Overall the food is good but you can't eat in peace, they pressure you and rush you worse than at Toño's house, you ask for the second course and they've already brought the third and I don't think they should do that since for many it's a moment of distraction and with that kind of pressure it's impossible.

We walked by on a pozole Thursday. We were surprised by the line to get in, and the food the diners had on their tables looked very good. We walked in and were given printed menus. They're supposed to mark down what's no longer available so that when they give it to you, you know. We ordered pozole only to be told they were out. We decided to order something else and have it with spaghetti, but they didn't have any either, and the waitress told us she gave us an outdated menu. We decided to get up and leave since the options had been reduced too much for our liking. They gave us a tray of tortilla chips and two rolls of bread, which we ate while we waited. They charged us $10.00, and the waitress kept making faces at us. We won't be returning.

The service, with the exception of Miss Mary (and even then, only occasionally), is disappointing and even annoying. They pile up your meal, it obviously gets cold, and when they reluctantly reheat it, it comes back dry and tasteless from the microwave. The price no longer justifies the quality, as at certain times they don't even offer dessert. If you're a regular and order a meal, there's no guarantee you'll receive it complete when you arrive. In short, it's declined considerably, and there's competition nearby with better prices, larger portions, and better service.

Honestly: The service from the lady with the short hair is terrible. The food is bad. I gave it several chances hoping to find something good. But they always serve cold, unwelcome, and lackluster breakfasts. This time I couldn't even finish the food because it tasted so bad. Not recommended at all.

Terrible service. Today, I went to eat there with my daughter, and there was a large woman with gray hair, agile but with a very bad attitude. She took my order and brought my soups, but when she brought them, she hadn't brought me any utensils. When I asked for them, she rolled her eyes. After that, we ordered a salad and spaghetti. She brought us two plates of rice, and when I told her it wasn't what we had ordered, she again rolled her eyes and left, upset. After that, I asked her why she was upset if we had done something to her, and her response was, "Right away, my coworker continues serving her." After that, they brought our main courses. When they took us away, they gave me my flautas and a plate of chayotes that wasn't as she had described. She had said it was a chayote stew with panela cheese in tomato sauce, and that it wasn't spicy. The dish was supposed to have chayote squash with butter and cream, and grilled cheese—it was awful, but we kept it. After that, we continued eating when we noticed two hairs in my plate of flautas. It clearly shows they don't use hairnets, which disgusted me. Afterward, I asked for the bill, and they offered to replace the dish. But honestly, I didn't want to be there anymore. The service was terrible and disgusting. When I asked for a manager or a captain, they said there wasn't one. Obviously, they charged me the full price for my meal, but the food was awful and the service was even worse. I would never return and I would never recommend them.

The service left a lot to be desired. I thought the food was very good, but the restaurant has no Wi-Fi, and even though they know it, they don't provide the Wi-Fi password or simply don't have it. When I politely asked to move to a table with a better signal, the answer was a resounding no. I understand the place has a lot of customers and is thriving, but they should pay more attention to customer service. I made every request respectfully, and they still didn't show any interest. Therefore, I won't be returning. Someone should teach them how important it is to treat their customers well.

TERRIBLE SERVICES Waitress with a bad temper You order a stuffed breast, they serve it all burnt and hard, the manager says that it has to be browned so that it can be sewn from the inside, but it is something that you can't even eat. The waitress was told about the dish and also with a bad face she commented that this is how that type of food is served, obviously I didn't eat it, at the time of paying they charged me for all the food as if I had eaten all the food. "POOR ATTENTION TO THE DINER"

When this place first opened, it was great, but now the service, food quality, and cleanliness are completely inadequate. I've added a picture of some "molletes" (a type of Mexican sandwich) where they charged extra for beans because they were already poorly prepared. The woman with short white hair is definitely ruining the business; the service is terrible. I highly recommend this place.
