They have many options, everything is quite tasty, the portions are good, and the prices are reasonable. I like that they have delivery options, dine-in, takeout, and card payments. I recommend the large gringa de pastor.

Terrible service. The pozole is good, but the staff seems reluctant to do their jobs, especially the bearded man who takes Christmas orders. Because of him and his rude attitude when I asked if they had pork loin without stuffing, I ended up going somewhere else to buy my Christmas dinner. It's sad that having people like that running the business is driving away customers.

I've been going there for years and I've never been served by the owner's son, a large, bearded man who was grumpy, rude, and disrespectful. I'll never be back! Terrible service.

Terrible service. I truly don't understand how they have positive reviews. I've attached evidence of the tacos they sent to my home... I contacted them via WhatsApp and they just ignored me. Don't waste your money eating the garbage they sell and the lack of care they show towards your orders.

The reviews are true: the waitress was friendly, but the staff in general were terrible. The soup for the first course was good; everything else was truly disgusting. Avoid coming here and ordering. There are better and cheaper options in the area.

A takeout order was ordered, and it was specified that one of the dishes would not include cheese due to an allergy. It arrived with cheese. When I called, a young lady answered, who immediately informed her manager of the problem. The manager said it was because the food had already been prepared when the situation was explained, which wasn't true, and said that the manager had told me that. I asked to speak to the manager, and after waiting several minutes, a person with an arrogant tone said nothing could be done and that "they couldn't possibly know which diners were allergic to dairy." The solution in the service environment is simple: deliver what is in the order as specified, standardize quality, and treat customers with kindness and respect. Something that no one did.

I ordered chilaquiles, and they gave me half the plate: a handful of tortillas with salsa and cheese, and on the other side, just the meat. I thought there would be more meat under the meat, but no. I asked the waiter, and he told me it was the new way of serving them. It's a shame they've changed the way they serve chilaquiles. I won't be back. Note: They always run out of bread.

I liked ordering through Uber Eats and I trusted the quality until just this week I had a TERRIBLE experience. I ordered two chicken broths and they arrived spoiled, sour, foamed when heated, and obviously had a completely decomposed smell and taste. To top it off, my order included a sope with picadillo, very delicious after the first two bites 😋 Suddenly I turn to look at the plate and oh surprise, I show you what I saw 😫😖😰🤢🤢🤢 I don't know exactly what it was, but I didn't eat it and I didn't feel like trying the rest of the order. I hope they pay attention in the future.
