They gave me fry that are still frozen…. And didn’t want to give my money back for that wrong doing. Not happy corporate relationship look over this place hanging up on people multiple times as I was trying to talk to them as well.

The night crew needs help almost every time they get there order wrong or never have syrup for soda.. today the system was down but order and money taken just to get it wrong and still have tomatoes I’m allergic.. you literally have to check and open order before pulling off

I received my order approximately 10 minutes ago and was highly dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The carne asada fries had no meat and the sour cream appeared spoiled, which is particularly concerning as I have an autoimmune disease, and consuming spoiled food could have caused severe health issues. The crunchy tacos were not up to standard and were quite unappetizing. The Sprite had an excessive amount of ice, leaving mostly water and no proper carbonation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it raised significant concerns regarding both food quality and safety.

Absolutely horrible. Half a large fry and half a bag of chips and all hard tacos instead of. Soft tacos. Cold fry’s way to salty. More sauce than fry’s and chips combined 27$ later! Do better uneducated over priced workers

First and last time going to this location. I should have drove off when I was told that they ran out of chicken for my quesadillas. The employee who took my order at the drive through asked me to move 5ft forward or backwards. I know why now. I ended up parking in front of the main entrance because the customer behind my car got her food and had to drive away. I waited for about 15 minutes while customers kept going in and out with their food. I got off to get my money back. I do understand that they only had 2 people working but why was everyone else getting their food but i wasn’t. Simple order nothing extreme. I got my money back and I asked for my receipt. The same male employee (elderly man) who was at the drive through window said he couldn’t give it to me and that I had to wait for someone else to get back from their break or something like that. He pointed at the screen with all the orders and said but it’s right here. What am I supposed to do with the screen order? Never did he apologize. I bet they forgot about my food but I’m never going there again! I hope a store manager can contact me. And if this person is the manager, I need someone else above him. This was very unprofessional!

Worst experience ever, went in after work had to wait 15 mins inside to place my order. Employees kept ignoring us wouldn't even make eye contact. Order over $40 of food, got home to find out we were missing 2 burritos. My Quesadilla had no cheese and was hard not cut.

They are back to no longer having small. It has gotten better. If there are other options go there. I still have gone because it's fast and convenient although I stopped for a period. Attached to a gas station. However, they no longer have small (21oz) soda cups. When i ordered a soda with the kids meal they charged an up charge because they gave me a medium drink that i didn't ask for! I asked today if they were going to get more (its been over a week) and the worker said no. I drive through because I don't want to get out. I already think their sodas are expensive and large. I need to find a new breakfast spot.

I come here often. And I haven't really thought of doing a review until now. It just bugs me when I'm told to go wait out on one of the parking spots. And!!! There's never anyone behind me. I understand that if someone was behind me but when no one is there. Come on. Then when I do move over there's not a space open or I'm so far on the other side by the gas station that they don't see me. I know they want to lower their time for people to be on the window but the timer isn't there to make guests move when the food isn't really. It's to give management an idea of how long you take and figure out why it's taking so long to get the food to people. And then they always forget something... So they have to go back and get it or you have to go back and then going through the drive through becomes going into the restaurant which is what you didn't want to do.. so bad

Gave us wrong order . When i got home i ordered chicken soft tacos, he gave me meat soft taco and medium fries were half with fries. I i have had alot of bad experiences at that location. Dont know why i keep going back. I guess its close. Very rude employees as well.

Just got food from here about 20 minutes ago and to start fries are burnt burrito taste like it's been sitting there and taco was horrible.

I used to like Del taco till I ate at this one. I ordered the quesadilla taco and the ranch roller. The tortilla on my quesadilla taco was wet, and the the ranch roller had hair in it. The food was gross 🤮
