Excelente! Mi esposa y yo tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en Libertario. El cafe, los platos de desayuno y los pastelitos fueron 10/10! La atención y la atmósfera del café es igual de magnífico!

Llegué a Libertario Coffee Roasters por recomendación de una amiga, sin ser bebedor habitual de café… y salí completamente encantado. Pedí un chocolate grado ceremonial, preparado con agua, cardamomo y lavanda, y sinceramente fue una de las bebidas más exquisitas que he probado. Una mezcla perfecta entre tradición, conciencia y arte. Mi compañera pidió un café, intenso y equilibrado, con una calidad que solo puede ofrecer alguien que realmente entiende el oficio. Además, acompañamos con un pan de muerto y un cheesecake de mora que estaban sencillamente de otra galaxia — frescos, bien presentados y con un sabor que te deja sin palabras. Lo que más me impactó, además del producto, fue el trato humano y la filosofía del lugar: atención impecable, cercanía real, explicaciones detalladas sobre el origen de lo que sirven y un personal muy bien formado. Se nota que aman lo que hacen y que hay propósito detrás — incluso destinan un porcentaje de sus beneficios a causas sociales, algo que refleja coherencia y valores. El espacio, además, está diseñado con funcionalidad, estética y energía positiva. Hay dinamismo, hay historia y hay una sensación de comunidad que lo hace único.

Conocí la cafetería por el álbum del café. Es un espacio amplio y muy bonito. Destaca aún más por el excelente trato y atención de los baristas. El 3% del costo de cada café está destinado a la agricultura sustentable así que apoyas indirectamente mientras disfrutas de una taza de especialidad muy rica. Probé sus sándwiches de queso y arrachera, además de su cheesecake de caramelo salado. Todo estuvo delicioso 💯 Recomiendo mucho este lugar.

Probé el latte de pistache, estuvo delicioso. Regrese al día siguiente a desayunar ahí. Recomiendo totalmente, el personal es súper amable y la comida y bebidas son deliciosas

Café de calidad, baristas que hacen unas rectas riquísimas, aquí aprendes a que sabe un buen café. Los alimentos muy ricos, frescos. Mejorrario un poco el servicio andan como muy ocupados, pero realmente dan unas sugerencias y explicaciones como ningún lugar, quizá sea eso. Para volver y recomendar siempre.

Mas que el café, que está increíble, es la experiencia; es el poder sentir que alrededor de la bebida hay sabores, olores, texturas e impacto. En libertario el café se sirve de una manera agradable, te cuentan la historia, te llevan por el proceso y te sentís bien porque, además de un gran ambiente, la amabilidad y apertura de quien te atiende hace que quieras ir más allá de sólo sentarte a conversar. 100% recomendado.

Lo mejor de Colombia en Ciudad de Mexico. Buen sitio para los amantes del café. Ambiente muy agradable en frente al parque. Aparte también probé un toast y estaba muy delicioso.

Café de calidad para paladares conocedores, atención y explicación. Ubicación céntrica y amplios espacios con distintos ambientes para trabajar en solitario, reunirte con amigos o grupos, ya que no hay ruido ni otros distractores. Es cómodo y acogedor al interior. La oferta de comida es reducida, pero básica, encuentras algo rico que probar. Las porciones son más generosas y apetitosas de lo que se ve en la carta. También cuentan con venta de café en diversas presentaciones y tamaños.

Excellent coffee – the beans come from Mexico and you can truly taste the freshness. They roast the beans on-site, which gives the coffee a unique aroma and flavor. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the baristas are highly professional. I recommend asking if Raziel is on shift he’s an expert barista who explains the menu and the different beans with great detail and clarity. Prices are standard compared to other specialty coffee shops I’ve visited in the city. Overall: 5/5 – highly recommended!

I tried the a cappuccino and a filtered coffee called Rock. This was my very first time ordering a filtered coffee . I had smelled the 4 different kinds of coffees they offered he did told me that for some reason that kind was only served as filtered. The taste was very new for me it seamed that it was diluted from all its caffeine and all that was left was the coffee bean taste its self. I honestly can’t remember the taste of the filtered coffee 100% because I went about 3 months ago. 😅 I went there for the cappuccino so after ordering the wrong item i ordered one with a croissant. The cappuccino was hands down the 2nd best I’ve tasted; roasted enough that was not burnt and still gave it a balanced creamy taste with the milk. The croissant was the best in all the city but very pricey but so worth it. It honestly tasted like a pizza but with no cheese or sauce. A very delightful pastry

The seasonal roll, made with mixed berries, was an absolute treat. It had the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, making it a wonderful pairing with their coffee. And their cappuccino? Flawless. Creamy, with a bold espresso flavor that shines through without overpowering. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you can tell the baristas are passionate about what they do. Definitely a top spot for coffee lovers in Mexico City!

Came here 3 mornings in a row in September for our city trip to cdmx. Beautiful cafe, looks brand new, great design and looks amazing. Wait staff are very sweet, they didn’t speak much English which surprised me as they were all easily under 30, but they tried so hard and through broken Spanglish we got there! And I’m glad we did as the food and coffee is absolutely fantastic! Each morning we had a pastry, granola with yoghurt and a hot tea caked African chai. Although the ordering was chaotic, the staff were so friendly and remembered us everyday. This really was a highlight of our trip and hope the cafe does really well. El café es Bueno, pero lejos de lo que ofrecen algunas cafeterías de especialidad. Creo que es una opción apenas detrás de dichas cafeterías pero con un look muy superior. Aquí pagas por el mobiliario y el espacio. Suena a un gran lugar para trabajar. Eso si lo van a cobrar bien cobrado. En cuanto a la comida y panes, se destacan bastante. Esto lo convierte en un buen sitio para desayunar. Fresón pero chingón.

El café es muy bueno y siempre recibes una carta donde te explica el origen , las notas , el olor y demás . Tienen varias opciones de postres con frutas de temporada, hay ensaladas , sandwiches y bowls

Uno de los mejores lugares de la Plaza, gran diseño del espacio, muy buen flat white y panadería. Lo malo: se tardaron muchísimo en atenderme y traerme el café. Lo desagradable: me senté en una de las mesas de la terraza, frente a mí había una chica con dos perros de pelo largo, uno de ellos se sacudió (normal en un perro) y sus pelos volaron hasta mi mesa.

Cafetería agradable justo en uno de los lugares más bonitos de toda la colonia Roma (Sur): la plaza Luis Cabrera. El espacio es particularmente conveniente como para trabajar (tipo coworking), ya que es muy espacioso (es parte del hotel LuCa). La carta es amplia, el café tiene buen sabor y el servicio es atento. Una gran deficiencia es que cierran a las 20:00 horas y desde 45 minutos antes los meseros te empiezan a "recordar" que van a cerrar; aunque realmente es un acoso muy fuerte que no te deja concentrar o conversar con otras personas.

They take a lot of pride in their coffee. Had the punk pour over, quite good but the process of ordering and receiving could be streamlined. Not a quick to go pickup spot, allot at least 15min to get your coffee.

Probé el matcha de mango y no me gustó, además que de me hizo caro para la porción. Los cold brew de sandía y mango de igual forma, no hay diferencia. Los postres estuvieron deli! El lugar es buenisimo para trabajar.

El servicio es muy bueno, y café no está mal. Lamentablemente, no venden lo que anuncian. Compré un café natural y al llegar a mi casa recibí un lavado. Creí que había sido sólo un error de empaquetado, pero acaba de ocurrirme nuevamente con otra bolsa distinta. En resumen, no hay confianza en la trazabilidad de sus granos.

The prices felt like tourist pricing, and while the food and drinks were okay, nothing stood out. The cold brew was very strong and upset my stomach, sending me to the restroom twice shortly after. Service was poor. When I said I needed to pay quickly to head to the airport, the staff ignored me and helped other customers instead, forcing me to go to the counter myself. This was also the first café in Mexico where I was directly asked for a tip, which felt uncomfortable and targeted. I still left 10 percent in cash, but I would not return or recommend this place.

Se tardaron mucho en traer las bebidas y una de ellas nos dijeron que no podía ser preparada (un café moca) porque su maquina no servía, por lo que se ofrecieron a cambiarnos la bebida por otra, sugiriendo un chocolate frío, a lo cual accedimos. Las bebidas que nos trajeron, un moca con un sabor muy insípido, y un cold brew de mango que sabía a todo, menos a mango. Una experiencia decepcionante. No lo recomiendo: larga espera cuando ni siquiera tenían casi nada de gente que atender y sabores muy malos. Alimentos no pedimos, por lo que no puedo dar una reseña, pero si lo que buscas es una buena bebida, no vengas a este lugar.

I loved this place last year. This visit, the cold brew had mold in it & the gust next to me was given expired milk! I changed my order to their premier pour over. The beans were cheap Ethiopian varietal, grown in hot dry sunshine, so super acidic & undrinkable. The waiter was rude and argumentative about all of it.

We had some pastries here the first night. The last and 3rd day we stayed at the Luca hotel connected to the cafe… The cafe at the lobby server was so rude we were waiting for our Uber that was 5 mins away. We sat in the chairs outside closest to the curb. My husbands knee was hurting and the worker at the cafe with long hair told us too move. See photo of chairs we sat on. Did not let us explain. He said that the cafe is separate from the hotel but yet there’s no place to sit for people in need. Never again. This was JULY 27 at around 9am.
