The food is delicious, that's undeniable. The bad thing is when you try to reserve a spot, they don't answer, even though they understand that other people are serving you. But calling more than 8 times and not even getting an answer is the worst! It's annoying that they don't respect your spot even if you tried to reserve your spot first. Aside from that, it's fun to go for lunch or dinner, and the prices are reasonable for the flavor and variety of the boneless dishes.

Very rich and super good quantity, but the service from the lady is terrible, what a disgusting person, she always has a super arrogant attitude and when she makes a mistake, despite you being the client, she tries to turn the situation on you with unnecessary comments, for example, she forgot to add a product that I had bought and I went back to order it, I mentioned that they had forgotten to add the product and she replied that the one who had not ordered it was me, when they are the ones providing the service.

We were frequent customers, but my boyfriend arrived one day and was told over the phone that he would only order and pick up, so he would only come to pick up. They made him wait in line three times because they said he was cutting in line and they were arrogant when serving us.

Whenever I passed by, I saw a lot of people and I got a craving, so I ordered a double order of boneless buffalo and mango habanero wings. When I was eating, I realized that it was literally shredded chicken instead of chicken breast, as is usually the case, which I didn't like because, as I mentioned, one is used to eating boneless chicken breast, not chicken thigh or leg, hence my rating.

Today at a boneless chicken place, I found one with very tangled hair. They need to be extremely careful with cleanliness. I understand they prepare a lot of food, but these kinds of incidents are unacceptable. ALL employees should wear hairnets, face masks, and gloves. Because of these details, I won't be buying from them again.

I'm a fan of boneless wings, but on several occasions the service hasn't been the best, especially from the younger staff. Besides, I doubted the quality of the chicken; I actually had to throw them away. If you're a boneless wing fan, I don't recommend this place. They don't answer the phone, and the order took forever.
