In short, a terrible place. They had no food, and the waiter's service was awful—lazy, unhelpful, and unfriendly. I accidentally spilled some beer, and he didn't help us clean it up at all. He just sat there the whole time. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Terrible service, horrible waiter attitude, cold food, terrible service time, and the waiters were incredibly rude and made faces at you. Plus, the beers tasted diluted. I don't recommend it. If you want a good experience, this isn't the place.

We ordered a half kilo of Boneless with 100g of potatoes and weighed it. Less product arrived. They didn't read the instructions on the sauces. It seems they had already fried them hours before and reheated them.

Terrible service the waitress asks you what you want, when you see the bill you realize it's not what you ordered, she gives you the most expensive one, I told her if she wants to avoid problems, she will check their cameras to see what you ordered, I waited and I didn't see a response until very rudely the cashier with a not very good manner snatches the ticket from you and tells you to pay according to what you ordered and leave😱😠😡like that I will never come back what a bad plan that someone goes with children in family mode and comes out with this but well they lose people and another point despite the fact that the ticket had a price and the menu said another so they get abusive if you don't get abusive they let you fall but well customers less "lucky"

Terrible, seriously terrible. The attitudes of everyone, from the woman at the register to the waiters—they're all just as rude, but they're there too. The service is awful; they make faces at everything. The music is so loud, like it's their own house, you can't even have a conversation. Seriously, the food and service are disgusting, and it shows, because even the customers are leaving. I hope the previous management comes back.

What a bad experience I just had, very slow service, they bring you what you want, I ordered a liter jar with salt frost and lemon and salt inside, which did not have lemon, they brought me lemons for me to squeeze, then a scarf cocktail which I returned because it did not come in layers and the bartender got upset, then the bill they charged me for two liter jars when it was one half and one liter, total that when bringing the bill they want to charge me an additional 5% tax on the bill for card payment, which should the establishment absorb. When I refused, the cashier snatched the bill from me, yes, I want it and if not, no way, I paid in cash and almost ran out of the establishment, it is not possible that they intimidate people like that
