Oscar Mata's customer service was terrible. I ordered three takeout items, and he told me there were only two because of the brand's rules. He couldn't process my order because he insisted it was my card, even though the terminal clearly displayed a "Connection Error." He still said it was very strange. 😒 His attitude leaves much to be desired, and we definitely won't be returning. Terrible experience at Benedetti Insurgentes.

AWFUL SERVICE AND DELIVERY. We ordered a mega pizza at 2:10 p.m. After 40 minutes, they told us it would arrive in 10 minutes. This happened every 15 minutes. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, we had to cancel because our food time was up.

It's a very bad pizza. It has no flavor at all. Neither the cheese nor the pepperoni, nor the tomato sauce, have any flavor. Don't take advantage of the opportunity to come. Disappointing.

Terrible branch, they take orders rudely. The delivery guy is the worst, rude. They don't send sauces or sachets because you have to request them from the order, which they don't mention when you do. Terrible service.

Please don't order here. There are so many more good options in the city. I've ordered here for a birthday party and after more then an hour no pizza. In the end we called and they said they didn't received the order. After 10min they called back and said there was a problem with the app. Also they didn't want to give money back or deliver because they were closed. Advice: other options!

It's a shame because the pizza has potential, but it's always a gamble. Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's dry and burnt, they don't include sauces, and the delivery drivers are rude. It's one of the worst branches around. I wish someone would check if they had any quality standards.

Terrible service. According to the employee, because I had two orders of three pizzas each, I should have made a reservation. I sarcastically asked, "You have an order for 400 pizzas?" and he got offended and used a swear word. Of course, I replied, "You're the one who's swearing." I'm never ordering from that awful branch again.
