From the moment you walk in, they ask you for money for the car (which you yourself parked on a public street). It's not like they're valet parking. They assign you the table they want and don't even ask if it's okay or not... The waitress is friendly, until more people start arriving, and that's also understandable if they only have one waitress for the whole place. It takes over half an hour to bring us the bill. And once they bring it, they pull the stupid trick of including a 10% tip... I would have actually left 15%... BUT THEY SHOULD NEVER force the customer to pay it... And then they still charge you an extra 4% if you pay by card. When they know that the establishment should pay that fee, NOT THE CUSTOMER. I didn't even say anything; all I wanted was to get out of there.

I feel like it needs more screens, better decor, and the waitresses tell you that the DJ will come by soon to request the song you want to sing... well, he never came to my table. The atmosphere is good, but the waiters are awful. When you've had several beers, they take advantage of you to take them away or not give you any, then they do the bill and apologize. The manager or owner defends them tooth and nail. I went twice and it was the same.
