Honestly I ignored the reviews and came in with my family and took a chance. This place is NOT bad at all. Im pregnant and sensitive to taste would 100%return. Servers were always looking out to refill drinks and accommodated me because im fully pregnant and couldn't sit right in a both. Thank you guys for noticing small details. Will be back soon!

This place is the best in town buffet and great selection of food and good pricing. Good place to celebrate holidays with your family and they acknowledge the birthday celebrant. Staff is nice, attentive and this place is highly recommended.

Areas are clean right after opening. The taste of the food is very average, the value is great for big eaters, families or want something with lots of variety with reasonable prices. Overall, a solid choice to get grubs at a reasonable price. Restaurants are spacious, the distance between tables and seats are very generous.

The green mussels, for instance, would’ve been better if they had been served with a teriyaki sauce like at other restaurants. Instead, they were topped with an unfamiliar yellow sauce, which was a letdown.

Flaming Buffet in Chino has great service and a nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they keep things moving which makes the experience enjoyable. The restaurant is clean and there is a good variety of food options. The food itself is good, but not the best buffet I have had. Some items were better than others, but overall it is still a solid place to eat if you are craving a buffet. I would definitely come back mainly because of the great service and comfortable environment.

Food is delicious. However there are some waitress that provide great service and check on you and there is one that doesn't even bother and not sure if she even understands what is broke said to her.

The food doesn't have any flavor. On the sushi, it seems they used plain steamed rice no flavor. There selection is small. The only good thing was their hot & sour soup.

I gave them 1 star because the service is extremely bad poor service they don’t come often to take your plates from the table like any other buffets they don’t come to ask you if need anything or a drink refill they are rude they always serious they don’t say hello or anything i waited close to 10 minutes trying to wave a the waitress to come by my table for a drink refill I’m not going to lie the food is really good they got a lot stuff nothing to complain about the food I easily with no problem I would it gave them 5 stars if service would it have been at least decent but no the waitress are terrible it seems like they have to many tables to take care of it and they just can’t help all the their tables and I was by my self I don’t even want to imagine been in a table of a whole family? bad experience at this place but again on the service food is was great

Food was horrendously bad. All of the hot dishes are lukewarm, and all of the cold dishes are lukewarm. No matter what you order, your food is served to you lukewarm. This is discomforting considering the raw fish they are serving. The facility was reasonably clean, but when you walk past the kitchen and use the bathroom and the spectre of food poisoning is ever present. It's not a matter of what dish do you want to eat, it's a question of what dish can you eat and avoid botulism. They don't even label the food at the buffet line...just roll the dice. This has got to be one of the absolute worst food experiences I've ever had. Would highly recommend against this location.

Around 3:20 PM, my son went to get another serving when a waitress came to our table and told us we could no longer get food because it was now dinner time unless we paid the price difference. I felt very embarrassed, especially since this was said in front of my family. Shortly after, another young lady came to our table and repeated that we could not get more food. I explained that I was not done eating and asked if that meant we could no longer get food, and they confirmed that we could not unless we paid the difference. I have never experienced this at a buffet before, especially when we arrived during lunch hours. The way it was handled made us feel uncomfortable and disappointed. Unfortunately, this experience has changed how I feel about this place.

Pretty expensive and food isnt fresh or hot. Its cold not even warm. Egg rolls were doughy and chow mein tasted weird. Service was okay. Fruit was old. It just wasnt good at all for the price.

They have a coupon for your birthday that is only valid the day of and not on weekends. So if your birthday lands on Saturday. The coupon is only valid on Friday.
