Excelente cochinita, pero el caldo de carne con ramen es un 10/10. Mi esposa pidió el emparedado gratinado y estaba espectacular.

Vine a desayunar. Estuvo súper rico. Pedí un omelete, que aquí preparan con setas al pibil, lo pedí con cochinita extra, y quedó muy bien. Lo recomiendo mucho. La próxima vez tomaré foto.

Excelente buffet de tacos, si los recomiendo, en lo personal la carne ahumada estaba con todo, de muy buen sabor, la atención sin detalle, muy atentos y amables, les agradezco la cortesía del postre plátano frito con nieve.

Excelentes chiles en Nogada, sientes el sabor de todas las frutas que componen el relleno, y la Nogada es exquisita y abundante 💕 La cochinita es espectacular, muy recomendables sus desayunos. El chef es un maestro culinario, muy recomendable para servicio de catering.

My husband and I have been there several times, each time trying something different from the menu, and we've loved everything! For breakfast, I recommend the croque monsieur and the huevos motuleños. And for lunch, you have to try the cochinita. It's a reinterpretation of the traditional dish, but it's finger-licking good. It's a place to go frequently and gain weight happily, haha.

The best cochinita in all of Puebla. The Cholula location is closest to me and I go there often. I generally eat them all. The smoked meat and the black shepherd's pie are so good, even the desserts are delicious.

By chance, I ended up having breakfast at this place. I must admit the food is very tasty and well-prepared; however, the customer service left much to be desired. From the start, they brought me the tray with the sauces and other accompaniments, but without napkins. When I asked for them, I noticed a certain annoyance from the waitress. At one point, the woman I assume is the manager approached and offered me complimentary water, a gesture I appreciated. However, when I received the bill, I was surprised to see that the water had been charged. I had no problem paying for it, but it seemed contradictory considering the context in which it was offered. When I asked for the bill, the wait was considerable, even though there were only three tables occupied. Furthermore, I noticed the waitress approaching the other diners to offer them something else, but she didn't do so in my case. In short, the food deserves praise, but the customer service could be significantly improved.

There was only one other table. They ordered after us, and more than 50 minutes passed. They served the other table and then us. The owner or chef came out and was just rude to my 7-year-old son. Fifty minutes and they didn't even bring us a spoon for our cold lime soup.
