The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because it's unhealthy. Do I like the taste of McDonald's food? Yes! Do they have trouble landing the cheese on top of the burger? Yes!! Does it matter? No. The food was tasty. 2nd visit... there is a fly in here who keeps landing on my legs as I sip my soda! Not worried about germs, just irritating!!

Good. Prices are getting a little high. The 1 dollar any size soft drink is nice. But the lack of the dollar menu is sad. For the most bang for your buck, you are much better going to a place like Wendy's, and getting a 4 for 4. But Mcdonalds food is still really good. Just not the cheapest anymore.

My 10pc nugget meal did not make it home with with our order. Accidents happen, so I went back and they acted like I was trying to swindle them out of a 10pc nuggets on a $50 order. I started laughing when I asked for 2 sauces and the worker said “are you sure? I never forget”. I have been at this McDonald so many times. This morning my order was missing food and when I reported the guy named Bryan was very rude and unprofessional. At the end, he charged me on my Discover card, and later I realized that he didn't give my card back. I went back and explained to the worker about it. She talked to Bryan and instead of Bryan comes out and talk to me, he told the worker that he gave my card back. Very disappointing

Came here on Tuesday 10/7/2025 , they accepted my dinner mobile order @ 3:50 AM. Came here in Thursday, they DENIED my mobile order 10/9/2025 @3:50 AM, bc of “ menu change “ and was told I wouldn’t be able to wait and place an order until 4:10AM. Is this something new ? I’ve been to this same location hundreds of times over the years because of its consistency. This didn’t only just affect me as they turned down more than 10 cars with mobile orders. This affects the late night workers due to this being a “24/7” location . I would love to hear feedback about this unfortunate situation. Best regards , Benjumen

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this McDonald’s location. We specifically drove here not only to order food for ourselves but also with the expectation of getting a simple pup cup for our dog. This is a small, inexpensive request that many other fast-food chains and even McDonald’s locations have been known to honor, yet the staff here flatly refused. What made the experience worse was not just the denial, but the complete lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the employees. When I politely asked about a pup cup, the response was abrupt and dismissive, with no attempt to explain or offer any kind of alternative. The tone and body language from the staff communicated zero respect or customer service. It is baffling that such a minor request, something that costs the restaurant virtually nothing, would be met with such indifference and rudeness. A simple smile or polite explanation would have gone a long way, but instead, I felt brushed off and unwelcome. We made a special trip here, driving out of our way, and left feeling not only unsatisfied but also insulted by the attitude of the staff. Customer service is not just about serving food quickly; it is about showing basic respect and acknowledging the value of your customers’ time and loyalty. If a store chooses not to provide a pup cup, that is their decision, but there is no excuse for treating customers poorly or acting as if their request is a burden. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly caution others to avoid it as well. McDonald’s should be consistent in its service, and management here needs to address the unacceptable behavior of its employees immediately.

Now for this particular McDonald's I've had three incidences with the female waitress or cook or whatever she might be she's been very disrespectful and the manager as well as Laughing my face when there was a mistake me to my order and he couldn't find it and then he found it gave me no apologies and still laughed at me the next time I come in the female was very rude got an attitude with me so and the food that he gave us was burnt hamburgers and Soggy very little salted french fries and afterwards I did get the runs so for this establishment I give him no stars and be cautious of who you talk to or what you say because they will retaliate

I think it's extremely unfair how everytime I'm always shorted on my fries. The prices have increased, but yet you purposely short customers on their fries all the time. I went inside to let you all know I'm tired of paying full price for half of what I ordered and someone yelled for the manager and said, someone else about the fries again...so that mean you all are doing this all the time and on purpose.
