The place seems very small to me, and there's nowhere to drink it. You can drink it outside if you want, but the service is very good. Honestly, I don't know what else to say. I'd never tried anything like it, and it was too sweet. Maybe they have one without those balls; that would be better.

I really liked the drink; I feel it could have used a little more flavor, but it was good. I wish there were more spaces to enjoy the time there, but I did like the owner's service... Very good.

The flavors are good, but the last time I went I asked for extra explosive bombs and they didn't add them, so I had to go back and make an observation and ask for them to be added.

They almost never have tapioca, which is ridiculous because that's what the place is supposed to be about 😐 The flavor is good and the prices aren't too bad, but then they're missing a lot of flavors and leave you with very few options available.

El concepto es algo diferente, pero el sabor no me parecio tan bueno, ademas de que el servicio al cliente no es el mejor, pedí una bebida caliente que estaba menos que tibia y al pedir que la calentaran mas, se molestaron.

If they tell you the drink is dairy-free, don't believe them. I ordered a coconut-based drink and I'm still writing to you from the bathroom. Haha. You have to take dietary restrictions seriously.

Terrible service from the waitress. She goes order by order, comes in to place it, and comes back to take another. I asked her to take my order, and she said that's how they serve there, and if I liked it, if not, the door was right there. I think that no matter how good the product is, it would be foolish for any customer to accept this treatment. I recommend going somewhere else; I'll never go back.

Terrible service. It was supposed to be chocolate milk with tapioca, but it was just plain brown water with no flavor. I don't know if it was tapioca, but it was hard and didn't taste good. It wasn't cold, and the service was very slow.

It's usually very good and highly recommended, but today the pearls in my drink weren't ready yet, and they still added them. When I noticed and told the waitress, she denied it, justifying it by saying the drink was cold. A bad experience today. 👍
