Gardela en la Roma es un lugar muy agradable. El ambiente es relajado pero con estilo, perfecto para ir con calma y disfrutar. El espacio se siente acogedor, bien cuidado y con buena vibra, de esos lugares donde te quedas más tiempo del que pensabas. La comida está muy bien lograda, con sabores claros y porciones justas. Se nota atención en los detalles y buena calidad en los ingredientes. Todo lo que probé estuvo bien presentado y con buen balance, sin pretensiones exageradas. El servicio es atento y cercano, sin ser encimoso. En general es un restaurante al que sí dan ganas de regresar, ideal para una comida tranquila o una cena sin prisas en la Roma.

El lugar está en una zona muy bonita son muy amables. Compramos una empanada, un corte, una ensalada y un pulpo a la parrilla que estaban exquisitos todos!!!!! Quizá la atención a veces es algo excesiva porque nos dejaron la ensalada, me quise servir y en el momento alguien llegó a hacerlo por mi. Los precios son algo elevador pero vale todo la pena!

Gardela es una referencia real en carne dry aged en CDMX. Trabaja cortes USDA Prime con tiempos de añejamiento variables y ejecución consistente en parrilla. El Denver es sobresaliente; ribeye añejado y vacío de libre pastoreo, sólidos. Servicio atento, menaje cuidado. Es costoso, pero la calidad respalda el precio. Gardela no presume: ejecuta.

Gardela es de esos lugares a los que sabes que vas a volver desde la primera visita. El restaurante es argentino y se nota en cada detalle: la comida es deliciosa, bien hecha y reconfortante. El servicio fue excepcional! Alejandro y Francisco nos atendieron de maravilla, con una calidez y atención que hoy en día se agradece muchísimo. Además, es súper kid-friendly, lo cual hizo que la experiencia fuera perfecta para ir en familia. Y el gran highlight: ¡tienen Rogel de postre! 🥹❤️ Solo por eso ya merecen aplausos, pero sumado a todo lo demás… redondo. Sin duda, volveremos segurísimo. Altamente recomendado.

Hola, les cuento que vine con mi familia a comer a Gardela y la experiencia fue deliciosa desde el inicio. La atención fue fabulosa, súper atentos y amables, y el lugar es increíble, acogedor y con un ambiente perfecto para venir en familia o con amigos. Pedimos una arrachera para compartir y la porción fue más que excelente, ideal para compartir sin quedarte con hambre. Además, acompañamos con unos hongos, que estaban realmente muy ricos, llenos de sabor y bien preparados. Y la ensalada de Betabel súper! Sin duda, Gardela es un lugar al que sí volvería y que recomiendo si buscas buena comida, buen ambiente y un servicio de primera.

Pedimos ravioles, el salmón y verduras asadas y todo superó nuestras expectativas. La variedad de vinos es increíble. Estábamos celebrando un cumpleaños y la atención fue 10/10 Recomiendo una y otra vez.

Excelentes cortes, la carta es variada para todo los gustos, gracias a nuestros anfitriones Hugo y Armando por su excelente servicio pararé del consumo su atención fue destacada y nos hizo amena nuestra comida, gracias también a su gerente Arturo que se hizo presente en nuestra mesa y las hostess tan amables en general un lugar en familia y amigos súper recomendable.

De los mejores argentinos. La provoleta, chorizos y chistorras están de maravilla. El lugar muy lindo y de buen gusto. El servicio es muy bueno pero no diría que extraordinario.

La arrachera está deliciosa, tampoco se pueden perder las papas a la crema son muy deliciosas. El servicio es bueno, sin embargo, fuimos un 14 de febrero, tenían todas las mesas llenas y demoraron un poco el servicio.

Excelente experiencia en Gardela. La atención fue increíble desde el primer momento. El servicio de Jesús y Armando fue impecable: atentos, amables y siempre pendientes de cada detalle. El corte estuvo en su punto, con muy buen sabor y acompañado perfectamente. Además, el vino fue de gran calidad y complementó la comida de manera excelente. Sin duda, un lugar para regresar.

Ahora entiendo porque tiene tan buenas reseñas este restaurante. El servicio, la comida, el ambiente.. todo fue un rotundo 10. El pulpo estaba increíble, en una porción muy generosa. Las papas españolas que lo acompañaban estaban en el punto exacto de horneado..crujientes y blandas por dentro. La atención excelente. Punto muy a favor es que tenían leche deslactozada para el café. Punto en contra que es muy sencillo de mejorar, es que no tenían opción sin gluten para el servicio de mesa (panera) con unas galletas de arroz resuelven y quedan bien 😏

La comida deliciosa, ensalada, plato fuerte. el pan calientito, café muy rico sin saber quemado. ¡Todo perfecto!

Went to Gardela during a business trip and it was so good that we ended up going two nights in a row, which says everything. The first night we focused on the steaks and they were absolutely delicious. Great quality meat, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The next night we came back and tried the pizza, which had a very authentic South American flavor and was just as enjoyable in a completely different way. Service was very good throughout, friendly, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. The wine list is extensive and impressive, with lots of excellent options from Argentina and Chile that pair perfectly with the food. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. Reservations are highly recommended because the restaurant gets busy. Another plus is the location, it is within walking distance of many hotels, including the Four Points by Sheraton. Excellent spot and absolutely worth repeating, clearly proven by the fact that we did.

Service was unhurried, but that was fine. Restaurant was busy and we were happy having time to enjoy ourselves. Complimentary bread was fantastic, New York steak was a bit toothsome but very flavorful. Sides were great. We had flan for dessert- best we’ve ever had. Interesting wine list. Not outrageously expensive either. Highly recommended! Update- we came back tonight for pizza and the blue salad (huge-plenty for 4 people). Another great meal- thanks to Marco and his crew!

Probably one of the best Argentino restaurantes I've ever been to. The place was very elegantly decorated, with extremely helpful and welcoming staff (Mucho Gracias again to you guys, Luis and Cesar!), and top-notch food and beverages. We ordered carpaccio de res and mollejas for appetizers, plus tuètanos tacos, along with beef short rib and lamb chops. It was a lot of food but we just couldn't leave anything on the plate. Worth every single calory.

Came here for a birthday treat with my boyfriend all the way from London. It was such a special experience. As an avid restaurant goer, this is the best restaurant I have ever visited in my life! The service was beyond amazing and the food was so well prepared. We ordered the skirt steak and it had so much flavour in every bite and it was cooked to perfection. I would recommend this to anyone here in Mexico City if they want to have a special meal here. My boyfriend and I will remember this night forever 🥰

We had the empanadas, beet salad, ribeye steak and grilled vegetables. We loved the entire meal and the atmosphere was perfect. My companion and I stumbled across Gardela on a Sunday afternoon, while on a leisurely walk. As I'd spent many years in BsAs, I thought we'd give this Argentine restaurant a go. We were both suitability impressed. Our acclamation was warm and inviting, always a harbinger of good things ahead. We were seated front and center in the outdoor terrace, and quickly offered menus in both Spanish and English. A wine menu was provided upon request via a tablet, which I found quite useful as it organized selections by a number of criteria. We chose empanadas as starters, and I imperialistically decided the spinach and cheese to be "our" favorites. These were baked versions, so those of you preferring the fried variations might have a different opinion. The bread basket was exemplary. So many choices with two dipping sauces as well as butter. Too sinful. We ordered our steaks from the Argentine grass fed menu options. I chose the NY strip, my companion, the filet mignon. His was the better of the rwo, but not by too much. Both our sides, the potatoes with cream (potatoes au gratin or dauphinoise) and the mashed, were delicious. The caramelized fried onions, provided gratis, were exquisite. I had selected an Argentine Malbec, Pacheco Pereda, which we both found paired well with our beef. For dessert, I selected the panqueque de dulce de leche with vanilla ice cream, which was actually comprised of three pancakes filled with copious amounts of dulce de leche and garnished with slivered almonds and vanilla ice cream, while my companion selected the strawberries jubilee with vanilla ice cream, which provided quite a tableside show. Both were large portions and so very delicious. As a parting digestif, we were provided with two glasses of iced sparkling wine, gratis, which were much appreciated. We left, quite satiated and satisfied, knowing we'd found yet another wonderful dining spot to add to our portfolio in CDMX.

So wonderful we went TWICE during our 5 day stay in mexico city! Everything about this restaurant is worthy of 5 stars. The ambience is luxurious, the service is top notch, and the food was unforgettable. Our waiter Cesar was so sweet and welcoming, and he took great care of us both times we went. The food was really the star of the show though. We had the scallop carpaccio, grilled octopus, and burrata pizza. Such unique flavors and beautiful presentation. Not to mention it is a great deal! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area - you will have an amazing experience.

We had a magical dinner here during our last night in Mexico City! The food and service were outstanding. I’m vegan and the staff was very accommodating, even making a veggie pizza without cheese for me! The grilled vegetables and bread with chimichurri infused olive oil were also highlights. The bone marrow is amazing, highly recommended. The rest of the food is decent, including the pasta, steak etc The staff doesn’t make us feel welcoming. There is little to no checking in for our need. Not sure if that’s because we speak limited Spanish or not.

We decided to try Gardela in Roma Norte for my birthday, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. Drinks were a bright spot. I had a mezcal and ginger cocktail that was interesting and well balanced, and my friend’s espresso martini was solid. The waiter also recommended a Tempranillo that was very drinkable. The food was uneven. My friend started with a portobello mushroom appetizer with cheese sauce, which was extremely bland. We weren’t sure if it was meant to be a traditional Argentine preparation, but it desperately needed something, herbs, acidity, even a bit of lemon zest. As served, it tasted like a heavy blob of cheese. She later ordered a burger and really enjoyed it, so clearly the kitchen can execute some things well. My center-cut filet was the biggest disappointment. I ordered it medium, but it arrived closer to medium-well, and the texture was off, crumbly, dry, and oddly reminiscent of cooked liver, the kind of texture you get from previously frozen beef. I should have sent it back, but I ended up eating about half. Service was attentive at the start, but once the mains were served, it dropped off completely. We didn’t see our server again until we flagged someone down. Overall, not a terrible meal, but certainly my least favorite restaurant of our four days in Mexico City, especially disappointing for a birthday.

No me gustó, sobretodo en relación calidad/precio. El vino tinto de Mendoza salió casi 12 euros y no era nada de especial (la copa, la botella casi 50 euros). Salchicha buena, empanada ni, molleja no. Para mí, no merece el costo.
