It is a great place to visit if you love cats. They will be with you and also, you can buy food. It is small, but you can have a great time by your own or whoever you want.

This is a good restaurant, it's a little small and there were a lot of people, but it was very cute and the Best was that there were some cats and you can adopt them. The food had cat-shape. I had a hamburger and a strawberry milk shake. The hamburger was very delicious and the milk shake, too. My boyfriend has pizza and soda. And we both has dessert. He had some pancakes and I had an ice cream. The service was a little slow, but the food was delicious, so a didn't have any problems. I was very happy in this place! I recomend this place!

Cute concept! I've been to a few other cat cafes but I'd say the space is quite small here. And the cats are generally not interested in the guests. Service was quite slow as well.

It’s not hygienic, it’s pricy, and the food is average, like the kind you’ll find in any other cafeteria around Mexico city, BUT it really is a great concept to help astray cats, and for cat lovers as well

Their food isn't the best but their drinks are pretty good, they even have their own craft beer, half of the cats are friendly, the ambient is nice, it could be even better if there were cat toys around. Also there is a gift shop inside. The service is slow but the cats make up for it. Some of the items purchased inside are helping cat shelters. You can even get information on how to donate or adopt. Try the chai tea.

This is a CAT-THEMED cafe, they DON’T have any of real cats there! Besides, the place is really tiny, there is even no room for a table inside, though they have a couple of tables outside.

If you come here I think it’s more for an experience. I have never been to one and it was so nice seeing cats. Coffee was good. I got a hamburger and the food was alright.

Unfortunately, this cat cafe is not well run. I’ve been to many including those in Japan and the U.S. Our “quick” trip to get cat themed food took over 2 hours. They have 2 locations close by and they may send you to the other if there is space. We were sent to the other one and then told they couldn’t sit a party of 6 at this location and we would have to be split into two tables. The food is mediocre and takes a long time to get. We were not served all together and some of us got our food in 10 minutes while the others got theirs in 40 minutes. We also found a metal fiber from a scrub in the food but at the point we were already disappointed. Overall, the actual cats were friendly but be prepared to be disappointed otherwise. We ended up paying $850 pesos and I would have wholeheartedly donated that amount to a cat foundation than this mismanaged cafe.

The food was less than appealing. Don't eat the cupcakes or fries. Overpriced too, and I was overcharged too until I pointed it out, but they're raising funds off the proceeds of the food for the cats. Great concept but the cats shouldn't be able to roam the kitchen and beverage prep area... not hygienic at all. If you don't mind cats sitting on your table while you eat, then this is your kind of place.

I was going as one person on a weekday, didn't know I needed a reservation, no problem they said 20 minutes waiting, so I waited outside then after 20 minutes they said they have a seat available in their location down the block only, ok no problem, I get there and firstly I don't see a single cat, the place is packed with people, waiting 10 minutes for someone to come by and I ask the waiter if there's any cats? He pointed to one up front hiding in a box I see 2 young kids unsupervised being very rough with, then he walked away and banged really loudly on a cabinent by the floor wall I assume cats were hiding in there, this is no way to treat cats especially ones already fearful in rescue, I left immediately with a horrible feeling. There are a few other cat cafés in the city that I frequent I highly recommend, if you like cats and care about their wellbeing stay away from this place and go to the others.
