AUGUST, 29TH/ 2025 AT 12:20, FOR LUNCH! Funny how they offer a receipt when it's not busy, but when you wait 15 plus min in drive through lane to order, then another 10 min to get your food, ya definitely want the receipt to do survey. Nope, not today! And no room to pull out of line. Oh no! And heaven forbid they ask people in front to pull up or over, to wait for their orders so the ones behind can get theirs! WORST SERVICE EVER AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

On a balmy Wednesday evening, my faithful traveling companion and I pulled off of Interstate 81 at exit 30/Cicero in search of a quick meal before continuing our travels. McDonald's is pretty predictable, so on this night, we chose the "golden arches" on Route 31, just east of I-81, as our dinner destination. Our order was taken in a professional manner by a very nice, older gentleman named "Dan," and he said he'd bring it to our table shortly. And he was right, for shortly after finding our seats here came Dan with our piping hot sandwiches, nuggets, fries and drinks. The food was good McDonald's fare, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We ate while talking about the days events and watching some children play in the McDonald's indoor play area. High marks for this McDonald's location, and especially for the gent named "Dan," who even made certain to ask us if we would like free drink refills. Thanks, sir, for doing a first-rate job representing a first-rate company.

This was a quick stop on our trip. Normally I would skip the reviews but freshly cooked cheese burgers were great. Fries hot and great. Top it off they accidentally made an extra milkshake and offered it to my family. Great place.

We did a walk-in somewhat late. The restaurant was clean. We did the kiosk to order our food, we received everything to go as we asked, and it was all hot and fresh. The server was nice and made sure we had everything.

It was really nice! The staff were very friendly. The bathrooms were clean. The parking lot was easy and had enough room for us to walk our dog. They also had some cool seating inside. They didn't serve chicken tenders until after 1pm though! 😭

One of the better mcdonalds in the area. Staff is usually nice, and this location is less likely than others to mess an order up. If the line at the drive thru is long, it's still faster than going inside. At least in my experience.

What can I say ? It's a McDonald's ! Same as most. Bathroom was clean. I stopped around 1:30pm on a Sunday. Food was so so. I got a large black coffee that was good. I got the special 2 for $ 5. double quarter pounders. One was just barely warm the other wasn't even that and tasted like it had sat around. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have taken both back up, one at a time. I have stopped there before and food was much better and that was at noon time when they were busy. Ill give them another chance as they now stand at 50/50.

This place is always so busy. With that said, it takes a while to get your food.

Ordered on the app so I didn't need to go inside, but disappointed when the app said food would be out in 2-5 minutes and the actual time was 13 minutes....

I forgot to ask for ketchup, and got no napkins. But service was pretty quick! Next visit - I really wish they would share when the machines are down SOMEHOW????

Stopped by McDonald’s and grabbed two large fries, which were fresh, hot, and hit the spot. Food was exactly what you’d expect and came out pretty quick. I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 because the place was a little dirty and the staff didn’t seem too friendly; probably just a long shift or a busy day. Still a solid stop overall.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Solid Breakfast Start! Stopped by McDonald’s for breakfast and it definitely hit the spot. I got the Egg McMuffin meal with a hash brown and coffee, and everything was fresh and hot. The English muffin was toasted just right, the egg was cooked perfectly, and the cheese melted nicely into the sausage — simple but satisfying! The hash brown was crispy and golden, just how I like it. Coffee was decent too — nothing fancy, but it did the job. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the service was a bit slow, and my coffee could’ve been a little hotter. But overall, a great way to start the morning. I’ll definitely be back when I need a quick and tasty breakfast!

McDonald's is going down really bad in service, food,and quality. One day you go in and you're burger is to salty/peppery. One day there's fat juice rolling out all over,the next it's ok;same with the fries. The staff at most places are unpleasant.

I had to use the kiosk to order. The pictures are a little misleading and it misses on "exact" discription. I ordered 2 sandwiches that basically were only meat on a bun. I went back in and said where is the lettuce, tomato and sauce they said only comes on the next sandwich up....crazy

Breakfast was very just below average, and prices have gone up apparently, since I don't enjoy the herbal relaxation style of living anymore, mcdonald's just doesn't fill any void other than my stomach, and it's usually mostly gas.

The good news is this McDonald's has a family friendly playroom. Having said that, the indoor play area is not completely shutoff from the restaurant, so you will have to keep a close eye on your little ones. There are video games, a slide and an place to climb on.

When you get a double cheeseburger you expect it to at least be assembled. If it weren't for the fact my family talks me into coming here I wouldn't. I don't eat the food but they like it, i think or at least they think they do until they get it then remember why its been 6 months since the last time they ate here. You couldn't pay me to put this junk in my mouth. The customer service is good. Sometimes you get a rude one but it's been a while since that's happened. I've always had great customer service just the food is awful.

This location used to be very consistently accurate and quick. I find myself going back to the counter to get missing or correct items now. Check your order before you leave. The food quality is still good.

McDonald's food has gotten pricey. The cashier was very nice. I wanted a Shamrock Shake. They were sold out, but he gave me directions to another restaurant that might have them. Nice play area. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Staff are great, hard workers and super friendly ; but this McDonald's can get extremely busy during lunch and dinner rushes. Wait times are exacerbated by a very curious layout that makes everything feel incredibly cramped when waiting for food inside. Traffic, especially in and out of the parking lot, can prove an issue during peak hours due to the proximity of on and off-ramps for I81.

Play place is mainly just a slide. The video games are broken, the TV screen is burnt out and the sanitizer wipe dispenser hasn't been full once in the past 7 years. Foods good though and staff is nice. Kids had fun enough

I mean I'm not a fan of McDonald's simply because the food to me isn't good at all, but my son, friend and her daughter like their food. They were clean. Plenty of parking. Great spot for the kids to play inside in the play place.

They forgot the 2 cheeseburgers, so went back.. then almost home discovered that there was no bacon on the bacon qp... Shoddy service at best. Understandable that they are short staffed.. but 2 major mix ups on the same order?!! The sticker even stated Bacon....really? Not going there again!

It is slow for everyone here, and not just me. I ordered at 11:22am. The food arrived at 11:44am. That is 22min wait, and that doesn't include the wait in line which was only 5min. It is only crowded because of the slowness. There are still seats available, so it's not an unanticipated crowd. ... and.. the fries were cold.

I ate in the play place area and the tables were filthy! I get that children can be messy at times but all of the tables had food or drinks spilled on them. It was long after we had finished our meal before anyone came to clean the tables off. The floor needed sweeping and the employee just walked away after cleaning the tables off as if he didn't notice or even care

Pretty disappointing I must say. For the amount they charge you for a big Mac combo we could've went to Denny's and gotten REAL good food. My girl said her big Mac lettuce smelled like a bunny cage and i have to agree it really did. Mine was no better. Smaller portions for more money and McDonald's will never sit right with me anymore since I've gotten food poisoning 3 times, twice off their chicken sandwich at the same location. just downright nasty food that I'm sure my rabbit wouldn't even eat

The service was great from the young man behind the counter and the order was accurate but one if the female employees and another visitor in the store had some type of private joke going on and kept looking at my husband and I and laugh. When I turned around they would stop. They may have been just having a good day or they may have been laughing at my accent since I'm not from NY. It may have nothing to do with us at all but it is all about perception. I had been on the road for three days and frankly didn't have their humor very funny. Not a very good first impression of my husband's home state.

This seems to be the slowest most unorganized amount I’ve ever seen. It is unacceptable to be in the drive-through line for 15 minutes.

Mistakes in orders happen... ordered a happy meal for my grandson. The employee at the drive thru window corrected it.

I have always loved this spot. However in the last 6 months the service has gotten slower and slower. Our last three visits in the last 6 weeks have had excessive waits and inaccurate orders. The cashier is often friendly but there’s usually someone leading the pick up area who lacks both a friendly demeanor and good service. Very disappointing. Not sure if management has changed but we’re starting to steer away from this location all together.

If you want to pay cash inside... prepare to wait before anyone notices you standing at the register with money in hand. Also if you get a Happy Meal and your kids diet has plenty of fruits n beef ...REMEMBER to ask for the fruits specifically as they will not tell you it automatically comes with apple slices... then you have the joy of paying $2.80 for a small fry. Also the young man who took both of these orders (meal then fries)...I can't decide if he is sleep walking or mildly dismayed I had the audacity to walk in and pay cash and to think I asked for the receipts! How dare me!

All I'm going to say is between DoorDash deliveries, that stupid kiosk you have in the lobby, the drive-thru, and people coming in to the lobby to sit and eat. I don't think McDonald's staff members can handle it all, and if they can handle it, they are not prioritizing correctly. All you are is a number now. Where did the old McDonald's go?

We were there for a birthday party for a four year old grandson. Everything went well for that part but when I was in line for my meal it took literally a half hour to receive it then it was given to the woman who ordered after I did. So if we weren't paying attention I would have lost my meal. I think they are understaffed for the area and don't have enough open room in the facility for customer service. The area is in a busy section and could stand to gain bigger access for the public. I also don't see how one bathroom for each gender is adequate for anyone.

Service was extremely slow. They were waiting on the drive through mostly and made us wait. After putting our order in a couple came in, also had to wait and they walked out mad. And they can't seem to fix their hit chocolate machine.

We ordered off the app and we didn't get our free fries from the promotion. While the kids playplace is the only reason we went (it was clean), they messed up the order and we had to wait at the counter for over 15 min to get a simple slushie corrected.

Received a bogo crispy sandwich & the picture of them looked delicious - nice, plump & golden crispy.... so I bought two this evening & definitely not what I was expecting. They were so overcooked, hard, dry, barely any mayo on the sandwich & thin (the bun was thicker then the piece of chicken)! If your going to advertise something, you better be able to back it up & this was definitely not the case here. Your better off buying a McChicken from the $1 menu cuz it's basically the same thing & you'll save yourself some $$$....

Walked in about 9 PM on a Friday night staying at a nearby hotel Places obviously pretty busy But clearly, the employees could care less ordered unsweetened tea, and got tea and lemonade, Ordered nuggets with sauce and they didn’t give the sauce so we had to ask for it in which they gave different sauce and the floors are disgusting. Also, there is no soap in the bathroom or hand sanitizer in the hand sanitizer machines.

We arrived 6 minutes before the dining area closed and the door was locked. The cashier made us tell her what we were going to order to open the door. We were out 3 minutes before I closed and they turned another person away while we were inside. The drive thru would be open for a another hour so there is no reason to deny service or restrict orders. Unacceptable.

The workers here aren’t the friendliest by any means. Standing around it took minutes for someone to come to the front register. The cashier was not familiar with what I ordered even though there is an advertisement of it on the front window of the location. No proper greeting no smiles. The food was okay my hamburger was made sloppy but I ate it because I was hungry. To the management team please work on providing a better experience for your customers. This visit was disappointing.

The service was atrocious. I ordered my dinner and placed my serving number on the table. However, the representative decided not to bring out the food, however had me go to the counter and retrieve it. She also had her hand over my drink contaminating my beverage when I asked for a different lid she took over two minutes to retrieve such lid, which made me uncomfortable, and I asked for a water. At this point, the manager came out, and he stated that he does not allow his representatives to bring dinners to tables because of the hour and that it was company policy, which was 10:30 PM. Very unprofessional establishment I believe that the management is lacking the proper direction to give to his employees and is making them act out. There is a lot of talking and not a lot of working at this establishment. I do not recommend people to visit this establishment.

Being a business owner myself, I do not like to leave bad reviews but this McDonalds should be shut down! I have never seen such a ( not with it) place!! I should have learned my lesson 50x's ago but I didn't. I have made SEVERAL complaints and I have seen new hires all the time and yet noone, I mean noone can get the order correct. For instance I ask for a fresh cup of coffee with cream and sugar on the side and they give me burnt coffee with cream and sugar already in the coffee! Every single time I order food, the wrong meat is on the breakfast sandwiches, the hash browns are cold and soggy, if I order a big breakfast with NO HOT CAKES they give me syrup and butter but no jelly for my biscuit, countless times the fries are not fresh even if you tell them you want fresh fries. The burgers are just thrown together and they never give you a straw for our drink or napkins. I am so done going to this McDonalds, I mean after hundreds of dollars spent over the years and almost the same amount of complaints I should have owned this restaurant by now. I will never go here again. Get with it McDonalds, put your heads together and stop messing up the orders.

There is another one 5 mins away I suggest going there instead. I ordered a small caramel frappe. They gave me a mocha one with caramel on top. It has happened like 3 times. Just say you don't have it. My sausage mc muffin was stale I could only chew half of the bread. Again not the first time.

Ridiculous. Assured everything was in the bag. Waiting 10 minutes to get home to cold food and missing 10 piece nuggets. Call to say something they don't care. Multiple times this location messes up and they really do not care. Not fun paying for stuff not getting it and them not caring to do anything about it. This is literally the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. I can't speak for the day crew but the night crew is grossly unproffesional, they are rude when taking orders and when asking questions about whatever specials they may have going on at the time. It takes a half hour for anything to be made including the little pies so if you have a line in front of you be prepared to wait until lunch time. I am not sure if it is just the laziness of the window employee (who of course greets me with the face of death) but I had to go around the drive-thru a second time because my 84 year old grandmother insisted on paying for her own meal, I had so much fun waiting an hour the first time around. The only unregretable thing about my experiences at this location is the fact that ill be quick to consider any other option available.

Absolutely the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve been too the bathrooms are so nasty (use some bleach ! And stainless steel cleaner!) also fries were cold and only had half in the fry bag no the other half wasn’t in the bottom of the bag and chicken nuggets were over cooked ! Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I walk in to order my food I’m the only customer inside that is ordering drive though is pretty busy. I wait 7to 8 min and nobody greets me or says anything so I go to the self checkout order my food and again wait to pay at register for another 5 min and I have to walk past there counter and ask the manager if I was going to be helped or ignored for another 10 min. Finally takes my money and hands me my medium shake that was literally filled less then 3/4 and just whip cream I didn’t say anything because I was going to start to get disrespectful at this point she hands me my food and no straw runs back to the back and I again have to walk in the back to get someone to get me a straw. Don’t ever go here please even if you’re on the verge of starvation you’re truly better off at any place that sells anything edible.

Placed my order through the drive-thru. Asked for the receipt, window was slammed in my face and was told to go to the next window. Over $15 for 3 cheeseburgers and a small fry, the employee clearly didn't know the menu or rang in meals and gave us no drinks. Either way, absolutely terrible. Edit: fries being ice cold would be an understatement. Honestly just disgraceful.

I am routine customer to this place for iced coffee. My order always consists of light ice. Hw difficult is it to give the customer light ice in a coffee. Today morning at 7.15am the employee said that it is so light that the ice melted. She basically did not add ice because at the window I reminded her that the previous day order was filled with ice. What's with the attitude? it seems like a training issue. It is not difficult to be nice to someone. Won't visit this place again!

After purchasing 2- 10 piece nuggets a 6 piece nugget a 4 piece nugget they gave me 2 barbecue sauce and 2 ranch. ( not to mention the 4 fries burgers and multiple drinks I went back in and asked for more BBQ and a sweet and sour and the little short female worker argued with me about how many sauce she put in the bag because “she put them in there herself” they told me that I can buy more sauce if I would like…… I have no problem paying the .25 cents for sauces like she wanted me to pay if I wanted extra sauce that didn’t come with my meal. If she was so certain about being great at her job maybe she should have separated the meals like I asked instead of framing everything into 1 bag. I guess it’s inventory season and they are trying to make sure everything is accounted for…. I don’t think there’s one other place that wants to charge you for sauces after spending 30 dollars on fast food Chick-fil-A will Give you 50 if you want that many Burger King does as well for free !!!!! But please make sure to get your 20 dollars an hour to bag food the wrong way and miscount your sauces GREAT WORK MCDONALDS

After waiting to get my order taken, I had no choice but to use a kiosk. Then, I waited for 30 minutes for 4 meal deals while watching others who ordered way after me get their food. The kid play area is cute but small and cold.

Every single time I order food from here, I get home and i’m missing things. The service is so slow, I don’t know what the hell they’re doing in the kitchen, but apparently its not reading the damn orders. Literally EVERY TIME. And then, you call, and they don’t answer. Thanks for screwing me over yet again.

Took 25 minutes to get through the drive through line. What happened to fast food? I could have went into the building...ordered..ate...done a crossword puzzle and then got in my car and put gas in my car by the time i get food out of the drivethrough

Not sure what happened over the past several months but the wait time is awful, typically spend 10 min or more in drive thru. The staff had always been great! The franchise owners need to get it together and hire more staff. 2 -3 cannot handle the volume at night. The staff is genuinely trying their best.

came here tonight for some quick dinner arrived at about 7 pm some lady in front of me waited 45 minutes for her food and had to leave without it due to the staff not doing their jobs. so i place my order and wait over a hour with no communication from the staff and a lobby full of people. manager never said a word about it and just kept mopping around no intent to do work. this place has gone to shit.

The new norm these days is for the workers to slave away for the drive thru and F the customers who come inside. I stood up here for a solid 10 minutes before anyone came up and asked if I needed anything. No thanks, just standing here for my health. If it weren’t for the noise coming from the kitchen, I would have thought the place was empty. To make it better, I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and they gave me fricken ham instead of sausage. Embarrassing.

We are from out of town and we came to get breakfast. Gave our order and we were only a group of five people. Ended up coming up to $90 for breakfast because the cashier guy put on a whole bunch of food on our order that we never ordered and 45 minutes later we're still waiting for them to correct it and another employee took our receipt so we don't even have the receipt anymore to compare what got ordered versus what the cashier employee guy ordered for us. On top of that they didn't serve any silverware only four napkins and no straws. The only thing that they did get right out of the order was the hash browns. The playplace for the kids is wonderful but that's the only thing that this McDonald's has going for them!!! If I could give a negative star review for the food ordering experience, I would. Please do better!!!

Drive thru took 15 minutes for two cars. 3:45 pm Wednesday feb 18. No explanations except “short staffed” with two cars. One car in front of 8 minutes to order, we pull up, and they ask “be with you just in a second”. People just walking around doing nothing

Completely unprofessional, ordered an online breakfast meal at 10:10am and the order was canceled once I had already driven there in the snow. Had no help and had to go through the drive-thru.

Sat at the drive through for 10 mins. Saying hello, anyone? No acknowledgement, and no food for me. I don't understand what's going on at this McDonald's. Every time I come there's 2 employees and a line wrapped around the building. But if you can't provide service you should not be open.

Easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. We very rarely even go to McDonalds, maybe 3-5 times a year and when we do it’s purely for the “fast food” side of it and it’s far from fast.

I was very upset when I got home, took two bites of my #3 (quarter pounder with cheese), and found it to be...completely raw!! I’m glad I didn’t get food poisoning. I know that fast-food really tries to hold by the ‘fast’ part of it but the quality and customers should not suffer for that!

Your quality control stinks burgers come out off the buns and crooked and too much sauce and they make a mess. I’m not eating there anymore. Long time customer.

In the drive thru it took 30 minutes to get one large order of fries. I would have jumped out of line, but there's a curb and a dozen cars behind me. They left me sitting at the window where I could see my bag of fries getting cold. Eventually someone came to the window and gave me my fries. I could have fried them myself in 30 minutes. The fries were cold.

Went on 6/21 around 9 a.m. 2 cars at the drive through and it took 20 minutes to get 3 egg McMuffins and 2 coffees. When she brought the food out to our car there was no apologies. I commented that this certainly wasn’t “fast” food. Her comment was if we didn’t like it we could contact McDonald’s corporate. I guess that’s the attitude you get from employees making ONLY $15.00 and hour.

Consistently takes 20+ minutes to get thru the drive thru during evening hours, one staff member was eating fries as he was serving customers 09/16/25 8:10-8:20pm

I tried the crispy chicken sandwich and it was disgusting. Spit out the 1st bite. Chicken felt like a solid piece of glue.

The service inside was sloooooow almost like they couldn't believe someone would use cash to pay. Also the Handicap/family restroom was disgusting (lots of bloody toilet paper along with paper towel in the bowl.) this was AFTER I saw MD's employee leave the bathroom I told another employee but he took, didn't seem to concerned about it. I thought I saw a young family headed for it but luckily no. Another customer said she was given side eye AFTER saying thank you for seeing me and comming to wait on me. (After waiting in line for a few minutes as the only person waiting to order ) And then she was still heated her say as she was leaving that one of her beverages was wrong.

Do not eat here. If I could give this place negative I stars I would. 45 minutes to get food. Then had to go back up twice to get food that was missing.

It took over 20 minutes to get our order and then my husband's burger was raw. The employee just took it and didn't say a word. She replaced it with yet ANOTHER raw burger! We threw our food in the garbage and ended up eating a bag of chips for dinner. (Our fries were not even cooked all the way!)

STAY AWAY!!! How does a McDonald's restaurant run out of stock of basic menu items? Big Mac, Cheeseburger, Double Cheeseburger, Mc Double, all out of stock. Rediculous! When Sat down to eat with a service number at our table, the staff refused to bring our food to us, despite the place not being busy at all. Our number just got shouted by staff over and over. I observed this happening to every customer who sat down to eat. Nothing but lazy, snarky staff behind the counter. No basic condiments on hand either, like ketchup. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life! Out of stock burgers, abysmal service, and stingy with things that should come complimentary. Will never be returning again.

Garbage all over the outside by entry door. The only person who acknowledged me was the old lady mopping the floor. I walk to the counter and no one acknowledged me or even looks at you.. I then notice after 3 minutes of waiting that you have to order at the kiosk and then lo and behold they dont sell hot tea just coffee.. a foreign concept at American McDonald's... I left empty handed as I just wanted a hot tea and I don't eat McDonald's junky food anyway. Adios rude people. Smile a bit. You live longer 😁

The term 'fast food' was a joke! Took half an hour from walking in to get our order, 10 minutes of which we stood at the counter, just to be ignored! Only 1 self-order screen was working & at least 5 people waiting to order. Staff were sloth-like, miserable & completely disinterested in the customer's...there were no pleasantries or even simple manners! Barely a word uttered...all the staff were the same....like 'a bulldog chewing a wasp'...what quality of service!? NONE! Absolutely disgusting, we've never come across such poor service. They need firing!!! Would have given zero stars if I could!!! Only positive was warm food although they messed that up...2x sausage & egg muffin -one had omelette the other egg...couldn't face requesting to change... didn't have the time as have a plane to catch in 2 hours!!

I want to let everyone know that this McDonald's lock the doors at 10:45 or 11:00pm base on the Female manager which means you have to Stand in the Drive Thru lines with the cars to order. Ok, Now I order 3 Sweet Teas for me and my family, now we at the Ramada next door and get to the room and taste Our Suppose to be Sweet Tea and it TASTE LIKE MUD WATER, So I take them back and the Manager said She Can Not Take The Drinks Back OR SWITCH Our Drinks Out For COKE But Hand Me And My Son SUGAR PACKETS. Now These Are Her WORDS After I SAID THIS TASTE LIKE STRAIGHT WATER, The SPANISH Girl At Drive Thru Said OK Well It's Might Not Be That Sweet But She NOT GOING TO SWITCH THE 3 TEAS OUT And Said I NEVER EVER Had This TYPE OF ISSUES With ANY MCDONALD'S OR ANY OTHER RESTAURANT. Waited an hour for 2 mcnugget happy meals. I had to go to the counter 3 times to get the order and they had to ask what the order was every time then would just walk away. When we finally got the order they just pushed the food at us with no apologies at all.

I went for two Mocha Frappes and waited 40 minutes. If I hadn’t gone to the counter, I would have never received them. Extremely slow service if there’s not enough staff, then close, but poor service shouldn’t be an option. On top of that, there’s a pest problem in the dining area there were lots of ants crawling on the tables and window frames.

Terrible STALE fillet fish sandwich and french fries, in addition to a fish with half of a slice of cheese as shown on photos. This location is and has been a terrible fast food Restaurant within Miami Springs! It gives McDonald's a very bad, and very poor business practice reputation!
