Que bueno encontrar cada vez más lugares como este, un café con buen café, suena redundante pero lo que nos faltaba en Colombia era sacar nuestras mejores cosechas y destacar esas fincas campesinas que hacen un gran trabajo. El lugar es muy bonito, ordenado y limpio, pedí un café de especialidad cultivado en Fredonia, Antioquia. Filtrado en V60 quedó delicioso y muy bien presentado. El barista es buenísimo y al servir te dan un poco de contexto del café que vas a tomar y unos pedacitos de chocolate de muy buena calidad para maridar. Al final me llevé a casa una bolsita de ese café porque me encantó, espero que muchas personas vayan a apreciar este bello lugar en la zona rosa de Bogotá.

El café estaba delicioso, la experiencia es muy agradable. El sabor del café me gustó muchísimo (hace mucho no me tomaba un cafe así de rico). La explicación o contexto del café estuvo muy interesante. Nos encantó que al final nos dieron a probar chocolate que maridaba muy bien con lo que habíamos tomado. Compramos chocolate blanco con naranja que estaba delicioso y el café par llevar no toma ni un minuto molerlo.

Desde que llegamos nos dieron una atención personalizada , explicándonos la temática de su local, el origen y proceso de cada café, el cuidado y la diferencia de las temperaturas que utilizan con los cuidados y el sabor del chocolate junto al café que en conjunto al saborearlos es un deleite único en el paladar.

This spot was really great. I had a cappuccino and then the quicker of the two cacao experiences. I learned a lot about the scents that cacao can have and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Except at Distinto where I was blown away by the range of coffee and chocolate they have. 100% recommend if you’re looking for a different coffee experience in Bogotá.

Excelente nivel de conocimientos y compromiso para ofrecer un producto de calidad al cliente. Tienen su proprio laboratorio y proceso para dar seguimiento al cafe desde su cultivo, producción, tueste y la extracción final. Un cafe de especialidad que toma el tiempo de asegurar que tienes una experiencia sensorial del cafe y que puedes apreciar todo lo que puede ofrecer este producto versátil.

Fui con una expectativa alta, pero honestamente nada que ver. La mesera estaba más interesada en sacarnos rápido del establecimiento porque en una hora iba a cerrar que en guiarnos sobre las experiencias o productos. Un café vale $15.000 lo cual lo hace super costoso teniendo en cuenta que la atención del personal es casi inexistente y no el lugar es súper sencillo y pequeño.
