The service was good, always friendly and attentive. This time we ordered molotes, and they were prepared quickly. The price is in line with the quality and service. The bathrooms need cleaning, as they are neglected and dirty. The hours are from 8:00 to 10:00 pm. Note: For a Friday, the place was empty.

It's a very nice place, the service is excellent, and for a medium-sized place it has an extensive menu of Mexican snacks. If you're from out of town and want to try Mexican food, I would definitely recommend it. I haven't tried the other dishes, but here you'll find the best molotes in Cholula!

Terrible service, they don't even say good morning, they all have sour faces and are on their phones. Honestly, if they don't want to work there, they shouldn't. It's customer service, and they should always at least offer a polite welcome. They should find a job where they don't have to deal with people, and that way they'll be better off, and the customers will be too, not having to put up with that. Besides, everything is in terrible condition; it desperately needs maintenance, and no wonder they hardly have any staff. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Terrible service, they don't know how to prepare what a bed should be, it takes more than an hour to serve you. They should hire staff to serve the food; it's tasteless and they give you guava water without sugar.

The service is terrible. We waited ages just for them to take our order. The waiters were poorly trained, and we waited a long time for our food to arrive. The restaurant is understaffed; there are only two people serving the tables, and they're also the ones preparing the food. I think it's awful that the owner has no consideration for the staff, as they're always rushed, resulting in terrible service. When we ordered water, they didn't have the one we asked for and gave us whatever they wanted without asking. The water was also awful; it tasted like rotten guavas and had no sugar at all—it was completely bland. As for the food, it took forever to arrive. We ordered wings, and they were terrible, and the molotes were simply awful. In conclusion, it's a terrible place. I really don't recommend going. 👎👎

the service is complete crap, they never give you what you ask for, they take a long time and the seasoning is disgusting crap, molotes just dough with almost no filling, no cream or anything on top, dripping with grease, I asked for sodas as soon as I arrived and they never gave them to me, and as for the double hot dog with fries they only brought me one and charged me as if they had given me everything, they care more about their cell phones than customer service, aside from the fact that the prices are not worth the food at all, they didn't even have any customers just two tables occupied, I thought I was the only one but I see several comments with the same problem as me, as a comment, if they don't want to serve you don't have a business.

The service was good. But the molotes were very expensive and didn't have much filling. They didn't give me the ingredients I asked for, and what they did have was burnt. The worst part is they charged me for it as a special. I didn't realize until I got home that it wasn't right. They left a lot to be desired.
