This is the WORST Jack in the Box location. They mess up our order every single time. Someone needs to close this location down or hire better employees.

Waited in DT line for close to 15 minutes at 4:30 pm when it's dead. The cashier seemed rushed and handed me the incorrect order and I only realized it til I got home, he didn't even give me my recipt. I ordered 6 piece boneless buffalo wings combo, instead was given dry nuggets with a light sprinkle of parm cheese. I had not been to a Jack in the Box in over a year and this reminded why I should stop patronizing this fast food chain.

There are two girls work the drive thru always snappy no smile and this morning gets mad when i ask for a drink holder and held the hot coffee and made me reach to the window saying i cant lean over she is toxic i go every week but im not going back#lost a good customer $35.00 x2x30 😐

I went to this jack in box at 2am for a quick grab. As I pulled up in the drive through, I called for an employee 3 times, approximately sitting there for two minutes total. It was complete silence. I pulled up to the window, no one was there. Keep in mind all the lights are on and it’s open 24 hours. As I was driving off exiting the drive thru, I was looking in through the windows, looking at the front desk. I’ve noticed some movement behind the counter. So I decided to drive off, exiting the parking lot disappointed. As I left the premises. I went about two neighborhoods down the street, then decided to return back to jack in a box out of curiosity to see if it was my imagination, or there were actually employees there. I drive back to jack in a box, only to see two women exiting the building entering there white car. That’s pathetic.

Do not order any food from this place, the whole environment is dirty, the worker made mistake to the food we ordered online, we ordered the chicken sandwich without bacon online, and find out that they still add bacon to the chicken later on, so disappointed!

Went there today around 4:00pm. Went to the front counter and the young guy working at the front counter took my order but was very rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. I ordered 2 tacos and a small curly fry. He bagged my order up and sort of threw it on the counter and said “bye” and walked away. If you don’t like your job young man then you should've not applied for it lol. Very rude… The tacos were good though. ☹️☹️ Most likely won’t return to this location though.

Can you guys explain to me how you guys eat this nasty stuff this has to be the worst sandwich in the world if Chick-fil-A would be the caviar of chicken burgers then jack in the box would be 99 cents frozen meal this has to be the nastiest sandwich ........

I asked for extra Saracha sause and the lady gave me attitude because she dodnt want to be a problem solver like other locations do and after I told her to put it in a cup this is what I get so pitiful..worst customer service ever

So apparently this is supposed to be a double jack 🤔 🙄 I've seen horrible burgers before but this one tops off at 1st place, no lettuce no tomato no pickles just broken patties put together with cheese an more mustard then ketchup. Horrible just Horrible this is what you call poor customer service at its finest 😤😤 as you can see the picture on the right that's the double jack I ordered an I get this sloopy burger on the left 👎👎👎👎
