Good tortas with a variety of fillings. I recommend the breaded steak with white cheese and the chorizo ​​with white cheese. A variety of soft drinks and juices. Food does not need many times complexity. Royalty is the best example and it is almost a lead case. You got two portable grills a list of Mexican specialities (we call it "guisados") a pot with turkey soup and vinegar chili. This combination either in "taco" (tortilla) or "torta" (bread) makes a simply but tasty experience. All varieties come well in both ways, from breaded beef to ham or pork or the amazing green chili pork skin just the turkey soup (sole) makes a difference. All turkey parts either breast or leg are on top level, for me one of the best in Mexico City in this category. Service is fast although more space and hotter sauce variety could be an improvement as well as more variety in drinks. In "guisados" perhaps tongue, cod and "mole" might enhance the options. But Royalty is a almost unknown but obligated stop for all Polanco insiders and visitors.

The food was ok. Nothing too impressive. Had tortas of bacalao, milanesa and chile relleno + 2 diet cokes. It was $320 and they ONLY TAKE CASH!! While eating, a cockroach went up my table I told an employee about it and his reaction was to say they come from the street? Food is great service is bad. They should check on the cleanliness of the spot.

It is a traditional place. Quality is good and prices are ok. Servings are very small, so as the place. All that was ok, but the worst thing was the customer service, we have a baby in her stroller and we pulled her inside of the place since we were in a waiting line but it started raining and the rude owner told us to stay outside due to social distance!!!. We stayed because it started raining harder and we were starving, but I definitely don't recommend it and definitely won't go back at all!!!

If you work in the area and expect good prices and filling food, this isn't the place. The tortas are small, and although tasty, they don't justify the price, in my opinion. But given the area, well, it's to be expected. Cockroaches come into the place when it rains. If you feel something crawling on your body, it's probably one, and they're not the small ones, hahaha, water!

Definitely the worst place for a torta in Mexico City. Poor service, they act like they're doing you a favor. They don't have any ingredients, the quality seems average to low. They had a terminal to charge by card, but they told me, "It's there, but it's not."

The staff was friendly, but the taste and portion size of the tortas and tacos left much to be desired, and honestly, it's not worth the price. If you're someone who enjoys a generous portion and a good flavor in a torta, this place isn't for you. I don't recommend this business, no matter how many years or how much tradition it has. I wouldn't be returning.

First of all, they don't accept credit cards. Second, they're miniature cakes with no good flavor. The price isn't worth the size and flavor of the cakes. Not recommended at all.
