrimp egg foo yung and the veggie delight. Shrimp egg food yung was fresh and tasty, the sauce was a little thick but good. Nice size pieces too! The veggie delight was full of fresh, tender broccoli, carrots, celery ends, mushrooms, etc. The sauce just right! Rice comes with each order. Can't wait to go back and try something else on their menu.

The best! Go here anytime im in town. Lunch special Kung Pao Chicken is good!

Been going here for lunch the past few months cause it’s close to my work. My FAVORITE Chinese takeout place. The lunch portions are HUGE. Enough for two people or makes two lunches. Their egg rolls feel like a meal in itself lol. The guy at the front is super nice too!!!

The delivery usually goes very well, but not this time. The original 20–30-minute estimate expanded to an hour and 15 minutes and some of the food was getting cold. One thing which happens frequently which is a bit annoying is that while they usually pack the food in spill-proof containers, they often overfill them so that when they put the lid on it pushes some of the sauce over the sides which then leaks into the bag and makes a mess. The food is delicious, and I like that, if I ask them to make it extra spicy it actually tastes spicy. Their crab Rangoon and pot stickers are quite tasty, but I especially love that they have shrimp shumai available --- very nicely done, too. I will probably continue to order from here and hope that the one bad delivery experience was just an anomaly.

All of the food I ordered was very good when it came to taste and temperature. The eggrolls were very greasy and there was grease floating in the bag. The Mongolian beef also had oil floating in the bottom of the container. The taste was still pretty good.

I think that might have ruined some of the “freshness”.. upon arrival the edamame was a little soft (like they continued to steam and cook in the container) the crab rangoons were good. The vegetable gyoza didn’t look anything like the photo online, I would not recommend. The vegetable lo mein was satisfactory. Also, the fortune cookies didn’t have fortunes in them…

Food is fine but delivery is terrible. The oddest part of it was when I called to check instead of asking my name or address they ask me what i ordered and they said it was on the way. Called again 25 minutes later and another person asked me same question but again didn’t ask for my name or address just the city I lived in and then said it was on the way. She was stumped when I asked how she could possibly know that without any identifying information. I suggest if you order, go pick it up.

The quality of the food has really gone down. The BBQ pork no longer has the red sauce. It is just steamed pork. In addition, I have had rotten pineapples in my food several times. Time for me to move on.

This place cooks horrible. I ordered chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. The shrimp still had the poop vein and the chicken was under cooked. No good!!!

I’ve been ordering at this place for years (since the age of 10) when they worked at mas and honestly I’ve been having more and more problems with this location, everything from being rushed off the phone to orders being incorrect I’m not one for review but this time i honestly had it and will no longer do business here and I hope those of you who get a chance to read this do the same. I’m not sure what happened with this establishment however I hope there management changes their attitude or steps there game up, as for now I’ll take my business to ma’s oriental or bistro dragon 😊. Hopes this helps.

I order today front this restaurant it wasn’t the first time like the food there and i been ordered for more then 10 years, today when i arrived i saw the place more dirty then usual but i wasn’t surprised the place is always like that and i never took much attention on it, but today i was waiting for the food when one mouse run in front of me i follow him with my gaze and there were another dead mouse in the floor i already paid at that time and i ask the cashier to cancel my order and give me my money back because i told her about the mouse, she agree with it but never feel sorry about it

Never in my life have I seen tan colored beef. I ordered Mongolian beef and got either chicken or pork with brown sauce that colored the meat tan. Definitely NOT beef!!!!! The rest of the food was very bland as well.

We ordered 4 entrees. Apparently the driver drove too fast and our order tipped over because the edge of every container was crushed, and juices from all the entrees were all over the side and bottom of the bag. When called to complain, they wanted to pick up original order & replace. We had already started eating, and they didn't want it then (which they can't reserve anyway!). Never apologized or offered any type of refund for the inconvenience. Not good business. We won't be using them again!!

Ordered shrimp pad thai. Ordered it spicy only to get home to be unpleasantly surprised that they used buffalo sauce. It was pretty gross. Hardly any peanuts. Called him back and he insisted it was their special spicy sauce. Ummmm no. There is nothing special about using buffalo sauce on pad thai. It was disgusting. Would never eat here again. Had to puke after eating

Food tastes good when it is actually delivered warm. The last few times we have ordered it has taken over an hour to get our food. Ordered online tonight and it does not tell you how long before your order arrives. After waiting 1 hr15 minutes I called to see when it would be here and the employee said it would be any minute. The food did not show up until 2 hrs after order was placed. All they could say was sorry and did not offer any money off for today or in future. Food was cold upon arrival and kids were starving by then

I’m never one to write reviews because I don’t normally care to. But I have ordered from this place before and there hasn’t been issues. But last night I placed an order at 6:30 and was promised a 7:20 drop off. That didn’t happen, so when I called to find out what’s taking so long all they did was say it’s on the way and hung up on me. Over an hour and 40 mins later and I still never got the order. So I called to ask for a refund and they told me “okay I’m sorry” so I double check my bank account the next day and my refund was never issued. When I called them back again they tried to deflect and say I didn’t order through their website and then gave me some bogus number to call to get a refund and it was just a dead tone. So I had to call my bank to start the refund process. So yeah safe to say I won’t ever order from here again. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand a language barrier might be an issue but STEALING from customers??? Definitely not okay.

We spent a lot of money for dinner one night recently a few days ago, however, the food was not tasty. The biggest issue I have is it gave me diarrhea I do not recommend this place. I wish I could go back to House Of Szechwan in Desplaines’s however we moved so therefore they do not deliver to our new address. Next time I want Chinese food I will pick up House Of Szechwan. They are excellent. We have ordered from there for years. I highly recommend House Of Szechwan I’ve never eaten there. I’ve always got it delivered. I’m not sure how it is eating at the restaurant itself.

Office Ordered & paid for 5 lunch specials. Received 4 and 3 egg rolls. Should have been 5/5. Called the restaurant. 1 of the 4 was wrong and asked for missing food. THIS MAN HAD THE NERVE TO YELL SAYING I WAS SCAMMING HIM! HE WOULDN'T SEND THE MISSING FOOD. Go to Orange & Chicken they're better in taste and quality.

This place is horrible!!! I ordered two items off the menu and said to not put any bean sprouts in due to an allergies. What do I find in the egg foo young? A bean sprout. I called to let them know and they kept telling me it's cabbage. I can tell the difference between cabbage and a bean sprout. He then continued to argue with me so I just hung up. Don't go to this place. It is not worth it at all!

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to place an order and was told that there would be a 30-45 min wait and would I be ok with this. After telling the young lady that the wait time was no problem, I was placed on hold and she came back to take the order. I had a large order and once I got to the end, the young lady states "sorry I'm going to have to refuse this order because it's too complicated and we're too busy". Question is, why didn't you say only simple orders being accepted at this time in the Beginning. I can understand being busy but I can't understand denying service based upon an order. This order happens to be the same order that I place everytime that I have ordered over the past several years; it was never too complicated before. You lost a loyal customer over poor customer service.
