By the time that you are walking towards Pollo Loco, it smells terrible. Second thing they don’t have lime or salsa. They only have Taco Bell type of sauce on ketchup small packages.👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered a double chicken bowl with no cabbage with chips they still put cabbage and didn't give me chips Plus the drive-thru person kept laughing and I also ordered a boiled bowl with no pico de gallo and they still put it. The atmosphere had a lot of homeless people and it looked dark outside I almost thought it was closed

I ordered a 16 piece meal mixed, and it was $50 and when I drove up to the drive-through to pay, it’s 10% off for seniors, and on my receipt it only said a dollar so I asked her the cashier why only dollar and she said that’s what the cash register told me to give you. So I called them up when I got home and I spoke with the most rudest person that answered the phone and I told her that I bought that mail for $50 and a senior discount for 10% and it only gave me one dollar and she told me the same thing if that’s what the register gave you I said yes but 10% of $50 is five so I should’ve got five dollars off Money is hard to come by and then she hung up on me so rude

Can't take multiple orders at the time? It was only 2 items. No line at the drive thru. Inside had more customers. Again not busy. Wasting my lunch to reverse and get off. The gentleman Eddie in the front was working his butt off though. The manger with platinum hair was there and was wearing a headset so she is aware. She was to "busy" bagging chips. Don't be nice to me once you saw it was I with 2 orders.

What a disappointment in your food, I ordered a double chicken bowl, no chicken, just chicken crumbs, I paid $15 for it, it's not worth going back.

Terrible. They said order when you're ready, I said I'm ready. Just silence. I said hello and no response. They messed up my entire order. Lady who gave my food never once looked at me. Handed my drink with soda dripping all over cup. They don't listen at all.

The location on central and Philadelphia has the worst customer service in the drive through. The young lady was very impatient with taking our order. Everytime we ordered something her next question would be" is that it?" When we got our order and noticed the condiments we paid extra for were missing we were told they were in the bag when we had already checked twice and confirmed that they were not. Upon giving the lady constructive criticism, she smirked and said "yea,yea okay, is that it?". Definitely don't have to worry about me going back to that one

Placed an online order, for pick-up. Got some weird thing that i didnt order. Didnt find out til i got home, cause i never check whats in the bag... thats my bad, but i've never had a problem with getting things wrong or not the correct stuff. Ordered a Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl... got some weird bowl with broccoli in it. Not ok. Seriously. I ate the bowl anyway, cause i wasnt going back to fix the order. I love cotija cheese but the "cotija" they used... it didnt taste like anything. It was weird.... it was just a bit of texture, no flavor. I threw out basically all the broccoli, sonce there was so much of it. Chicken tasted good, as always. There wasnt as much rice as there usually is in their bowls, and there was A TON of black beans! Totally bummed out! I order here pretty frequently, never had a problem like this. I dont know what happened this time around, but step your game up!!

Took 30 minutes to get 4 cars through the drive thru, absolutely ridiculous. Employees laughing n taking their sweet time Friday afternoon. No napkins or utensils with my meal, and take a look at the care that went into putting these tacos together. Horrible experience, wish I could leave a 0 star review.
