Hello. Do you really need to turn off the hot water? If there's a problem, call a repairman and have him fix it. It's a shame that in such a place, drivers can't take a hot shower after a hard week of work. It's thanks to the drivers that all consumer desires are satisfied. Who delivers goods around the world? Recently transformed from Autogrill to Chef Express. The atmosphere is clean and safe, but unfortunately the croissants have deteriorated. Now they fall apart, they almost bend in your hand, and they have a strong buttery flavor. I think they used to be much better.

Trattamento Del cliente inaccettabile, La commessa mi ha dato del sordo, perché non ho preso una bottiglietta da solo nel frigo, quando lei ha sbagliato completamente il mio ordine, dandomi solamente un pacchetto di sigarette quando richiesti tre pizza E alla mia attesa del dolce già pagato testuali parole: che vuoi? E alla mia frase, il dolce per favore mi è stato dato sbattendolo sul bancone

Viaggio tutti i giorni per lavoro su autostrade e tangenziali, ma non ho mai trovato personale così maleducato come i questa area di servizio. Sembra che i clienti a loro diano fastidio.

Good morning, I hereby inform Management that the current Manager, in my opinion, is being removed and replaced by a competent one! Last night I was at your Chef Express, and it was a NIGHTMARE!!! Aside from the pleasant note from your attentive, professional, and caring employee, Valentina, the rest of the services are a real MADNESS! I am 100% disabled, and I asked for the bathrooms offered to us and immediately noticed that there is no attentive Manager! 1) Broken toilet seat 2) Cold water, and so much dirt and unhygienic conditions!!! But the best is yet to come!! I reluctantly decide to take a shower: 1) Cold shower water; 2) COMPLETELY LACKING HYGIENE, dirt and razor blade remains, paper on the floor, all documented by the local health authority! 3) There is no TOILET PAPER! 4) There's NO SOAP!! 5) A DISGUSTING SMELL OF DIRT, PRACTICALLY NOT A SHOWER BUT A TOILET THAT HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR YEARS!! WHAT TO DO?? FIRE THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS SERIOUS DISRUPTION TO ME AND ALL USERS!!!!! In addition to this, a report will be sent to ALL the associations and legal entities.

You can't even get a coffee for €1.30 in Piazza Duomo. Prices are ridiculous. Service is poor. The clerk doesn't respond to a customer's greeting so she can continue chatting with her colleague. The funny thing is, when I try to get her to hear me say "thank you" and "good evening," she continues chatting and doesn't respond. That's obviously how she works. Congratulations!!!

I'd like to point out the extreme rudeness of the man in charge of the restrooms, who literally drove me crazy by cursing and yelling because the floor was wet and he was mopping it. I understand the stress, but I wasn't on a pleasure trip either; he would have just politely and civilly pointed me to the dry side. I'm speechless...

On Saturday night between August 10th and 11th, there was a muscular guy with a beard, and like always when he's there, there are no pastries. Please note the number of people coming in, and when they couldn't find a counter, he left. The pastries were empty; we asked if he could refill them, but they said no. (He was there with his phone in his hand; he was outside smoking when we entered.) Truly unprofessional. This isn't the first time this has happened to this guy. I urge management to take action. Thank you.

I just came in for a coffee with my husband. I only had 50 euros in cash (I think it's still legal to pay with cash in Italy!), but they didn't have change and they didn't serve me a coffee... the unprofessional staff didn't even apologize for the poor service; in short, good manners are a nonsense. I strongly advise you not to stop by.

I used the touchscreen to buy a pack of Malboro Pocket Gold, a bottle of water, a decaf coffee for a total of €9.50, after paying by card the receipt did not come out because the paper roll had run out, the cashier said that she was not to blame and could not do anything about it. They sell scratch cards and don't exchange the winnings. What's the point of selling them? Yes, I know you can exchange them elsewhere, but it creates a nuisance at that moment. Staff needs reviewing, unenthusiastic and lots of chatter with colleagues who have finished their shift, or friends...

This is the first time in my life I've left my coffee cup on the round tables around the shop: only one woman, perhaps her friend, greeted me, and none of the three customers who arrived after me.
