We arrived around 9:00 am. The breakfast buffet wasn't huge, but what they had was worth it. There was a great selection of fruit and yogurt. The bread was excellent. Our waiter, Nevid, was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. The chef also served us personally and was very attentive.

Located on the first floor of Hilton, we visited here for dinner. Ordered Wine 🍷 pizza 🍕 and steak 🥩 and fries 🍟 for dinner. Service was excellent. Food was tasty.

The food is fresh and delicious and the service is extraordinary. Juanito attended us 5/17 and Giovani on 5/18. Both were extremely attentive and welcoming. The hostess Jocelyn was very attentive and helpful.The conchas (sweet bread) are made in house by the restaurant’s pastry chef and are the best we’ve had. Great food and service. That’s the Hilton quality!

Definitely convenient if you are staying at the Hilton located in the hotel. There was ample seating, and a limited dinner menu filled with all of the essentials. The workers are extremely kind and patient.

Amazing breakfast scene at the Hilton Reformat in Mexico City. Killer omelettes and local style food. Great detox smoothies, juices and fruits. Bacon done right. Worth it.

La comida es rica, pero se tardan un poco en servir

Buen lugar para comer. No hay mucha variedad pero lo que hay es bueno.

Es un lugar tranquilo y agradable, el buffet es pequeño no hay mucha variedad pero tiene sopa, ensaladas, 4 platos fuertes con diferentes guarniciones. Los postres están mmmm ricos ... Buen precio, calidad y buena atención.

This restaurant is located in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel Reforma. Although it closes at 18:30, it is a Mexican restaurant that is very crowded from morning until closing. Since the portions of each dish are large, we recommend that Japanese people share the appetizer, soup, main dish, etc. between two people. After ordering drinks, tacos came out. In Mexico, tacos may be a substitute for bread. The taste was very good.

But what happened to this great restaurant? Terrible food, terrible service from the waiters. I remember it being a good place to eat before they changed their concept. They had a different buffet every day of the week, it was international, and now, nothing like that. The menu is a joke, and it's expensive for what it is. Not recommended at all. The waiters get annoyed if you don't leave them a good tip, but they don't deserve it.

I don't really understand the good reviews of this place. Menu: You wouldn't know that you're in Mexico from the menu. It's mostly bland international fare. My chicken came out lukewarm. My spouse's fish was excellent and served at the correct temperature. It seems like they don't have a heat lamp in the kitchen to keep food warm if it isn't all ready at the same time. Service: Got my order wrong (I just shrugged and moved on) and took forever to process payment. Asked how the food was less than 30 seconds after delivering it, before we even took a bite. When the prices are this high, the service should be good. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is "breakfast buffet in a convention hotel" - It just doesn't look like the kind of place you go for a nice dinner. Prices: We paid over USD $50 (MXN $1100) for two entrees, including tax and tip. The food wasn't bad, but for this kind of price, I expect a lot more in Mexico (even at a hotel restaurant). Value for money isn't there. To the chef: You're in one of the countries with the most amazing food cultures on the planet, and I counted only a handful of dishes that could be considered Mexican food on the menu. Most of those were fish, and I have a fish allergy. For the kind of prices you're charging, you can do much better than this. I don't want to see a Canadian menu in Mexico - if I wanted that, I'd stay home.

We arrived at 11:15 a.m. The lady at the front desk asked for our room number. I told her I didn't have one, and she made a disgusted face. She showed us to our table, and the waiter told us there was no menu, just a buffet. We accepted. We hadn't finished our first course when they approached and asked if we were going to order anything else because the service ends at 11:30 a.m. We told her no one informed us when we arrived, and she apologized. They were preparing breakfast for my companion, and she hadn't even finished it yet. The waiter arrived with the check without us asking for it. He said we should pay because the service was closing. IT'S TERRIBLE SERVICE. We thought that because it's such an exclusive place, they would have good service, but it's terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. They literally kicked us out.
