Festejamos el cumpleaños de una de mis amigas, no hay lugar en el que me hayan tratado mejor, nos atendió el mesero Manuel y muy amable desde que llegamos. La comida está bien, (las tostadas de atún súper chicas), las bebidas deliciosas y la música increíble, muy de cantina

Más norteño y mariachi desde temprano. La 20 de WTC tiene mejor ambiente. Pero el servicio de Ivan y Jose Eduardo sin duda hace la diferencia en esta sucursal.

Atención muy buena, el día que asistimos estaba al tope de lleno, demoraron un poco en atendernos, pero de cortesía nos dieron un pastel de chocolate delicioso. La comida deliciosa, valió la pena la espera.

Tenía mucho sin venir y fue una sorpresa muy agradable. Buen servicio, rápido y atento. El chicharrón de rib eye nos quedó a deber, está bien pero nada espectacular. De los platos fuertes recomiendo la lengua en salsa de chile pasilla con chapulines y aguacate. El cóctel negro de camarón con tacos de canasta parece algo raro pero tiene un gran sabor. El l postre fue lo mejor, su flan de coco es el hijo de un flan y una cocada y es delicioso.

A pesar de encontrarse en un centro comercial, es un excelente restaurante. Muy buen producto, cócteles y postres. Los tacos gobernador son simplemente increíbles. Un poco ruidoso y música alta, pero animado .

Fue la primera experiencia de México de mi hermano, y quedamos todos encantados! Ivan Vela y Eduardo fueron muy amables, super atentos, me ayudaron igual a alegrar el cumpleaños de mi hermana y mamá, y nunca faltó una sonrisa de ellos. Mi familia realmente la pasó bien. Muchas gracias!!

Muy buen lugar para tomar algo y pasar un rato agradable. El personal fue súper amable y el ambiente está excelente. No comimos, solo bebimos, pero todo estuvo perfecto. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería.

The manager Miguel was very helpful to make sure we were seated comfortably. Our waiter Leonel was kind and attentive. We were on a long layover back home and this was a great place to eat and reset before our next flight. We got the quesobirrias, which were a bit spicy but worth it ! The tacos cheka were very tasty and the ponzu sauce with them was phenomenal. 100% recommend eating here if you have the opportunity.

We booked a table for our 8th wedding anniversary anf everything was flawless. 1. Booking via phone: the lady making my booking over the phone was attentive, kind and prompt. I had to call 2hrs before my original booking time to push it 15 minutes and all good, she quickly made the change, easy, no fuss. 2. Once at the venue, we were able to choose a nice spot, comfortable and private. The waiter was super attentive. 3. We were then greeted by Carlos Quijano, sugerente. He was AMAZING, his attitude and recommendations were spot on. We didnt know the portion sizes as it was our 1st time here so Carlos advised that we were ordering way too much. That's the little things that create trust. 4. They have a band offering songs, they play great and have a wide selection of songs! 5. Last but not least: FOOD WAS AMAZING AND DRINKS EVEN BETTER! The carne tártara was to die for, the chamorro, sopes the tuétano, and jugo en su carne: everything cooked to perfection, great flavours and enough portions. 6. Service from all waiting staff was flawless. Whether its for your bday, anniversary or just to enjoy food and drinks in Mexico city this is your spot!!!

My wife and I choose this restaurant after a long travel day due to its close proximity to the JW. What a fantastic surprise! The staff brought out homemade salad and tostadas. We ordered the Beef Tartare, which frankly was a complete miss. The beef was cooked. Normally I would knock a star off, but … holy cow. The entrees completely redeemed the evening. My wife had the most delicious shrimp tacos. And I had what could only be described as the most amazing chicken mole I have ever tasted. I should note that chicken mole is a benchmark for me when it comes to measuring the quality of a Mexican restaurant. And this was incredible. But what really put it over the top was our waiter Oscar overheard me discussing this was a birthday trip for my wife. So they surprised her with a cake and song. Made for a lovely dinner. Thanks team La 20. PS: As others have noted the music was a bit loud and seemed a bit out of place for a genuinely upper scale establishment.

The atmosphere is excellent. Very nice place with amazing food. Our waiter Leonel was great! He was attentive, friendly, and took impeccable care of us despite having a large party. My family and I went based on a recommendation from a friend. We are very glad that we took the recommendation. The service was amazing and our server Benny made sure that he answered any of our questions and made sure we got everything. He also helped us through the language barrier and was kind enough to walk us through the menu. He was also very patient especially when it came to us ordering our food. Everything was delicious! There was also a magician who performed some close up card magic. Overall, the vibe was fun, service was fantastic, and the food was scrumptious! Would definitely recommend!

Best restaurant in Mexico City😭😭😭 The best Jamón/ham I’ve ever had this year. We were about to try a little of it in the very beginning. However, after tasting it, it captured every heart of us. Carpaccios and ceviche are also amazing. I like the service too. Waiters are passionate and they really do care your feeling. But the mushroom tacos are mediocre. Really amazing experience!!

Another fantastic evening with colleagues, exploring a new restaurant in Mexico City. The ambiance of the place was delightful, and despite being a large group, the service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and seamless. Every dish we tried was a hit, but the standout for me was the tamarindo margarita—perfectly balanced with a unique twist that I won’t forget anytime soon. To cap off the night, we indulged in an array of desserts, sampling nearly all of them. Let’s just say, not a single one disappointed! An unforgettable experience all around. Amazing experience, this place has their service food and drinks on lock, everything was delicious from the appetizers we got the ceviche, to the duck enchiladas. My husband is a pro with cooking streaks and he got the Rib eye and said it was perfectly cooked. The cocktails were delicious. And the service was on point. Our server was Karina and she was honest with her opinions super nice and on top of everything. The whole staff was great constantly checking that we were well taken care of. Even one of the managers came to give us some tequila recommendations and a bit of a tequila lesson to select exactly what we were looking for. The atmosphere and music were fun and then a small mariachi band came in playing some great songs! Would fefinilt come back again!

La atención de Eduardo fue de primera. Nos sugirió los sopes con tuétano, las tostadas de atún, y los tacos de Rub Eye con tuétano. Los tres platillos estuvieron increíbles. De postre, pedimos el Cheesecake de guayaba, realmente delicioso. La decoración del lugar es muy bonita, y la ubicación es estupenda, justo enfrente del auditorio nacional. Nosotros decidimos caminar desde el castillo de Chapultepec y lo hicimos en 20 minutos. #garantiadelPelón

El lugar esta muy elegante y cuenta con muy buen ambiente, las bebidas y la comida son muy buenos, lo único malo fue el servicio, fuimos un grupo grande y apesar de tener dos meseros había que repetir lo que pedías cuando ya había mucho tiempo sin que te lo trajeran y que claramente habían olvidado. Tal vez cuando sea una mesa pequeña esto cambie. En otras sucursales todo bien. Para reservación excelente servicio. Instalaciones y baños muy limpios.

La comida está bien. El ambiente está bien. El servicio… pues lo sentí flojo. El mesero tiró una bebida en el mantel (sangrita) y lo dejó ahí… yo creo que esperaba que se secara solo. Luego llegò alguien más a quitar los manteles, tomó una servilleta de los servicios que habían en la mesa y tapó la mancha. No sé si ellos piensen que eso es “buen servicio” Muy olvidados porque desafortunadamente quedamos en medio de dos mesas con más de 10 comensales extranjeros. Adivinen a quien atendieron mejor. Y se entiende, más gente, mayor propina. En fin. Dudo regresar

I’ve enjoyed other locations of this chain, but this one didn’t meet expectations. We tried several dishes, including the queso fundido, which was decent, but there were only four small tortillas—definitely not enough. Even after asking three times, no more ever arrived, which made the meal feel incomplete and frustrating. The patio was crowded, and smoking was allowed, even though it’s directly connected to the bar and restaurant. That really shouldn’t be the case. To make things worse, someone was smoking inside. It’s not the ’80s, and in a packed space, that’s just not acceptable. The manager was kind enough to comp our drinks, which was appreciated, but overall, this location didn’t live up to the standards of others I’ve visited. I’ll stick to those other spots where the food and service are consistently better.

Ya conocía la de WTC y más o menos me gustó. La de Polanco no. El servicio de meseros, bueno, cordial y amable. Sin embargo la eficiencia deja mucho que desear: pudieron ser ellos o cocina/barra, pero toda nuestra orden salió a destiempo(y honestamente, para estar el restaurante por debajo del 30% de ocupación, se tardaron mucho en salir platillos bastante sencillos). Nuestro primer tiempo llegó antes del aperitivo que habíamos pedido. Para el momento del postre, salieron los digestivos... luego el pastel... luego UN café... luego el OTRO café... y al final tuve que pedir el azúcar, ya que para ese momento, no lo habían traído. Te reciben con una tacita de caldo misterioso, que resultó ser chilpachole de... algo. Tenía un sabor imposible de adivinar, textura rara y una acidez no muy agradable al paladar. La comida, tirándole a mediocre además de cara. El jugo de carne, es caldo diluido de carne. Te lo "preparan" en la mesa, como para mostrarte que lleva un hueso de tuétano, pero es una faramalla innecesaria para un platillo que debería ser sencillo y rico, pero que raya en malo y que ni tres tuétanos salvarían. Ordenamos un chicharrón de rib eye también insípido y mintiendo en el gramaje. Ni fresco, ni cocido la cantidad de carne era lo indicado en el menú. Y por ello, absurdamente caro, para los tres taquitos raquíticos que salen del platillo. Las tortillas tal vez sí estén hechas a mano, pero calentadas en microondas. Incluso visualmente viejas (despintadas). No dan ganas de comerlas. Lo único decente fue el pastel, pero todos sabemos que esos generalmente vienen de una repostería o pastelería externa. Del bar probé el mojito, del que sobresalía más el azúcar que el ron.
