It's terrible that they never answer and it takes ages to deliver an order. The "combos" are awful. They serve three fries that seem like they were made a week ago because they're hard, and the wings are tiny. They send whatever they want in the donuts. Save yourself the trouble.

False advertising. The price/quality ratio is zero. I ordered a Clamato and they brought me an undrinkable combination of sauces. I definitely wouldn't go back. 😒

My experience as a delivery driver at this place was terrible. It just opened and it's clear they're eager to close soon. I arrived and no one attended to me. When the cook finally arrived, he told me to wait 5 minutes, which turned into 15, and they didn't even give me a chance to use the restroom. If you're here representing a customer, refusing service like this is appalling. Anyway, I won't be coming back here as a customer now.

Terrible experience, I ordered a "combo" and everything was terrible, I took a bite of the burrito and really everything I bit into didn't even have a piece of steak, it only had beans, the rest was almost empty, very, very little meat, the potatoes were really only the ones you see in the photo, if it costs you so much to include an order of potatoes, it's better not to mention it, it looks bad, plus they were cold and felt tough, the "wings" were the only thing that could be saved but not even that, they were undercooked, first and last time I ordered here, don't waste your money

A real scolding and disappointment in every sense of the word! We ordered the supposed 2-for-1 promotion on Uber Eats, and they actually delivered two empty burrito halves, with no meat or flavor. They also arrived with no cutlery, no lemons, no vegetables, no napkin, nothing!!! They don't have anything about burritos, yet one gringo has a bigger portion than what they sell here. If possible, don't buy them, you'll be totally disappointed!!!

I ordered flank steak burritos via UBER, the price was $180 each, I thought it would be worth it, but when they arrived it looked like a tortilla with beans and really no meat, super bad. Do not buy, you will be disappointed, the taste is nothing extraordinary. They didn't send sauces or cutlery. All wrong.

They appear on DidiFood as Burrito Prime House, and I find the amount of meat their burritos carry insulting, along with the bean-smeared filling and the $2 pesos for onions. The meat isn't bad, but it's honestly outrageous. Debut and farewell. I'll never buy from them again. I don't recommend them.
